  • 300 grams of wheat flour (this is about 2.5 glasses with a volume of 200 ml);
  • 0.5 teaspoon of soda;
  • a couple of pinches of salt;
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar.

Lush pancakes without eggs on kefir - preparation process:

1. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add soda, salt and sugar. Stir.

2. Now gradually add flour, kneading the homogeneous dough with a spoon, whisk or mixer at minimum speed. It should have the consistency of very thick sour cream.

3. Leave for 5-10 minutes until small bubbles appear on the surface of the dough (this is done so that the soda begins its action, as a result your pancakes will turn out more fluffy).
