    To fry mushrooms with onions and sour cream, first we will prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and pat dry on a paper towel. Cut off the bottom of the stem of each mushroom because it is tough.

    Take a saucepan with a volume of 3 liters or more, boil water in it, add a teaspoon of salt and pour mushrooms. Boil them for 15 minutes over medium heat, then drain the water.

    Throw the mushrooms into a kitchen sieve or colander and let the remaining liquid drain, it will interfere further.

    Peel the onions, cut into half rings and fry in a pan in pre-melted butter until a pale golden hue.

    Mushrooms also need to be fried, but separately from onions. Do this over medium heat for several minutes, stirring constantly. Honey mushrooms should brown a little.
