Description of the bioxi septic tank, its installation and operating rules. How the Bioksi septic tank works: device, principle of operation, overview of the advantages and disadvantages Power supply project for the bioksi deep cleaning station

Like any mechanism, aeration stations need scheduled maintenance to maintain overall performance and the required degree of purification of incoming domestic wastewater. Since the main users of this type of sewage are people living in private homes, it is structurally possible to carry out maintenance of Bioksi stations with their own hands.

Here we will step by step consider the entire process of necessary service work, which will allow you to operate your cleaning station in normal mode for a long time.

Video:

Before you start cleaning Bioksi with your own hands, you need to know the frequency with which it should be done:

  • Once a quarter. With daily residence of a nominal number of users (for example, when using the Bioxi 5 station by five users) all year round.
  • Once every six months. With daily living during the summer season (the first time in the middle of the season, the second, with conservation - at the end of the season).
  • Once a year. For weekend stays during the summer season (with conservation at the end of the season).

Having decided on the frequency of the service, we proceed to its step-by-step execution:

1) We remove the spent sludge from the activated sludge stabilizer. This can be done in two ways:

A. Using the built-in mamut pump.

With the unit turned off, remove the mamut pump hose from the fixing clip and lead it outside the station, remove the plug by loosening the metal clamp at the end of the hose. We turn on the installation in the direct phase ( the float switch in the receiving chamber is forcibly raised). After pumping out about 50% of the volume (about 1 meter of liquid column) of the chamber into a previously prepared container, turn off the unit, fix the plug and fix the hose in its original position.

b. Using a sump pump.

We lower the pump with a hose to the bottom of the sludge stabilizer chamber, lower the end of the hose into a previously prepared container for collecting sludge or directly into the compost pit. We turn on the pump and pump out about 50% of the volume (about 1 meter of liquid column). We wash the walls of the sludge stabilizer from precipitation and fill it with clean water to the original level.

It is best to clean the walls of the chambers with high-pressure mini-washers, having previously covered the compressor compartment from water entering it during the washing process.

2) Using a drainage pump, we pump out about 20-30 cm of liquid from the bottom of the aerotank. We wash the walls of the aeration tank and the secondary sump from sediments and fill it with clean water to the original level. Remove from the fixing clips and clean the hair collector.

3) We wash the walls of the receiving chamber.

4) With the help of a net, we remove all non-decomposable mechanical debris from the station.

5) We disconnect the air hose and the main mamut - a pump that pumps from the receiving chamber to the aerotank and take it out by removing it from the fixing clip. We wash the mamut pump from the outside and clean it by supplying a pressure jet of water into the pump tube.

6) We disconnect the air hose and the coarse fraction filter, remove it by removing it from the fixing clip. We wash the filter from the outside and clean it by supplying a pressure jet of water into the filter pipe. We install the coarse filter and the main mamut pump in place, fixing them on the clips and connecting them to the air hoses.

In order not to confuse the hoses of the pump and the filter, they should be marked, for example, with electrical tape.

7) Clean the compressor air filter. To do this, unscrew the screw located on the top of the compressor, remove the cover and take out the air filter. We clean the filter by shaking it. Install the filter in place. Similarly, we clean the filter of the second compressor.

If the air filter is excessively dirty, it must be washed in water and reinstalled after drying.

After completing all the above steps, turn on the installation

As you can see, Bioxi maintenance can be freely done by hand. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend that the first service be carried out by the efforts of specialists, as they say: “It is better to see once than to read a hundred times on the Internet!”))

To connect plumbing fixtures to the water supply network, a flexible water supply is used. It is in demand when connecting faucets, showers, toilets and other points of water intake, and greatly simplifies the installation process. Flexible piping is also used when installing gas equipment. It differs from similar devices for water in manufacturing technology and special safety requirements.

Characteristics and types

Flexible hose for plumbing is a hose of different lengths, made of non-toxic synthetic rubber. Due to the elasticity and softness of the material, it easily takes the desired position and allows installation in hard-to-reach places. To protect the flexible hose, the upper reinforcing layer is designed in the form of a braid, which is made of the following materials:

  • aluminum. Such models withstand no more than +80 ° C and retain functionality for 3 years. In high humidity, aluminum braid is prone to rust.
  • Of stainless steel. Thanks to this reinforcing layer, the service life of the flexible water supply is at least 10 years, and the maximum temperature of the transported medium is +95 °C.
  • Nylon. Such a braid is used for the manufacture of reinforced models that can withstand temperatures up to +110 ° C and are designed for intensive use for 15 years.

Nut-nut and nut-nipple pairs are used as fasteners, which are made of brass or stainless steel. Devices with different indicators of permissible temperature differ in the color of the braid. Blue ones are used to connect to a pipeline with cold water, and red ones - to hot water.

When choosing a water supply, you need to pay attention to its elasticity, reliability of fasteners and purpose. It is also mandatory to have a certificate that excludes the release of toxic components by rubber during operation.

Features of gas connections

When connecting gas stoves, columns and other types of equipment, flexible connections are also used. Unlike models for water, they are yellow and are not tested for environmental safety. For fixing, end steel or aluminum fittings are used. There are the following types of devices for connecting gas appliances:

  • PVC hoses reinforced with polyester thread;
  • synthetic rubber with stainless steel braid;
  • bellows, made in the form of a corrugated stainless steel tube.

Drainage is a hydro-reclamation measure to remove excess groundwater.

If water does not leave the territory of the site for a long time, soil gleying occurs, if shrubs and trees quickly disappear (wet), it is urgent to take measures and drain the site.

Reasons for waterlogging the soil

There are several reasons for waterlogged soils:

  • clay heavy soil structure with poor water permeability;
  • an aquiclude in the form of gray-green and red-brown clays is located close to the surface;
  • high occurrence of groundwater;
  • technogenic factors (construction of roads, pipelines, various facilities) that impede natural drainage;
  • violation of the water balance by the construction of irrigation systems;
  • the landscape area is located in a lowland, a beam, a hollow. In this case, precipitation and water inflow from higher places play an important role.

What causes excess moisture in the soil

You can see the results of this phenomenon yourself - trees and shrubs are dying. Why is this happening?

  • the oxygen content in the soil decreases and the content of carbon dioxide increases, which leads to a violation of the processes of air exchange, water regime and nutrition in the soil;
  • oxygen starvation of the root-forming layer occurs, which leads to the death of plant roots;
  • the intake of macro and microelements by plants (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, etc.) is disrupted, because excess water washes out mobile forms of elements from the soil, and they become inaccessible for assimilation;
  • there is an intensive breakdown of proteins and, accordingly, the processes of decay are activated.

Plants can tell at what level groundwater occurs

Take a close look at the flora in your area. The species inhabiting it will tell you at what depth the ground water layers are located:

  • top water - in this place it is best to dig a reservoir;
  • at a depth of up to 0.5 m - grow marigold, horsetail, varieties of sedge - blister, holly, fox, Langsdorf reed grass;
  • at a depth of 0.5 m to 1 m - meadowsweet, canary grass,;
  • from 1 m to 1.5 m - favorable conditions for meadow fescue, bluegrass, mouse pea, rank;
  • from 1.5 m - wheatgrass, clover, wormwood, plantain.

What is important to know when planning site drainage

Each group of plants has its own moisture needs:

  • with a groundwater depth of 0.5 to 1 m, vegetables and annual flowers can grow on high beds;
  • the depth of the water reservoir up to 1.5 m is well tolerated by vegetable crops, cereals, annuals and perennials (flowers), ornamental and fruit and berry shrubs, trees on a dwarf rootstock;
  • if groundwater at a depth of more than 2 m, you can grow fruit trees;
  • the optimal depth of groundwater for agriculture is from 3.5 m.

Do you need site drainage?

Record your observations at least for a while. You yourself will be able to understand how much drainage is needed.

Maybe it makes sense to simply redirect melt and sediment water along a bypass channel, and not let it flow through your site?

Perhaps it is necessary to design and equip a storm drain and improve the composition of the soil, and will this be enough?

Or is it worth making a drainage system only for fruit and ornamental trees?

The exact answer will be given to you by a specialist, whom we strongly recommend calling. But after reading this article, you will gain some awareness in this matter.

At the end of the technological and production tasks associated with the arrangement of the sewer system in an apartment building, an industrial building, as well as in a private household, it is required to test the system involved using the forced spill method. This task was applied to identify possible defects or improper installation of the entire sewer part involved and the act of testing the internal sewerage systems and drains will be material evidence of work on the acceptance of the object.

Visual inspection should be accompanied by entering into the act of testing internal sewerage and drain systems according to SNIP, which is currently represented by the current regulation of the appendix of the D series, which corresponds to SP 73.13330.2012 "Internal sanitary systems of the building", recently a new one has been applied updated working version according to SNiP 3.05.01-85.

A septic tank is a device that processes and cleans sewage in autonomous sewers. Its installation is carried out in private houses where there is no city sewerage. The function of the Bioksi septic tank is to accumulate its reservoir of sewage waste with subsequent processing. Bacteria that settle in organic waste multiply and, in the course of their life, process wastewater. Bacteria-purified water and silt residues are used in home gardens as fertilizer.

So, you have decided to install a Bioxi septic tank on your site, but you have no idea where to start doing the work. In this article, we will look at how to install a Bioxi septic tank on our site.

Model selection

Before installing a septic tank, you must select a model. There are several models of the Bioxi septic tank, which differ in their modification. At first glance, it looks like a large refrigerator. Having different characteristics, the equipment is installed at different depths and depends on the depth of the laid sewer pipes.

  • If the sewer pipes will be located at a depth of no more than 90 cm, then it is enough to purchase the usual Bioxi.
  • With a depth of 90 to 140 cm, it is necessary to install a Bioxi Long septic tank.
  • Well, if it turns out that the location of the sewer pipes is deeper than 140 cm, install the Bioxi Super Long model.
  • Another of the main parameters that you need to pay attention to before buying a Bioxi septic tank is the amount of sewage being processed.
  • If up to 3 people live in a residential building, it is enough to set the option "Bioxi - 0.6".
  • When the number of people living in the house is 5 or more people, it is necessary to install "Bioxi - 1".

There are models that can clean the wastewater coming from the sewer from a hundred people. This type of septic tank is installed in cottage settlements.

Location selection

So, you have chosen a suitable model of a septic tank. The next step is to select and prepare a place for installation.

  • "Bioxi" must be installed in such a place that it is possible to lay sewerage to it without obstacles.
  • The distance from the septic tank to the residential building, according to sanitary standards, should not be less than 5 m. Although practice shows that the distance should be from 10 to 25 m.
  • The place for installation should not be in a ravine. Rainwater and melted snow can get into the installation, and the septic tank will not be able to perform its cleaning functions.

Installation "Bioxi"

  1. Preparatory work has been carried out, the choice of model and installation site has been made. Our next action - According to the size of the selected model and the depth of the sewerage passage, we dig a pit in the ground.
  2. We prepare the bottom of the pit. If your site consists of sandy soil, then the bottom of the pit must be tightly packed. Remove stones and foreign debris so that they do not damage the bottom of the structure. Provided that the soil is solid at the bottom of the pit, we pour a pillow of sand and gravel about 10 cm.
  3. We bring a protected power cable to the pit in parallel. We select its cross section according to the power consumption of the electrical equipment of the septic tank.
  4. We install a septic tank in the finished pit. The cover should be 20 cm above the edge of the earth. This condition is above
  5. The installed septic tank is connected to the power cable and pipeline. In the event of an irregular supply of electricity, it is necessary to install an additional power source. The sewer input should be one, therefore, having several buildings equipped with sewage, we combine it into one and only then we make the connection.
  6. We start backfilling the pit. The capacity of the septic tank, as it falls asleep, is filled with water. This is required to distribute uniform pressure on the walls of the structure.

On this, the process of our work on the installation of the Bioxi septic tank is completed. Maintenance is required after three months of use. It consists in pumping out the sediment with a pump included in the device. During pumping, we clean the walls. After five years, the secondary chamber is cleaned. After ten years, we carry out an audit of the aeration unit. With the correct performance of all work and timely maintenance, the Bioxi septic tank will serve you for a long time and will not give you much trouble.

The most popular station of the lineup. Optimally suited for living outside the city of a family of up to five people. You can forget about the constant pumping by the machine and the unpleasant smell of the sewer.

    Scope of BIOXY.

The BIOXY wastewater treatment plant is designed to treat domestic wastewater with normal pollution (ie 60 g BOD5/person per day). In the case of incoming effluents of a different kind, differing in their nature from domestic wastewater, it is necessary that their quantity corresponds to the capacity of this installation.

    The principle of operation of the wastewater treatment plant BIOXY.

Wastewater treatment plant BIOXY models are developed based on the experience of large wastewater treatment plants with fine bubble aeration, both intermittent and continuous. This technical solution is protected by a patent. During the design of the wastewater treatment plant, we proceeded from the accumulated experience in the treatment of wastewater from a household characterized by an irregular inflow.

    Technological process of cleaning BIOXY.

The device works as follows: Waste water through the supply pipeline 1 enters the receiving tank 2, in which large-bubble air elements 3 are located. water. Water from the receiving tank 2 through the coarse sewage filter 5, equipped with a trap for hair inclusions 6, is pumped by the main airlift 7 to the aerotank 8, where activated sludge is in suspension and a buried secondary sump 9 (SVO). At the same time, intensive aeration occurs in the aerotank. The aeroelement 10 of the aerotank and the air tank are located in such a way that a vertical circular circulation of water with activated sludge in the aeration tank around the air tank is ensured. Such movement of the mixture of water and activated sludge in the aerotank allows, firstly, to reduce the productivity of the compressor 12 due to better saturation of water through the enlarged surface in the aerotank and, secondly, to create a denitrification zone without using an additional silt downwards, the concentration of oxygen in the water drops, denitrification intensifies, the resulting nitrogen bubbles are easily separated from the particles of silt due to the circulation of water. After the denitrification zone, part of the water, passing through the WTO, is separated from the sludge and flows out through the outlet pipe of the buried secondary settling tank 14 into the outlet tank 15, then, through the outlet pipe 25, the treated water flows into the surface trench, which absorbs, drains or another system for the drainage of treated water or after additional processing is reused for technical purposes. Excess activated sludge from the aerotank is pumped by an airlift 22 into an activated sludge stabilizer 19 with a large-bubble aerator 20, where it is accumulated and stabilized under aerobic conditions. Heavier sludge settles to the bottom of the tank, and water with a small amount of small particles of activated sludge flows through the overflow pipe 23 back to the aerotank and continues to participate in the purification of incoming polluted water. When the concentration of sludge in the stabilizer 19 increases (up to 4 60% by volume when settling for 10 minutes), then it must be removed with a built-in airlift or submersible drainage pump to the sludge bed or used to fertilize ornamental plants. In case of overfilling of the receiving tank to the level of emergency overflow 24, the emergency level sensor 4 (if installed) turns on the alarm light, the water subjected to primary treatment in the receiving tank will begin to flow through the coarse sewage filter 5 into the outlet tank 15. This will lead to an increase in the amount of suspended matter in the output water and an insufficient quality of its purification, but will prevent the ingress of untreated water with large sewage into neighboring tanks and disruption of the treatment system for a long time. After the overload is removed, the system operates normally. Activated sludge is formed during the first month of operation of the plant, and to protect the secondary clarifier from foam formed during the accumulation and maturation of activated sludge in the aeration tank, no additional measures are required, since the secondary clarifier is equipped with a lid and part of it is below the water level in the aeration tank . Treatment systems equipped with an automatic flushing system additionally have a flushing pump 17 located in the outlet tank 15, controlled by an adjustable timer of the control unit 16 and connected to the distribution pipeline 18 of the automatic flushing system, to which are connected: the main airlift 7, the airlift 22 for removing excess activated sludge from the aerotank, denitrification zone washing injector 13, film breaker 11, and also the outlet pipe 14 of the ventilator is flushed and the ventilator itself is flushed through it. When the flushing pump is turned on, the water level in the aerotank and, accordingly, in the WTO rises, and water with floating particles of sludge flows through the overflow remover of floating particles of the buried secondary clarifier 21 into the receiving tank. The flushing pump, when turned on, also pumps out the sediment from the outlet tank 15.

    Instructions for installation and installation.

Persons installing the station must carefully read the instructions and must know the rules of electrical safety when working with electrical equipment. The BIOXI wastewater treatment plant is a one-piece self-supporting, sealed tank made of polypropylene, which is installed in a pre-prepared pit, so that its cover is about 150 - 200 mm above the ground to prevent rainwater from entering the station. Under normal conditions, the installation of the Bioksi station 0.5-3m is sufficient. cube on a 100 mm thick compacted sand bed without stones, and filling the station with sand without stones. The wastewater treatment plant can, under normal conditions, be installed below the groundwater level, without bricking with concrete. Stiffening ribs on the outer walls of the station cause a surcharge from ascent. Sprinkling should be carried out simultaneously with filling all chambers of the wastewater treatment plant with clean water in order to equalize the internal and external pressure on the walls. In soils that cause maximum pressure, for example, loose waterlogged soils with stones, backfilling is carried out in layers of 0.3 m and the surface of individual layers is sprinkled with cement in order to stabilize the backfilling. Cleaning stations "Bioxi" model-50,75,100,150,200,250 are mounted on a concrete base with reinforcement. Reinforcement and pouring along the perimeter is also carried out, and sand filling is carried out between the reactor blocks with simultaneous pouring of clean water according to the technological installation scheme.

    Connection to the sewer network.

The depth of entry of the sewer pipe is usually provided 1.6-2 m above the base of the wastewater treatment plant. The station is supplied with permanently welded inlets of a sewer pipe with a diameter of 110-200mm and an air pipe Ǿ110, (at the outlet in the forced version - Ǿ50 and in the gravity version - Ǿ110-Ǿ200). One should not be afraid of the shallow depth of the sewer network, in such cases the inlet and outlet pipelines are laid in the insulation. We recommend: When installing a station with a forced ejection of purified water, lay a special heating cable under the insulation on the outlet pipe (connected inside the unit).

    Power connection.

The wastewater treatment plant is connected to the household electrical network, according to the given wiring diagram. The connection to the power supply is made through a current limiting circuit breaker and can be duplicated by a residual current device. A three-core armored copper cable in protective insulation is laid in the ground (type VbbSHV 4x2.5 additional option). To install an alarm in the technical room, a four-wire cable is laid. When installing an external signaling device in the form of an emergency lamppost (supplied as an additional option), an additional three-core cable is laid. The electric cable is brought into the station through sealed inputs and connected to the contacts of the electrical box. To maintain the efficiency of the station during power outages, it is desirable to install an autonomous power supply, in case of power surges - a stabilizer.

    Commissioning of the plant.

In the installed installation (in the process of sprinkling), the aeration tank is filled up to the overflow level through the outlet pipe of the buried secondary sump with clean or conditionally clean water, the inlet tank is filled with water to a height of about 1 m, the outlet tank is filled to the overflow level through the outlet pipe. The activated sludge stabilizer is filled before overflowing into the aeration tank. After that, the wastewater treatment plant can be put into operation. In the absence of the introduction of activated sludge into the aeration tank from another treatment plant, the output of the wastewater treatment plant to normal operation lasts approximately 3-4 weeks. The first young sludge, in most cases brown in color, appears within about 10 days of operation, and after that you can already see an improvement in the quality of the water on the drain. During the subsequent period, the sludge in the aeration tank thickens and darkens in most cases. At the same time, there is an even greater improvement in the purification efficiency and water quality. In a well-performing plant, the outlet water should be clean and odor free. During the formation of thick sludge (the first 14-30 days) significant foaming occurs. The main reason for this is the content of surfactants in the treated water. Foam gradually disappears with an increase in the concentration of sludge in the aeration tank. During the accumulation of activated sludge (1 month) it is desirable to reduce the use of chemicals. The end of the installation commissioning time and its correct operation is determined by the selection of the activation mixture (with aeration in the aeration tank turned on) in the filled aeration tank mode, into a glass container with a capacity of 1 liter. The activation mixture is allowed to settle for about 10-20 minutes, and after this time, activated sludge settles to the bottom of the tank, and a layer of purified water appears above it. The dividing line of treated water and sludge must be clearly visible. The sludge should have a volume of approximately 20-30% of the capacity of the container and approximately 70-80% will be pure water. The installation is thus put into operation and is now sufficiently resistant to chemical reagents, including washing powder. If there is less sludge, the process of commissioning the wastewater treatment plant has not been completed, or the station is not sufficiently loaded with domestic wastewater. Accelerating the commissioning of a wastewater treatment plant is achieved by introducing an activation mixture from another operating station. Activated sludge is poured into a receiving tank. If activated sludge is introduced, putting the station into operation lasts only a few days. In some cases, the introduced sludge from another installation is not able to adapt to a different composition of polluted waters, which leads to its death and the introduction of the installation takes a longer time. It doesn't happen often, but it's worth mentioning.

    Bioxi maintenance.

Once a day - visual control of the light or sound signaling of the correct operation of the unit (if installed).

Once a week

Visual control of purified water.

Once every 3-6 months

Removal of sludge from activated sludge stabilizer;

Cleaning of the main airlift of raw water and coarse sewage filter;

Cleaning of air filters of compressors;

Cleaning of the receiving tank and aeration tank from mineralized sludge.

Every 2 years - replacement of compressor membranes.

Every 10 years - replacement of aeration elements.

The operation of the sewage treatment plant is fully automatic and does not require daily maintenance. It is only necessary from time to time to check the correctness of its operation visually with the lid open. From time to time it is necessary to clean the internal walls of the system from a layer of deposited sludge. After pumping out the sludge, the empty activated sludge stabilizer tank is filled with water until it overflows into the aerotank.

Cleaning the coarse sewage filter and the main airlift is as follows: first, you need to remove the upper tray, and then, together with the tray, pull out the lifting pipe of the main airlift, vertically upwards from the coarse sewage filter. At the same time, the antennae of the traps of hair inclusions and the bottom fixed on the lifting pipe of the main airlift simultaneously clean the holes on the walls of the coarse sewage filter. Removed airlift pipe, with traps of hair inclusions and an additional filter of coarse impurities, clean, rinse and reinstall in reverse order.

It must be borne in mind that all components of the wastewater treatment plant can be removed and cleaned. This also applies to nozzles for supplying air to individual elements of the station, which may be clogged with impurities from the air supplied by the blower. All possible malfunctions are manifested by an increase in the water level in the receiving tank to the emergency float, which turns on the warning bell or the light in the house and thereby signals a problem and the danger of raw sewage flowing through the station bypass.

To check the operability of the automatic flush pump and its timer, it is enough to turn off and after a few seconds turn on the flush pump automatic (usually the second if you count from the left) in the electrical control panel of the treatment system. In this case, the flushing pump will turn on for a specified time (about 20-30 seconds)

If you are not confident in your ability to carry out maintenance or repair of your BIOXI septic tank yourself, then entrust this work to the professionals of our service center, and this is a guarantee of the highest quality of uninterrupted operation of your treatment plant.

    Evaluation of the operation of a wastewater treatment plant.

With the correct operation of the wastewater treatment plant, the water on the drain from the station (it can be taken with a test tube on the drain) is transparent, clean and without an unpleasant odor. If these criteria are not met, the following malfunctions may occur.

    Turbid water at the outlet of the station.

In this case, we are talking about not completely purified water. This usually happens during plant commissioning until sufficient activated sludge is produced. This may take up to a month. A further reason may be a degraded wastewater quality, such as low or high pH, a sharp drop in temperature or chemical contamination, for example, in the case of intensive washing of clothes using strong detergents, and / or wastewater from dishwashers. The real problem will resolve itself within a day. A constantly turbid drain is a sign of a massive overload of the station or a lack of oxygen in activation, which may be caused by leakage of the air distribution network from the compressor, low voltage of the mains supply, no aeration in the incoming sewer pipe.

    Sample selection.

Sampling of treated water is carried out from the outlet pipe of the wastewater treatment plant. The selection of untreated water is best done with a plastic bucket with a capacity of approximately 10 liters, which is installed under the supply pipe in the receiving tank. The selection of water from the receiving tank, as water at the inlet to the station, is incorrect. Here there is a mixture of raw water and activated sludge, and its composition is influenced by the biological processes taking place in the receiving tank.

    Measures for winter operation of BIOXY.

The system does not require special measures for winter operation, however, it is necessary to ensure a constant supply of fresh air to the compressor compartment, which can be disturbed by snow cover.

    Power supply requirements.

The wastewater treatment plant operates normally with voltage deviations from nominal within +/-10%. Turning off the power supply for a period of not more than 8 hours, practically does not affect the operation of the station, with a longer power outage, anaerobic processes with an unpleasant odor begin, and there is a danger of overflowing the system and draining untreated water through the station bypass. However, after the power supply is restored, the system returns to normal operation on its own after a while.

    Service life of the BIOXY wastewater treatment plant.

The wastewater treatment plant is made of polypropylene with a long service life (at least 50 years). The service life of the aeration element is 10 years, the service life of the compressor is 5-10 years (membrane 2 years). As part of prevention, it is recommended to replace the compressor membrane every 2 years.

    Sanitary and hygienic requirements.

The wastewater treatment plant is equipped with a vapor-tight cover and sealed housing, and can be installed near residential buildings. Air from the environment is supplied to the internal space of the station and it is provided for its removal through the outlet or inlet sewer pipeline. In the absence of ventilation of sewer pipelines, ventilation should be provided through a fan riser that has direct contact with the environment. Otherwise, the exhaust air may enter the living space. The wastewater treatment plant does not emit an unpleasant odor during proper operation, since aerobic processes with the release of carbon dioxide predominate. During operation, the station produces minimal noise. The noise of the blower, which is located under the insulated cover - 37 dB (at a distance of 1 m). Installed third-party electrical equipment (compressor, pump, emergency level sensor, etc.) is covered by a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not cover failures caused by improper maintenance or handling.

Attention!

    It is forbidden:

Switch off the power supply of the unit

    dumping rotten vegetable residues into the sewer;

    dumping construction debris (sand, lime, etc.) into the sewer, this leads to clogging of the installation, and as a result, loss of efficiency;

    discharge of polymer films and other non-biodegradable compounds into the sewer (this category includes condoms, hygienic bags, cigarette filters, films from cigarette packs, etc.), pumps may become blocked, and as a result, the installation will lose its operability;

    discharge into the sewerage of water from the regeneration of drinking water treatment systems using potassium permanganate or other external oxidizing agents. Drainage should be carried out through a separate pressure sewer;

    discharge of wash water from pool filters;
