I wonder if they tell me that I can eat today, for example, only tomatoes, and at the same time I hate them, will it make me feel better that I can eat them as much as I want so as not to feel hungry?

The essence of the Protasov diet

In 5 weeks, the popular "shuffle" allows you to completely change your eating habits and abandon stereotypes. An important point, calculated for another 5 weeks. The menu of each next week repeats the menu of the previous one, some products are additionally allowed.
