How to fry without oil and in what oil it is less harmful to fry: an overview of different types of oils. This page does not exist The least dangerous alcohol

Making moonshine and alcohol for personal use
absolutely legal!

After the end of the existence of the USSR, the new government stopped the fight against moonshine. Criminal liability and fines were abolished, and an article banning the production of alcohol-containing products at home was removed from the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. To this day, there is not a single law prohibiting us from engaging in our favorite hobby - making alcohol at home. This is evidenced by the Federal Law of July 8, 1999 No. 143-FZ "On Administrative Responsibility legal entities(organizations) and individual entrepreneurs for offenses in the field of production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products "(Collected Legislation Russian Federation, 1999, N 28, art. 3476).

Excerpt from Federal law RF:

"This Federal Law does not apply to the activities of citizens (individuals) who are not producing products containing ethyl alcohol, not for the purpose of marketing."

Home brewing in other countries:

In Kazakhstan in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Administrative Offenses of January 30, 2001 N 155, the following liability is provided. So, according to article 335 "Manufacture and sale of home-made alcoholic beverages", the illegal manufacture for the sale of moonshine, chacha, mulberry vodka, home brew and other alcoholic beverages, as well as the sale of these alcoholic beverages, entails a fine in the amount of thirty monthly calculation indices with the confiscation of alcoholic beverages , devices, raw materials and equipment for their manufacture, as well as money and other valuables received from their sale. However, the law does not prohibit the preparation of alcohol for personal use.

In Ukraine and Belarus things are different. Articles No. 176 and No. 177 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine provide for the imposition of fines in the amount of three to ten tax-free minimum wages for the manufacture and storage of moonshine without the purpose of sale, for storage without the purpose of selling devices * for its production.

Article 12.43 repeats this information practically word for word. "Making or purchasing strong alcoholic beverages (moonshine), semi-finished products for their production (mash), storage of devices for their manufacture" in the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses. Clause No. 1 informs: "The production of strong alcoholic beverages (moonshine) by individuals, semi-finished products for their production (mash), as well as the storage of devices * used for their manufacture, - entail a warning or a fine of up to five basic units with the confiscation of the specified drinks, semi-finished products and apparatus ".

* It is still possible to purchase moonshine stills for home use, since their second purpose is to distill water and obtain components for natural cosmetics and perfumery.

BBC Future has tried to understand the facts and dispel the myths surrounding the world's two most popular alcoholic beverages - beer and wine

There are few drinks in the world that divide their fans into two almost non-overlapping camps as clearly as beer and wine (well, perhaps also tea and coffee).

Leaving aside the question of taste preferences, let's try to figure out how each of them affects the human body and our health.

Which one makes us more fat? How useful is one or the other, or, conversely, harmful? And, after all, which one gives the stronger hangover?

What makes us drunk faster?

A pint (568 ml) of light beer and a medium-sized glass of wine contain roughly the same amount of ethyl alcohol - two to three standard British units (16-24 grams).

But to hit the head, this alcohol must first enter the bloodstream - and the speed of this process may depend on the drink.

Mack Mitchell of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in the US recently conducted a study in which he asked a group of 15 male volunteers to drink a variety of alcohol on different days.

He carefully selected the alcohol content in all drinks so that it was proportional to the body weight of the subjects, and made sure that they drank the experimental liquids over the same period of time - 20 minutes.

As expected, strong alcohol entered the bloodstream most quickly (it also caused the maximum peak values of alcohol concentration in the blood), then wine (the peak occurred 54 minutes after drinking) and, finally, beer (62 minutes after drinking).

In other words, you get drunk faster from a glass of wine than from a glass of beer.

Conclusion: after beer, there is less risk of being in a stupid drunk situation

What makes the male belly grow more?

It would seem that the widespread opinion that beer bellies arise from the use of a corresponding product should be based on reason.

There are calories in the ethyl alcohol itself and in the sugars that make the drink delicious. A pint of beer contains 180 calories - 50% more than a small glass of wine. Enough to get fat with excessive drinking.

But for those who are not exaggerated, the difference is not that great. A recent analysis of available research has shown that neither beer drinkers nor wine drinkers gain weight in the short term.

But the longest experiment analyzed lasted only 10 weeks, and in the course of the experiment, scientists may not have noticed minor changes in weight.

And after all, every extra pound gained over a 10-week period, in five years, would have turned into a beer belly weighing 25 kilograms - about eight average newborn babies.

By the way, it should be noted that the widespread opinion that beer can grow breasts in men is almost one hundred percent a myth.

Conclusion: Not much difference, but wine seems to be slightly preferable

What makes a hangover worse?

Despite all their efforts, scientists have not yet been able to defeat the usual curse of all alcohol lovers: the morning hangover.

We don't even know exactly why it occurs. Dehydration seems to play an important role in this process (alcohol causes the body to excrete more fluid than it gets into it).

But it is possible that one of the additional factors is the by-products of alcoholic fermentation. These organic compounds, formed simultaneously with ethyl alcohol, give the drink a unique bouquet and taste, but can be toxic to the body, forcing us to regret what we have done the next morning after a stormy party.

Some strong dark spirits (say, bourbon) can actually give a heavier hangover than well-refined vodka, but different beers and wines are roughly equivalent in this sense.

So if you do not switch to strong, then the headache from wine and beer should be approximately comparable.

Conclusion: the available data for the conclusion is not enough

What is healthier (or at least less harmful)?

It is not uncommon to hear that a glass of wine a day helps to rejuvenate the body and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure and diabetes.

It is believed that so-called polyphenols (especially in red wine) have such a beneficial effect, which relieve inflammation and help remove harmful chemical compounds from the body.

Beer is not usually studied in this kind of research, but it does contain some amount of polyphenols - that is, it should have about the same effect as white wine (less than red).

It is clear that such a conclusion is not an excuse for uncontrolled drunkenness, but a glass a day can really be useful for someone (or maybe not).

Conclusion: red wine is beyond competition, but maybe it's still better to drink beer than to sit completely sober?

General conclusion: in terms of health benefits (more precisely, less harmfulness), the first place belongs to wine.

Beer lovers can console themselves with the drink's long history. Some anthropologists even believe that humanity's love of beer may have underpinned the emergence of Agriculture, and hence modern civilization.

What? At the heart of our civilization lay ... more precisely, splashed ... beer? There is something to think about when making a choice at the bar.

Answers to frequently asked questions of the listeners of the program.

SANFIRS: Hello, Valery Sanfirov and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Stolypin Foundation Mushegh Mamikonyan are at the studio. Musheg Lorisovich, hello.

MAMIKONYAN: Hello.

SANFIRS: Mushegh Lorisovich, we have a lot of questions from the audience. We talked conceptually about some things, let's say, professional, related to food. But the audience had many questions, and it is probably worth talking about them. For example, there was great interest in the program about fried meat and barbecue. And you know, the listeners had a discussion, they asked: what is more harmful - fried in a pan or barbecues fried on the grill, relatively speaking. Many people think that the grill is just healthier, because it's fresher. What do you say?

MAMIKONYAN: Of course, I am in favor of meat consumption: meat consumption is always a very important aspect. And the protein component of meat is the main source of protein in the structure of consumption, and in second place is the consumption of protein through eggs, milk, so this is a very important group of goods. Now about the cooking method. Especially in the recent period, there are a lot of new trends in the world, new culinary traditions are being formed, different marketing approaches are used by different companies. But if we talk specifically about the form in which meat is less harmful, it’s better to say so than to compare one not very safe type of cooking with another not very safe type of cooking. Well, there is danger here, it is, of course, minimal, and it is too detached, but we still have to say about it. The best way cooking meat is if you cook it, just cook it. And we talked about this once, in my opinion, with the doctors when we discussed it. Since meat contains a sufficient amount of purines, which can affect uric acid levels, these people are better off not consuming this broth. It is quite normal for ordinary healthy people to consume this broth. Very often there is a dispute in families: the broth needs to be poured out, the first broth needs to be poured out or the second broth should be poured out, and so on. For example, I believe that if meat is cooked through heat treatment, through cooking, this is quite normal, good way... Another thing is that many of our radio listeners and even my colleagues, who are not very deeply immersed in this, say that, you know, when we cook, it does not always turn out gently and softly. And here it is very important that the meat should be sufficiently prepared, especially if we are talking about red meat, first of all about beef, and secondly about pork. What does cooked meat mean? After slaughter, biochemical processes take place in the animal carcass. Let's not clutter up with terms, but these biochemical processes need to wait out, at least 24-48 hours. And therefore, very fresh meat, which we call fresh meat, which was slaughtered in the morning and brought to the market two or three hours later, yes, it is fresh meat. But if you cook it after three hours, after slaughter it will be six hours, it will no longer be fresh meat, it is better to wait it out. And this is very important. Many people forget, even knowing that my colleagues, even knowing this rule, very often neglect and get tough meat. Therefore, if you cook meat and it turns out tough, it means that it is not aged. Aged meat is after 48, and preferably 72 hours, at least two or three days you need to wait, and then cook.

SANFIRS: And before that, keep in the refrigerator?

MAMIKONYAN: In the refrigerator is required. Cold, cold, cold. Store in the refrigerator in any form, as you bought it, packed in an inert gas or in a vacuum, then wait at least one or two days, and then heat it.

SANFIRS: That is, I mean not to freeze, but exactly like this.

MAMIKONYAN: Yes. Because you are going this week and this meat is quite stored ...

"Kolomoisky plays the game" we are good - please us ""

ROSTISLAV ISHCHENKO: “Kolomoisky is an intelligent person, unlike his colleagues in the oligarchic shop. He sees that the stake on the West has failed, that it is possible to support the oligarchic system in Ukraine only at the expense of the Russian resource, and is trying to reorient himself. For this, he makes theoretically correct statements. "

A balanced diet is the foundation of our health and wellness in general. The human body is so strong that it is able, without assistance, to resist harmful products or, simply, real poisons that enter our body with food, drinking water and air.

However, in the age of high technologies, the production of genetically modified food products, which contain all kinds of harmful components, has become widely used. When there are too many such poisons in the body, the body is unable to resist them.

Our main task is to help the body fight poisons. To do this, it is necessary, ideally, to avoid the use of foods that poison our body or to limit their consumption to a minimum.

Now it is almost unrealistic to purchase products that would not harm the figure and human health at all. It is difficult for us to give up junk food, but it must be done!

Why do people eat junk food?

Most unhelpful nutrients found in food are highly addictive.

The most "popular" is monosodium glutamate (E-621) - the most powerful flavor enhancer.

  • chips;
  • sausages;
  • canned foods;
  • sweet soda;
  • semi-finished meat products;
  • fast food products; ketchup;
  • mayonnaise;
  • soups and porridges fast food.

It is capable of seriously harming the body and human health, it is especially dangerous for fragile children's organisms. Toxins, which are present in large quantities in monosodium glutamate, cause serious allergic mutations in the body, disrupt the functioning of the optic nerve and the brain.

No less harmful toxic poison, poisoning the body and causing long-term addiction - aspartame (E-951) - a kind of sugar substitute. This poison can cause a whole chain of diseases, the most dangerous of which are Alzheimer's disease, as well as infertility in women and men.

  • soda;
  • sweet caramel;
  • chewing gum;
  • ice cream;
  • yoghurt;
  • alcohol;
  • flour pastry;
  • crackers;
  • various sweets, etc.

Therefore, with the daily use of products containing dangerous poisonous nutritional supplements, we cause significant harm to our health, and biostimulants make our body a hostage by the principle of addiction.

The most harmful food products for human health. We look at and remember the TOP-30 list:

    Various sweets (caramel, marmalade). Chewing gum.

    Meat semi-finished products (minced meat, frozen meat semi-finished products). Sausages (various smoked and others). Meat products (sausages, sausages).

    Smoked meat and fish, including canned food.

    Yoghurt, food starters.

    Chips, croutons, french fries, fast food products (harburger, cheeseburger and others).

    Ice cream, sweet dairy desserts.

    Carbonated drinks (Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Sprite), energy drinks.

    Sauces, mayonnaises, ketchups.

    Various side dishes and instant soups (noodles, mashed potatoes).

  1. Chocolate spread, bars and chocolate (any except extra black).

    Canned food (meat, fish, pates, canned ham).

    Canned fruits and vegetables (lecho, pickles, tomatoes, caviar, compotes, jam, preserves).

    Margarine, refined vegetable oil.

    Canned juice.

    Stock cubes, ready-made concentrates.

    Alcohol.

    Ready-made breakfast cereals.

    Cheese, dairy products of poor quality.

    Butter with fat content below 82%.

    Fatty pork.

    Chicken legs.

    Pastry (white bread, rolls).

    Polished rice.

    Vinegar, pickles.

    Nuts, seeds from packages.

    Vegetables, fruits out of season (early grown in greenhouses).

Smokers are well aware of the dangers of smoking, but since they cannot quit smoking completely, they look for alternative options (for example, they start smoking "safe" cigarettes).

If you are reading this article, then you probably want to smoke less or get rid of this habit altogether. That is why tomorrow we are holding on the topic of how easy it is to quit smoking in 1 day according to the Allen Carr method.

In this article we will tell you which cigarettes are the safest and which are the most harmful.

All smokers are far from stupid people who perfectly understand and realize the harm of smoking, and, of course, this worries them. Therefore, those who cannot quit smoking (as well as those who are looking for safe cigarettes) are interested in which of the cigarettes are the least harmful and which are the most dangerous. And today we will deal with this issue.

Older people often complain (however, as always) that the trees were taller before, the popsicle was real, and the tobacco was natural. Maybe they are wrong about trees, but about food or other "products", here they are 100% right. Insofar as modern world revolves around money, then, of course, food manufacturers or cigarette sellers are looking for new technologies that can reduce costs and, accordingly, get more profit.

We will not discuss food in detail in this article, but we should talk about cigarettes, given that most people are unaware of how they are being manipulated at the chemical level.

Are all cigarettes equally harmful to human health?

Let's start with the main thing: there is no natural tobacco in cigarettes. What we used to call a cigarette, in the tobacco industry and in the documents of the World Health Organization, is called VOS, that is, a nicotine delivery system. A banal cigarette is a commercial product, currently perfected, which tends to cause rapid and strong addiction. It has a low cost, but an expensive retail price (especially if you take Europe, where it costs 5-10 euros, and in Australia it goes up to 20 US dollars).

The cost price has been reduced due to the absence of tobacco, since instead of it the cigarette contains ordinary papier-mâché soaked in chemical composition which the cigarette industry calls "liquor". It already contains synthetic nicotine, flavors, medications, moisturizers, preservatives, moisture-retaining substances, and more.

The similarity of cut paper with tobacco is achieved by applying crushed tobacco powder to a thin layer of glue, obtained in special vacuum installations, which explode and turn the leaves into tobacco along with the veins of this plant.

What is the best way to smoke cigarettes today? Which ones are not harmful to human health? Answer: none. Absolutely any cigarettes, light or strong, including cigars or cigarillos, contain chemicals that are artificially added.

Therefore, there is only one conclusion: absolutely all cigarettes are harmful and dangerous, cause addiction and increase it. It is difficult to choose which of the two evils is the most dangerous. Nevertheless, let's figure it out and answer the most popular questions.

Question # 1: What are the most harmful cigarettes?

We said that a modern cigarette is literally a set of chemicals. Perhaps you thought that the cigarettes produced today are the most harmful? Not really. Even if you can find natural tobacco cigarettes, they will not be less harmful. The fact is that natural tobacco contains more nicotine and radioactive polonium-210.

Which cigarettes are more harmful - with or without menthol?

Question number 2: which cigarettes are more harmful - with or without menthol?

More dangerous are menthol cigarettes. But polls show that people just consider them less harmful and it is better to smoke cigarettes with menthol, because it is often used in medicines. While menthol in cigarettes provokes coughing and is incredibly dangerous for the heart. Moreover, menthol cigarettes mask the awful smell of tobacco smoke, therefore, to a greater extent, create the illusion of pleasure. It is for this reason that women and novice smokers choose them. And it is for this reason that reputable organizations - for example, the US Department of Health (FDA) - want to ban the sale of menthol cigarettes.

Question # 3: Which brands of cigarettes are less or more harmful?

Currently, the technology for making cigarettes is the same for all brands and brands. But in the past, the toughest brand of cigarettes was called Marlboros, as they were the first to add urea to cigarettes, which contains ammonia and speeds up the process of nicotine binding in the brain.

Which cigarettes are more harmful - thick or thin?

Question number 4: which cigarettes are more harmful - thick or thin?

There is no significant difference here. Because everything is determined by the content of nicotine and carbon dioxide.

Which cigarettes are more harmful - with or without flavor?

Question number 5: which cigarettes are more harmful - with or without flavor?

It's safe to say here that flavored cigarettes, like menthol, mask the awful smell of smoke, creating more of the illusion of pleasure. But there is one more argument: it is very expensive for cigarette sellers to use natural flavors, so they use artificial ones, which are the cause of the so-called popcorn lung disease.

Which cigarettes are more harmful - light or heavy?

Question No. 6: Which cigarettes are more harmful - light or heavy?

Of course, it is light cigarettes that are the most dangerous, since for an addicted person, the need to smoke is determined only by the content of nicotine in the blood. Therefore, if a person smokes lightweight cigarettes, then he has to smoke more often. And this means more poisoning, since tobacco smoke contains not only poisonous nicotine, but also other toxic substances.

Which cigarettes are more harmful - electronic or regular?

Question number 7: which cigarettes are more harmful - electronic or regular?

This is probably the most difficult question. It can be assumed that conventional cigarettes contain more combustion products, as well as sulfur and saltpeter, which control the combustion process. However, e-cigarettes also contain combustion products as the liquid in them is heated by the wire. During this process, formaldehyde is also formed. But the emphasis still needs to be placed on something else. Smoking regular cigarettes is dangerous. They write about it on packs of cigarettes, the Ministry of Health speaks about it, people who smoke for many years know about it. Only smoking / vaping electronic cigarettes does not bother fans of plastic tubes with electronics. They do not create bad breath or hand odor. And those who are addicted to electronic cigarettes are less likely to decide to get rid of addiction.

The conclusion is very disappointing: there are no safe cigarettes. It doesn't matter how heavy or light they are, thin or thick, ordinary or electronic. In any case, they are all dangerous and addictive, and you will pay your money for this.
