Guest house "Dzhugeliya" is a new health resort opened in 2012, built on the first strip on the seashore in the beautiful resort town of Gagra - the village of Tsandrypsh, just two kilometers from the Psou River - the state border between Russia and Abkhazia. Spacious rooms with new comfortable furniture and fixtures, caring staff, excellent food from local products and proximity to the cleanest sea - all the conditions for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Abkhazia.

Guests are accommodated in spacious double junior suites with all amenities. Each room has: - modern furniture, bathroom with toilet, refrigerator, satellite TV - 32-inch panel, air conditioning, balcony. At the request of vacationers, they can be provided with rooms with one large bed or two separate beds. For the convenience of tourists, all sleeping places are equipped with very high quality orthopedic mattresses. On the fourth attic floor of the hotel there are large suites with panoramic glazing. Each room offers picturesque views of the enchanting landscapes of the local surroundings, panoramas of mountain ranges and the sea. Within walking distance from the guest house there are shops, cafes and restaurants of the city. A Euro-bed with a comfortable mattress is provided as additional space in the rooms.

On the 7th day they came and hung up a garbage bag. The towels were never changed, the bed sheets were never changed, the floor was not washed. there was no rug in the bathroom. The curtain in the bathroom didn’t close all the way, so after a shower they splattered on the wet floor, leaving marks all over the room. 1 roll of toilet paper was allocated for the entire stay. for two. It’s good that half a roll remained from the previous settlers. They also gave me soap. breakfast is monotonous: rice or oatmeal porridge, bread, 1 cubic cm of butter on the snout. cottage cheese. sometimes they gave an egg. for lunch they gave broth and a second dish - a cutlet and a side dish (pasta, mashed potatoes, buckwheat), compote and bread. for dinner it’s stupid buckwheat or stewed cabbage with sausages. How can you not worry about food in order to treat your guests to sausages?! the promised buffet is a trough of cucumbers, a trough of tomatoes, a trough of stewed eggplants, beets with mayonnaise and spring cabbage salad. that's all the choice. The food is pretty boring in this place. In the evening we “finished our food” in cafes. In the cafes nearby the food is tasty and not expensive. The owner of the guest house is Cerberus. When I saw him, I was scared, to be honest. yelled at everyone and walked around. squealed at a girl with a stroller because she left marks on the floor with the wheels. stuck his nose into the bags that I carry (from the room or to the room). why is it needed? Reminded me of a children's health camp. at 12 o’clock they close all the locks and, even if you warned the owners that you were leaving and would arrive late, the gates would only be opened for you half an hour later (you won’t find them, or you lost the keys) in general, we spent an hour a day on this to leave and enter the territory of the guest house. in Abkhazia it is time. in an hour you could arrive in Gagra, in an hour you could get to Pitsunda. On August 18, the sewer broke o_0 the fan was walking throughout the hotel. It burst in the dining room area - on the 0th floor. those. We dined like ninja turtles in the cold and with the smell of canals. There are almost no staff: 1 waitress (a nice girl, by the way), 1 cleaner for 4 floors, 1 guardsman-gardener (works very well, the territory is well-groomed). The cooks, by the way, are also nice. the hostess washes the floors herself, cleans the rooms (is this greed?) Separately for the air conditioning: there was almost no “blow” among friends. It was blowing here, but only at 24 degrees.
