Since January 2018, the head of the region has received 1,623 complaints from the Bogorodsky District, most of which are related to the poor condition of playgrounds and courtyards, as well as problems with garbage disposal. About 10 thousand requests were received on the portal “ Dobrodel". 4.3 thousand of them relate to improvement issues.

The bank's liabilities are characterized by high dependence on household deposits (54.6% of net liabilities). On the Forex market, the bank shows relatively high turnover: from 450 million rubles to 1.9 billion rubles.

The bank has a small bond portfolio worth 170 million rubles (as of February 2015). Issuers of the securities are VTB Bank, Vnesheconombank, Tatfondbank and Sibmetinvest. The portfolio turnover dynamics are low. According to the bank's reporting, it is expected that the securities will be held until maturity (2015-2016).

At the end of 2014, the bank received a net profit of 8.2 million rubles. In 2013, the bank's net loss amounted to 14.1 million rubles. In 2012, the bank received a net profit of 92.4 million rubles.

From district to district

First of all, by decision of the deputies, the Noginsky administration municipal district renamed the administration of the Bogorodsky urban district. Let us note that one of the goals of the municipal reform in the Moscow region, within the framework of which the formation of urban districts is taking place, is to save funds from local budgets by reducing municipal employees. If previously the number of municipal employees of the Noginsk district was 402 people, then in the conditions of the urban district it is only 275 people. But a smaller number does not mean a reduction in the tasks that the regional government and residents set for local administrations. Therefore, a clear and well-structured structure of the executive body is necessary.

- Transformations in the Bogorodsky district are being carried out in accordance with the regulatory requirements of regional legislation and the structure of the regional government, so that the work within the framework of interaction between the government of the Moscow region and the administration of the Bogorodsky urban district is as effective and fruitful as possible.

Deputy head of the district administration Marina Aksyonova submitted a draft decision to approve the structure of the administration of the Bogorodsky urban district to a vote of deputies. In connection with the expansion of the powers of the district administration, the number of deputy heads has increased; there are 11 of them in the new structure.

Our district, like the entire Moscow region, should become a territory of comfortable living, therefore, the regional government created the Ministry of Improvement, which took over part of the powers of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities and the Ministry of Ecology, and the position of deputy head for improvement issues and investment programs was created in the structure of the administration of the Bogorodsky urban district in the housing and communal services sector. In addition, a deputy unit has appeared who will oversee territorial departments in settlements; there will be five of them in total in the Bogorodsky District. To solve certain problems, residents of settlements do not have to go to Noginsk, to the administration of the Bogorodsky District, but contact the territorial department on the spot.

Under the watchful eye of the first person

The absence of such a territorial department in Noginsk raised questions among Council deputies. But you need to take into account that the administration of the Bogorodsky District is located in Noginsk, so it is much easier for Noginsk residents to get to it than for residents of other settlements. Moreover, in the structure of the district administration there is a position of deputy head, who will be responsible for supervising the territorial departments of the district, including Noginsk, to whom you can contact.

- This structure most optimally reflects the current state of affairs in the territories of the Bogorodsky District. The problems that exist in the city of Noginsk cannot be solved without constant and attentive attention from the head of the district. Only the first person in our center - Noginsk-Bogorodsk - with personal tasks for deputies in areas can radically change the situation.

In the future, proposals were made to create a department specifically to work with residents of the district center.

The approved structure is, without a doubt, changeable, only time will show its performance,” said Marina Aksyonova.

Changes according to regulations

The agenda of the deputies continued with issues related to amendments to legal acts that regulate the work of the administration. In total, the deputies made a positive decision on 11 issues on the agenda that relate to the functioning of the district administration: this is the approval of the Regulations on the administration of the Bogorodsky City District, ensuring the material, technical and organizational activities of local governments, the approval of a number of Regulations that structure the work of the Housing and Communal Services, Culture, physical culture, sports, youth policy and tourism. Also, the issue “On introducing amendments to the decision of the Council of Deputies of the municipal formation “City of Staraya Kupavna, Moscow Region” was separately considered.
