Fried cabbage with meat

A very tasty full-fledged dish, it turns out, according to this recipe cooking. By the way, with the same set of products, cauliflower can not only be fried in a pan, but also baked in the oven.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cabbage (small);
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 zucchini;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 150 grams of broccoli;
  • 600 g pork (lean);
  • a bunch of dill;
  • spices;
  • salt to taste.

Preparation:

  • We clean the meat, rinse thoroughly, cut into thin strips.
  • We wash all the vegetables, clean them. Cut the carrots into cubes, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, zucchini - into medium cubes.
  • Fry the pork slices in well-heated oil, as soon as the juice comes out, wait literally 3 minutes and add the cabbage and onions.
  • Next, we lay broccoli, carrots, zucchini.
  • Season with any spices, herbs, chopped dill.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes until the meat is tender, then set aside. Serve hot.

Advice! Do not add water during stewing, as there will be enough vegetable juice.

In a creamy sauce

Light, tender, fluffy cauliflower in a spicy creamy sauce... At easy way cooking is delicious and looks like the best restaurants.


Ingredients:

  • 300 g of inflorescences;
  • 150 ml cream;
  • 50 g butter;
  • paprika;
  • nutmeg;
  • salt to taste.

Preparation:

  • We keep the sorted cabbage in boiling water for 5 minutes, then fry in melted butter until a light crust.

  • Add all the listed spices to the cream, mix, pour into the pan, reduce the heat, cover with a lid.

  • Simmer for about 15 minutes and serve hot.

Pieces can be added to the dish chicken fillet, fried mushrooms. This will make it even tastier and more satisfying.

Cauliflower in sour cream

Low-calorie cauliflower with zucchini topped with sour cream when serving. It turns out fragrant and nutritious. You can even eat it at night.


Ingredients:

  • 800 g of inflorescences;
  • 1 PC. zucchini (large);
  • 200 ml sour cream (15%);
  • 50 g butter (ghee);
  • 1 bunch of dill;
  • spices, salt to taste.

Preparation:

  • We sort out the cabbage inflorescences, rinse them.
  • Throw in a frying pan with hot oil, fry at medium temperature for about 10 minutes. Stir from time to time.

  • Cover with a lid and cook until golden brown.
  • We clean the zucchini, wash it, cut it into cubes.

  • Add to the main ingredient, season with seasonings, salt. We mix.

  • The cooked cabbage should not be too soft. We set aside, pour in sour cream, chop dill on top.

Cauliflower with mayonnaise

Anyone who loves pan-fried cauliflower will certainly appreciate this recipe. Delicate batter based on mayonnaise will make it even tastier.


Ingredients:

  • 400 g of inflorescences;
  • 150 g mayonnaise;
  • 1 PC. egg;
  • 3 tbsp. l. flour;
  • seasonings for vegetables;
  • ground black pepper, salt.

Preparation:

  • Separate the inflorescences, cook until half cooked in salted water for 3 minutes.

  • Beat eggs separately, add pre-sifted flour, shop sauce. We bring to homogeneity.

  • In the process, we throw in the necessary spices, salt.

  • Immerse cabbage in ready-made batter, then fry in vegetable oil.

  • When serving, pour the remaining mayonnaise beautifully. Serve hot. The dish is suitable for a festive table.

With cheese

Cauliflower, combined with quality cheese, seasoned with a small amount of spices, turns out to be tender and rather juicy. An excellent light vegetable dish for every day.


Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of cabbage;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • vegetable oil;
  • seasonings, salt to taste.

Preparation:

  • We wash the cabbage inflorescences, cook in salted water for 10-15 minutes.
  • We heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the main product. In the process, add any seasonings.
  • Set aside, sprinkle with a "cap" of grated cheese, cover with a lid. We are waiting for 5-10 minutes.
  • We serve a vegetable dish as the main dish, or as a side dish for fish or meat.

The cooking time can be reduced if you don't like cabbage that is too soft.

With pumpkin and bell pepper

If children are addicted to fast food and refuse to eat healthy vegetable dishes, offer them cauliflower fried in a pan with bell peppers and pumpkin. A bright, juicy, incredibly tasty side dish, the recipe for which is very simple, will not leave them indifferent.


Ingredients:

  • 300 g of inflorescences;
  • 200 g broccoli;
  • 200 g pumpkin;
  • 2 pcs. bell peppers;
  • 100 g green peas (canned);
  • lemon juice;
  • frying oil;
  • ground pepper, salt to taste.

Preparation:

  • Wash the vegetables well in advance, peel them. We disassemble the cabbage and broccoli, cut the pumpkin into medium cubes.
  • Immerse the inflorescences in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
  • Fry the pumpkin separately in small amount oil for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Then add the cauliflower and broccoli. Reduce heat, cover, simmer until tender.
  • Cut the pepper into small squares, add to the pan along with the peas. We mix.
  • Fry for 3-5 minutes, season with pepper, salt, sprinkle with the juice of one lemon. The dish is ready.

Cauliflower, fried in a pan, is easily absorbed in the body, does not carry any harm, therefore it can be eaten in large quantities and not be afraid for the figure. The recipes are extremely simple and take very little time to prepare.
