We bring to your attention the scientific and practical journal “Technology and merchandising of innovative food products» The magazine reflects views and opinions on various scientific and practical problems in the production and sale of food products. It is addressed not only to university teachers and graduate students, but also to a wide range of workers in the food industry and trade. There were a number of reasons for the creation of this magazine. Firstly, the volume of information is growing, the shelves are full of new magazines and newspapers of various directions, and the field of food technology lags behind general trends in the volume of scientific products produced. Secondly, we strive to provide our reader with the opportunity to dialogue with specialists who have professional knowledge, experience and a desire to develop domestic science. We propose to publish the most interesting research results. It should be noted that the journal has a fairly diverse list of sections. We really want to create a high-quality, objective and therefore useful magazine together with you.

Included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the scientific degree of Candidate of Sciences and for the scientific degree of Doctor of Science should be published (included in the List of the Higher Attestation Commission).
