In which bank can I receive a Unistream transfer? Partner banks in Russia and Europe. Money transfers "unistream" (unistream) Which banks transfer to unistream

Unistream money transfers have become one of the most popular in Russia for a reason. “Convenient to send and easy to receive” - for bank representatives these are not just words, but a real guide to action.

Sending money is carried out in 6 different ways, and you can receive it at more than 185,000 points in Russia, 15,000 points in the CIS countries and 110,000 branches of financial institutions located abroad!

The Unistream system, created by the Russian financial institution of the same name, offers the most favorable and convenient conditions for sending money for each client. You can send money both in foreign currency and in Russian rubles. And the maximum amount is practically unlimited, and only when sending funds using a bank card, it cannot exceed 100,000 rubles.

The main reasons to send a money transfer through the Unistream system:

  • the minimum commission is only 1.2% of the transfer amount;
  • Efficiency of sending - funds are available for receipt after 10 - 15 minutes;
  • complete absence of commissions and expenses when receiving money;
  • the possibility of sending and issuing money in cash;
  • currency conversion at the time of direct sending at a favorable rate.

The transfer is possible subject to the presentation of a passport, and if the sender is not a resident of Russia and wants to send abroad an amount exceeding 5,000 euros or, he will also need to submit documents confirming the legality of stay in the country (work visa, residence permit, etc. ).

Which bank can issue Unistrem?

Cash can only be received at the cash desks of financial institutions. However, not every bank can issue them to you. To determine where you can go and where you should not look, a special icon (system symbol), which is usually located at the entrance to the branches of partner banks, will help. You can also find a detailed list of points of issue on the official website of the system.

The following financial institutions are among the official participants of the Unistream fast money transfer system:

  • Promsvyazbank;
  • Binbank;
  • Kapitalbank;
  • Uralsib;
  • Express-Volga Bank;
  • SKB-Bank;
  • Southern Russian Bank;
  • OTP Bank;
  • SDM-Bank and many others.

This list can be continued indefinitely, because only in Moscow there are more than 1350 points and bank branches where it is possible to issue quick transfers using this system. If you are still at a loss with the choice and do not know where to turn, there is a simple solution - contact the Unistream branch!

The cash desks of this banking network are distributed throughout Russia. In any major city or regional center, you can find at least 15 - 20 branches, where you can freely receive money sent to you by relatives and relatives from early morning until late at night. Some points in Moscow and St. Petersburg work around the clock for the convenience of the customers of the system!

Also, for sure, employees of any branch of Uniastrum Bank will be able to issue the finances sent to you. After all, it was this financial institution that in 2001 decided to create an additional department for making fast and inexpensive money transfers!

How to receive the money?

If money was transferred to you using Unistream, an employee of one of the tens of thousands of points will be able to give it to you. Contact one of the previously mentioned banks - and the money is in your hands. But in order for you not to be denied extradition, you must perform a number of mandatory actions:

  • personally visit the cash desk of the bank issuing transfers;
  • tell the cashier-operator the secret code (transfer number), the exact amount, currency of the transfer, as well as the name and surname of the sender;
  • present a passport or other document proving your identity;
  • fill out an application for the issuance of funds and sign it;
  • get a receipt for the issuance of funds, sign it and receive your money.

Five simple steps will allow you, at any convenient time, by contacting a branch of a partner bank, to receive or send funds to anywhere not only in Russia, but also in the world. So, in Ukraine, the Unistream system cooperates with Oschadbank, in Belarus with Technobank, Moscow-Minsk, BNB-Bank, and in exotic resort countries such as the UAE and India, with the Muthoot financial group.

Please note that it is impossible to receive funds as a non-resident of Russia without presenting additional documents. You will need to have documents confirming your registration and a migration card with you. At the same time, banks can issue Unistream transfers not to recipients personally, but to their authorized representatives. If you are acting in this capacity, do not forget to bring your passport and a notarized power of attorney with you!

Additional conditions of banks

Some partner banks dictate a number of their own conditions when issuing funds according to the described system. So, many of them impose restrictions on the maximum amount of transfers. For example, in Binbank it will not be possible to receive or send more than 900,000 rubles. And in a number of banks it is impossible to receive more than 1 transfer during the day.

But, despite the restrictions that may be dictated by the internal policy of banks, none of them can charge additional fees for customer service, as well as impose additional services on customers that are not directly related to receiving fast money transfers.

If you are strongly advised to open an account or issue a bank card, be aware that this is a violation of clause 2, article 16 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law. After all, sending funds can be addressless, and their issuance does not require the opening of special accounts. It is better to clarify the features of issuing transfers in a particular bank in advance by reading the rules on the website or by asking a financial institution consultant!

On the territory of Russia, Western Union today has a couple of solid competitors. The latter include the Unistream payment system. Unistream, unlike Western Union, was developed by a number of Russian financial companies. And compared to its one and a half century competitor, Unistream is simply a “baby”, since the company of the same name and the payment system based on it began their work in 2001. Over the 15 years of its operation, Unistream has turned from a small financial exchanger into a mega-network that has both representations in a series of partner banks and its own branched structure. Unistream has 185,000 money transfer points in Russia alone. In the CIS countries, there are up to 15 thousand such points.

And in the countries of near and far abroad, the services of this payment system are available in 111 thousand points. With the help of this system of financial transfers, money can be sent and received both on the territory of Russia, and in the CIS, and far abroad. A total of 117 countries of the world are included in the coverage area of this system, and there are own representative offices (that is, not in partner banks, but separate offices of Unistream) not only in Russia, but also in Greece, Great Britain and Cyprus. It all started with the fact that already at the turn of the 90s and 00s in Russia there was a rather high demand for money transfer services. Especially for relatively small amounts that were transferred by individuals, for example, in material assistance to relatives.

But Western Union was never affordable for most individuals at that time. Sberbank was just beginning its activities in this area. Other banks, such as Binbank, VTB, are out of the question. It was the demand that gave rise to the offer in the form of the Unistream payment system, which at first had a fixed commission of 1%, which was suitable for most customers. Already by 2005, the annual working capital of the project amounted to many millions of dollars. In recent years, Unistream has not only been actively cooperating with Russian and foreign banks, but also promoting a package of offers to the financial market that do not only concern money transfers. These are branded bank cards that have a number of bonuses within the payment system. And assuming obligations to other financial institutions for charging commissions when the clientele uses their services. And corporate banking. And issuing loans. And much more.

Moreover, in 2015, Unistream launched the ability to transfer money online within its system. Money can now be transferred without leaving the house. Soon a number of partner banks also connected this Unistream service on their websites. Transfers can be made from bank cards, and not only Unistream cards, but also from the "plastic" of many other banks. If only the card was included in the VISA or MasterCard system, which can be said about 90% of all bank cards in the civilized world.

Rating "Unistream" and types of representative offices of this system

A year ago, the Russian analytical firm Expert RA gave the payment system the highest A+ rating, which means the highest degree of creditworthiness and long-term stable financial and economic growth. Slightly lower, but also highly rated Unistream at the international level, assigning a BBB rating, i.e. "moderately high potential in long-term creditworthiness." By 2016 Unistream in Russia and in the world maintains cooperation with four hundred financial institutions. In the capital alone, 49 banks cooperate with Unistream. In general, all operating points of this system can be divided into 4 types:

1. Representation and accreditation in a bank when a banking institution is engaged in Unistream transfers. Finding out whether it is possible to make a transfer in such and such a bank is easy even without consulting an employee. Various certificates, licenses and awards hang at the central entrance to the bank. There are also markers of payment systems. If there is an icon with the inscription Unistream ("Unistream"), then here you can send money using the selected company. There should be a corresponding note on the bank's website. Many Russian banks today cooperate with this payment system: Binbank, Sberbank, Uralsib, Kapitalbank, Promsvyazbank, Master-Bank, SberInvestBank, OTP-Bank, etc. Binbank and Sberbank generally included Unistream among their regular partners. Sberbank and especially Binbank are active intermediaries of this money transfer system. A complete list of organizations included in the payment system network can be found at unistream.ru. In which bank to make your payment is a personal matter for each client.

2. Unistream's own offices, network cash desks and specialized banks. There are approximately 260 such offices in Russia. In addition, there is also Uniastrum (Unistream) Bank, from which, in fact, everything started in 2001. In 2006, it was reorganized into OJSC CB Unistream, obtaining a license to carry out expanded banking activities in the future.

3. Self-service points and terminals. For example, through QIWI terminals (QIWI) it is easy to send money where you need it.

4. Making money transfers via the Internet and via cellular communication. The latter is possible if the MOBI.Money service is connected to the mobile device. And there are transfers via mobile communications only in Russia.

Why did Unistream manage to create competition even for Western Union? Probably, you should start by listing the pros and cons of this payment system:

  • for almost all transfers (excluding non-CIS countries) the commission is 1.2%, which is not much in comparison with the same Western Union;
  • commissions for transfers far abroad are made up depending on the transferred amount, but the percentage here is still somewhat lower than that of the main competitor;
  • mobility and speed - the ability to transfer money even online, and the waiting time for the transfer does not exceed 15 minutes;
  • the recipient does not pay any commissions at all;
  • money can be received in any form: cash, to a bank card or account, to the wallet of any electronic service (WebMoney, Yandex.Money, QIWI);
  • Unistream works with three main currencies for Russia - rubles, dollars and euros;
  • as such, the payment system itself does not have transfer limits. The limit common to the entire Unistream structure is valid only for bank cards, from which it is impossible to transfer more than 100 thousand rubles at a time. Another thing is that some banks introduce their own additional restrictions: for example, Binbank limited the maximum amount of a one-time transfer to 900 thousand rubles, and Sberbank - 500 thousand rubles. Binbank also set the condition that only one transfer can be made per day (in each bank it is necessary to clarify the additional conditions of this organization);
  • As for the minimum amount, there are no restrictions here. You can transfer at least 100 rubles. True, when sending to other countries, there is little sense in such a payment;
  • a very important point that gives the described payment system some advantage is the ability to take the recipient's money to a third party if this person has a power of attorney certified by a notary;
  • and, finally, "Unistream" guarantees reliability, no less than that of "Western Union". When using the described payment system, the client’s money is not threatened with disappearance or “freezing” halfway to the addressee.

How to receive money sent via Unistream

Despite the abundance of ways to transfer money, so far the most common option is to visit a Unistream partner bank. The Internet, of course, has a lot of undeniable advantages, but so far not all banks have an online transfer service. And in itself, it is still “raw”, since it was launched by the company just a year ago. Which banks most often receive requests to transfer money using Unistream? Of course, Sberbank enjoys constant popularity. Although Binbank and Promsvyazbank will soon catch up with it in terms of the number of transfers. In general, the scheme of actions here is similar to the one in all similar payment systems:

  1. On the website of the partner bank or Unistream, the payment status is displayed in real time. Sometimes with a delay of several minutes. It depends on which bank the transfer was made.
  2. As soon as the status “Done” appears (“Payment completed”, “Transfer completed”, etc.), you can immediately go to the nearest suitable bank. On the unistream.ru website, the online map mode will show where the nearest bank is located that supports this payment system. You can set up an email notification service. By the way, in Binbank, regular customers of Unistream receive it automatically. And Sberbank always strongly recommends connecting the universal SMS notification service for 30-50 rubles a month.
  3. For citizens of Russia, only a passport will be required from the documents (without an identity document, the issuance of money is impossible). Non-citizens with transfers up to 5 thousand dollars / euros will only need to present a migration visa (or a work / student visa, if a person came to Russia for these purposes). When transferring more than 5 thousand c.u. e. Non-citizens will also need a residence permit document. If there is none, then this is a limiter - 5 thousand dollars / euro.
  4. The sender must necessarily inform the recipient by telling the latter his full name, the exact amount, currency and, most importantly, the control, secret code, without which it will be impossible to receive money.
  5. After presenting the passport, the recipient fills out the form in the form and signs the receipt of receipt.
  6. It is advisable to check the amount of the received amount again. Any inconsistencies are best voiced immediately on the spot, upon receipt.

Further development prospects

This is a general algorithm of actions, regardless of which bank it is carried out in. Not a single bank has the right to impose any additional requirements and interest on receiving a client. It is important to note that there are more options for sending money than options for receiving them. Sending is possible through the bank, and through the cash desk of the system, and online, and even by phone. But to receive money, with the exception of individual cases, you can and should personally in the bank. For reliability. Now, however, the service for automatically transferring money to wallets of Internet services (the same "WebMoney") is gaining momentum. Today the company is not going to stop there. For example, in 2016 more than 20 new “products” were introduced. Among which, for example, payment of loans and utilities.

Sberbank and Binbank were the first to introduce these innovations. In Sberbank in 2016, it became possible to repay loans through Unistream. Moreover, a loan can be taken both from Sberbank itself and from a third-party organization. Binbank offers its customers the issuance of loans from Unistream, as well as payment of utility bills through it. Binbank experts say that this will be much more reliable and easier for the clients themselves. In any case, the percentage of users of the described service for making money transfers is growing. We can safely say that next year the number of clients (episodic and permanent) will increase again. Therefore, an article devoted to the analysis of the main points of the operation of the Unistream system will not be superfluous.

Registration of Unistream money transfers through stationary points of banks.

Unistream is a system of urgent money transfers of individuals not related to the implementation of entrepreneurial and investment activities or the acquisition of rights to real estate.

Money transfer operations from the Russian Federation on behalf of individuals are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Unistream (UNIStream) transfers are made in the following currencies:

  • in Russia - only in rubles,
  • outside Russia - in rubles, dollars or euros.

The amount of money transfer allowed by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Unistream system:

  • In Russia - the amount of money transfer is not limited;
  • From the Russian Federation, a resident of the Russian Federation - no more than the equivalent of 5,000 USD (using the official exchange rates of foreign currencies against the ruble established by the Bank of Russia on the date of the transfer, for one business day);
  • From the Russian Federation, non-resident of the Russian Federation - the amount is not limited.
The UNIStream system declares a low cost of transfers - from 0%. There is no single tariff scale for all countries for the cost of Unistream transfers. OJSC CB UNISTREAM/UNIStream applies an individual approach depending on the direction of the transfer. For many countries, in addition to the basic transfer rates, there are also very preferential rates. Different banks may have different rates. And for certain countries, such as: - India, Kuwait, Sri Lanka, Iran, Saudi Arabia, etc. - there are restrictions on the amount of the bank commission for the transfer (minimum 4 dollars, maximum 12 dollars).

Based on this, the following can be said about the transfer fee:

  • It is determined in the UNISTREAM software according to the directory of system participants. To choose the optimal commission, the calculation should be made according to the points of several banks.
  • It is paid by the sender of the transfer (the recipient is paid the entire amount of the transfer, without deducting any additional commission).
In the own service points of the UNISTREAM system, the cost of money transfers in Russia is set by the operator as follows:

These transfer rates are valid only when sending transfers from one point of UNISTREAM Bank to another point of the same bank, but in a different locality.

To make sure that the phrase “low cost of transfers” is true, I will give a comparative experiment. I will calculate the cost of a transfer fee of 20,000 rubles across Russia (from Omsk to Moscow) by four different money transfer systems:

  • postal transfer "CyberMoney" - 317 rubles + 2% of the amount = 717 rubles.
  • money transfer "Western Union" = 800 rubles. (rouble tariffs in Russia)
  • money transfers "BLITZ" - 1.75% = 340 rubles. (through own branches of Sberbank)
  • money transfer "Unistream" - 1.2% = 240 rubles. (through own UNISTREAM points).
  • money transfer "Unistream" - 2% = 400 rubles. (through points of two other partner banks).
With such a calculation, as it were, comments are superfluous. But pay attention to what the difference in price can be within the Unistream system itself. Therefore, before sending a transfer, it is worth choosing the cheapest and optimal route for the money transfer on the system calculator.

The minimum percentage of commission for transferring money via Unistream to individual countries starts from the following amounts:

Unistream transfers through QIWI terminals (QIWI)

On the territory of Russia, Unistream money transfers can be sent through QIWI (QIWI) terminals. Terminals operate around the clock.

The number of QIWI terminals (QIWI), which are involved in servicing Unistream money transfers, is already 90,000, and their number continues to grow.

The maximum transfer amount through the terminal is 15,000 rubles (including commission). Commission for a money transfer sent through QIWI terminals (QIWI) - 2.5% (but not less than 50 rubles). Of course, sending a money transfer through the terminal costs much more than the same transfer if it is sent through a bank point. Translation becomes especially expensive, the cost of which is up to 2000 rubles.

The UNIStream transfer becomes available to the recipient 10-15 minutes after it is sent through the QIWI terminal.

You can receive money transfers sent through QIWI terminals in 21 cities of Russia:

Determine the amount of receipt (within the allowable limit and taking into account the commission), then make an SMS order for receipt: send an SMS to number 3115 with the text “uni XXXX cashier code”, where, XXXXX is the receipt amount, cashier code is the code of the cash desk for receiving cash funds. The cost of sending a message to number 3115 is equal to the cost of a regular SMS, according to the Beeline tariff plan that is valid for you;

    For example, the first message: "Transfer control number: R12345678"; second message: “Address of issue: OKVKU No. 1182, Blagoveshchensk, st. Krasnoarmeyskaya 102.
  5. You visit the point specified in the SMS-message and receive money.

Pros and cons of the Unistream system

The UNISTREAM / UNIStream money transfer system continues to develop dynamically, but in addition to pluses, it also has minuses.

The advantages of UNISTREAM money transfers include the following:

  • The speed of the money transfer. The transfer is available for receipt within 10-15 minutes after sending;
  • "SMS-informing" by the UNISTREAM system when sending a transfer from the cash desks of OJSC CB UNISTREAM. The recipient of the transfer will receive an SMS notification: “Your transfer has been sent. Transfer number R123456789. Unistream". After the transfer is issued, the sender will receive a message: “Your transfer R123456789 has been issued. Unistream".
  • The presence of a calculator for determining the cost of translation. The calculation of the commission for the transfer is carried out after the selection, using icons, points of departure and receipt of money.
  • Availability of checking the status of a money transfer, both by the sender and the recipient. To do this, you only need to know the control number of the money transfer and the name of the sender;
  • A significant number of money transfer terminals QIWI (QIWI), operating around the clock throughout Russia;
  • Availability of the service "Money transfers using a mobile phone" - for subscribers of "Beeline".
    The disadvantages of Unistream money transfers include the following:
  • Insufficient density of service points and terminals in Russia, and especially in small towns and in the far east of the country.
  • The absence of a consolidated tariff scale for Russia in the context of partner banks - for a quick choice of the optimal option for the transfer cost. This can also be determined by the calculator, but many options will have to be considered, i.e. it is long and inefficient.

Despite the dynamic development of the Unistream money transfer system, individual countries of the former USSR (near abroad) are still insufficiently covered, the density of service points in individual regions is low. So, for example, money transfer to Azerbaijan can be carried out only in 8 cities, and only one bank cooperates with the UNIStream system - Royal Bank OJSC, which, today, has only 17 points in these cities. And with Turkmenistan, the Unistream system does not work at all yet.

There are many money transfer systems in the world: Western Union, PrivatMoney, Union Express, Unistream and others. Each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages. A client who does not yet have the experience of sending money should find out exactly which bank can receive a Unistream transfer or another transfer (if another system is selected).

Receiving money transfers

How to choose a transfer system so that it would not be a problem for the recipient to withdraw money? The sender must know in which locality the money will be received. The second step is to see what banking institutions are represented in this city or town. Then the sender visits the websites of these banks, sees if there is information about Unistream. Transfers, addresses of bank branches in each locality will be displayed on the websites of institutions. This information will help avoid misunderstandings.

In which bank can I receive a Unistream transfer in Russia?

The Unistream money transfer system is widely represented in Russian financial institutions. The Unistream service system in Russia covers about 185,000 points (these are bank branches and self-service terminals in shopping centers, bus stations and railway stations).

The base bank of the system is CB Unistream. The central office of the financial institution operates in Moscow, and branches are located throughout Russia, there are also representative offices of the bank in Ukraine and neighboring countries. In addition, Russians will be able to send and receive money through Unistream in the following banks: Uniastrum Bank JSCB, Binbank OJSC, Invest Bank JSCB. The partners of the system also became: PTB, CB Druzhba, OTP Bank (as you know, this is a large systemic international financial institution), CJSC Industrial Savings Bank, Moscow Credit Bank and other banks.

Specifics on partner banks in Russia

OTP Bank has a very good regional network. Bank branches are located in 44 cities of the country. These are both regional centers and large cities that do not have the status of regional ones. For receiving a transfer, the client at OTP Bank will not pay any commission, and sending will cost only 2% of the amount (the transfer amount is not more than 100,000 rubles) and 1.5% of the amount (if more than 100,000 rubles are sent).

JSCB "Uniastrum Bank", as a purely Russian financial institution, has more branches than "OTP Bank". Where can I get a Unistream transfer through the system of this bank? The answer can be found on the institution's website. Its branches are located in 70 Russian cities, from Moscow to the Far East Khabarovsk. Receiving a transfer at the cash desk or through the terminal is free of charge, regardless of the currency in which the money transfer was sent.

As already mentioned, Binbank OJSC also works with the Unistream system. Transfers (the addresses of points are on the bank's website) can be both sent and received. You can instantly pick up a transfer sent in another city at the cash desk. Payment of the transfer is, of course, free of charge. Sending money to customers will cost only 1-1.5% of the payment amount. The bank is represented in most regions of the country.

Receiving money via Unistream in Ukraine

We have already said that the transfer system we are considering is international. In which bank can I receive a Unistream transfer in Ukraine? Most large Ukrainian banks work with this system, so those who want to send or receive a transfer will have absolutely no problems.

The Ukrainian Oschadbank (translated into Russian as Sberbank) has been working with the Unistream system for more than 10 years. Although this bank has the widest network of branches in the country (more than 6,000), not all points work with money transfers. But this inconvenience will not prevent those wishing to carry out a money transfer operation even in a small regional center.

The largest systemic bank in Ukraine, Privatbank, which also has branches in Russia, Georgia, Latvia, Cyprus and Portugal, is also a member of the Unistream system. It is easy to receive transfers with Privatbank, because it is not even necessary to contact a bank branch. You can receive a transfer either through an ATM or self-service terminal, or through the Privat24 Internet system. Fans of traditional banking services can contact the bank's cash desks.
