How to increase your chances of conceiving? Truth and fiction. Well, where, where is the long-awaited stork - how to increase the chances of getting pregnant? How to stimulate the conception of a child

// How to increase your chances of achieving pregnancy

It is possible that you, like many other women who dream of pregnancy, recall the time when you tried with all your might to avoid it. All these condoms, diaphragms, hormonal pills, interrupted intercourse, etc. etc., sleepless nights spent in fear of possible pregnancy.

And all for what? For the sake of mourning the time and energy spent in preventing what actually turns out to be difficult to achieve, years later. Indeed, for many pregnant couples it becomes a problem, but for most of them the ability to determine the moment when the predisposition to fertilization is maximum in both spouses makes the task much easier. Surprisingly, the chances of an ordinary married couple of conceiving a child in any particular cycle are approximately 25%, but they can be significantly increased by precisely determining the most optimal time to try to conceive.

Medical technologies, along with their undoubted advantages, however, have a number of disadvantages. The first is that many become firmly convinced that it is impossible for themselves to conceive a child other than using a number of complex procedures. Not only is this often wrong, but it can sometimes be counterproductive. Modern methods can postpone indefinitely or even completely exclude the possibility of the very pregnancy that they are designed to help achieve. ("Clomid", for example, dries out the cirvical fluid, and the timing of artificial insemination may not be chosen correctly.) Today, there are many ways to combat infertility. But you should know that if you are faced with this problem in your life, then the first step towards solving it should be the OIML.

In an effort to get pregnant, try to do without the advice of good friends and doctors who are not very competent in this matter. If you've read this book consistently, rather than sneaking into this chapter first, then you've probably already realized that the truth about your ability to conceive is significantly different from those myths that you heard earlier.

One of the couples in charge had irrefutably proven the advantage of knowing their still fertile ability, even though it was obvious that ovulation had not yet occurred.

Carey and Jack were completely demoralized when I met them. After the death of their child, they unsuccessfully tried to conceive another for two years. Since the first time everything turned out to be very simple, they could not understand in any way what was stopping them in this case.

What helped Carey and John finally achieve their goal? Realizing that Carey's temperature had not yet risen, although it was already the 22nd day of the cycle, Carey decided not to stop trying to get pregnant in this cycle. And she achieved success. The next, 23rd day, the temperature rose sharply, which meant that ovulation occurred the day before. Thus, the timing was right.

The truth about fertility

  1. The normal cycle does not have to last 28 days. It can be from 24 to 36 days. It varies both for different women and for the same one.
  2. Ovulation can occur on the 8th day, and maybe on the 22nd or even later. The bottom line is that ovulation does not necessarily occur on the 14th day.
  3. Your phase of greatest predisposition to conception cannot be determined by temperature alone. In fact, most women do not experience the "sharp drop in temperature" they are constantly told about at all.
  4. You may also be most prone to conception on the day the temperature spikes. By the time the temperature rises, it is already too late - the egg has time to die.
  5. You don't need to stand on your head for half an hour after intercourse in order to get pregnant! If timing is right, fertile cervical fluid will quickly do the trick, no matter what position you are in.
  6. The frequency of intercourse during the period of greatest fertility depends on both the quality of the cervical fluid and the quality of the male sperm. "A lot and quickly" is not suitable for everyone.
  7. The problem of infertility is a problem for both men and women. In other words, if a married couple is faced with the problem of infertility, this does not mean that the responsibility lies with the woman.

  8. Why some women are more likely to conceive than others

Even if you are very well armed with all kinds of knowledge, this does not mean that you can always get pregnant on time. If things don't go as far as you'd expect, I don't think it gives you the pleasure of hearing from well-meaning friends the hackneyed phrases like, "They call me fertile Myrtle," or "He just looked at me and I got pregnant right away." , or "I get pregnant with any method of birth control."

In fact, there are a number of reasons that make these women, in fact, more prone to conception. Along with well-developed reproductive organs, they have a longer phase of fertile cervical fluid. In addition, those women who have a short cycle have more potentially fertile days, since ovulation occurs more often at the bottom. However, even if you do not have an initially biologically enhanced fertility, you can increase your chances by using the OVI method, i.e. using graphs.

Vanessa and Max - an adorable young couple - attended my classes initially to avoid pregnancy. After two years of successful application of MOVZ for this purpose, they decided to give birth to a child. However, the trip to Mexico City forced them to postpone their plans, as they had to wait for the antimalarial drugs to disappear from their bodies. So the first month they decided to try it was March. However, an unforeseen circumstance almost ruined their plans. Max had to spend several days in the hospital for shoulder surgery.

On the first night of his return, Max was forced to take a large dose of pain reliever. And suddenly Vanessa enters the bedroom and announces: "Today is just right!" - because the quality of her cervical fluid left no doubts. “Believe me, then I could least of all think about sex, I was lying with an arm bandaged to my body, stuffed with painkillers, and suddenly my wife comes in and announces:“ I’m ready to conceive, ”Max says with a laugh. participation has done everything that is necessary in such cases. And imagine, now we have a little Don growing up. "

Of course, it may take a little longer for you to get pregnant. However, the bottom line is that if you know exactly when your body is most active for conception, you can significantly speed up the process. If you are unable to achieve pregnancy after 4-6 cycles, during which you have had intercourse on the most favorable days for conception, you need to undergo diagnostic procedures and, possibly, a course of treatment for infertility.

A few words about ovulation predictors

Before I tell you about how OVI can help you achieve pregnancy, I want to touch on the ovulation predictors, because I am sure many of you will be tempted by the possibility of their use. Although they are indeed very useful, you already know that your body first of all gives you maximum information, and most importantly, completely free of charge. And yet, if you decide to use them (only they or in combination with the OIML), you should be aware that these tools sometimes give incorrect information. The reasons for this are as follows.

    1. These funds only state an increase in the level of luteostimulating hormone prior to ovulation. They do not determine if ovulation has actually occurred. In reality, some women suffer from non-developing follicle syndrome, in which the level of the hormone reaches the height necessary for ovulation, but the egg does not leave the ovary.
    2. There are times when the level of lutein-stimulating hormone rises several times before actually reaching the required height. This will make it difficult to determine the exact time of sexual intercourse, and it can occur long before ovulation, which will lead to premature death of sperm.
    3. These means do not give an idea of whether the sperm will be able to reach the ovum without hindrance, i.e. about the quality of cervical fluid. Sometimes by the time the ovulation indicator detects a rise in the hormone level, the cervical fluid begins to dry out, i.e. loses its nutritional quality for sperm.
    4. These products give accurate results only when all instructions are followed very strictly. Their use includes many stages, and if one of them is inaccurate, the test gives an incorrect result. In addition, if the conditions of transportation and storage are violated (for example, excessive heat), the test will also not give an accurate result.
    5. The reliability of the funds can not be questioned only if they are used in the period close to ovulation. This is a very important point as it is often used by women with irregular menstrual cycles. The fact is that the test can be carried out only for 5-9 days, and this period may not be enough for such women to determine the time of ovulation. For example, if the cycle is from 29 to 42 days, then ovulation can occur from the 15th to the 28th day, i.e. the period is 13 days.

The test is designed for 5-9 days, so it will be truly a test for women. Determine which day to start with. This means that women with irregular or too long cycles should not start urine testing until the cervical fluid begins to become water-like. Only in this case the time will be determined correctly.

    6. Certain drugs such as pergonal, danocrin, and others can interfere with the test results. Clomid does not have this effect.
    7. In women over 40 and approaching menopause, elevated LH hormone levels are not always indicative of ovulation. The test should show an increase in level for only one day. If more, the test is incorrect.
    8. Finally, if you are pregnant, the test will only reflect the absence of ovulation. This will of course be true, but it will tell you nothing about your actual state (while the graph will demonstrate everything, as you will see below).

    9. Role of MOVH in achieving pregnancy

It would be great if getting pregnant was as easy as making love when the urge arises. However, many people need a lot more knowledge to do this than we usually get growing up. Unfortunately, even highly educated, quite erudite people often require "high technologies" to achieve the desired goal. However, for the majority of married couples who are faced with the problem of infertility, it is the OIML that will help them fulfill their dream.

Infertility has many causes. The OID will help identify them very quickly and thus make it easier for your doctor. From the point of view of medicine, we can talk about infertility if during a year of sexual relations without the use of contraceptives, pregnancy does not occur. A year of pointless waste of time and emotions! Using the OIML, spouses understand that achieving pregnancy simply requires using new knowledge about the ability of both to bear children, and not just trying to achieve a goal at random. By accurately determining the time and frequency of intercourse, it is easy to determine whether a problem exists at all, in a few months.

Anna was 36. At the age of 28, her periods stopped. Naturally, she assumed that pregnancy would become an insoluble problem for her. The doctor prescribed Clomid (ovulation-stimulating medicine) to her for 6 months. During this period, although ovulation was occurring, Anna experienced a lot of unpleasant sensations, the most serious of which was visual impairment - her eyes were quadrupled. Besides "Clomid" and another important problem - the lack of production of cervical fluid. Therefore, after several months of suffering, she decided to stop taking the medicine. She and her husband were so upset by the failure that they were ready to give up even the thought of pregnancy.

Four months after giving up Clomid, Anna woke up one morning “literally in a pool of egg white,” she says. Due to the fact that Anna's ovulation was difficult before, she had never seen such an amount of fertile cervical fluid. Naturally, they decided that if they had even the slightest chance of fulfilling their dream, then the moment had come this very morning. Needless to say, they used it. Of course, conception took place that day, and without the help of any medications, only due to the fact that both of them were well acquainted with the OIML. Little Lena was born after 9 months.

Fertility Predisposition Factors You Can Identify With Temperature

From the example above, you can conclude that cervical fluid is the most important sign of readiness to conceive, which must be monitored throughout the cycle. However, commonplace temperatures can be a valuable source of information, but for different reasons. One of the most common mistakes is trying to accurately calculate the time of sexual intercourse based on temperature indicators. Remember: temperature graphs of changes can only help determine whether ovulation occurs at all and how long the corpus luteum phase is. However, they will not be able to predict the approach of ovulation, the most favorable phase of the cycle for conception. So, waiting for the rise or fall of temperature in order to determine the moment of sexual intercourse is absolutely useless. Falls occur in an extremely small percentage of cycles, and when a rise occurs, it is usually too late.

However, I want to emphasize that temperature measurement on waking is of undoubted benefit for many reasons. Looking at the typical graph 11.1 and using it as a reference for comparison, you will understand exactly how temperature readings reflect various aspects regarding fertility:

Chart 11.1 .Typical temperature graph in the presence of ovulation. Ovulation in this case occurred on the 17th day, and the corpus luteum phase lasted 15 days.

  • Ovulation occurs (11.2)
Chart 11.2 .Typical temperature graph in the absence of ovulation. Note that there is no apparent temperature jump in this cycle, therefore, ovulation has not occurred.
  • The corpus luteum phase is long enough for egg implantation (at least 10 days), which, thus, eliminates the need for painful and useless procedures in this case (for example, endometrial biopsy). Remember that the phase of the corpus luteum is determined by the number of days from the rise in temperature to the onset of real menstruation, but not before the appearance of premenstrual spots (11.3)
Chart 11.3 . The graph reflects the short phase of the corpus luteum. After ovulation, we see only nine elevated temperatures, therefore, the phase of the corpus luteum is too short. For successful egg implantation, it must last at least ten days.
  • The level of progesterone in the phase of the corpus luteum is quite high (11.4)
Chart 11.4 . Graph showing low progesterone levels after ovulation. Please note that the temperature after ovulation does not rise above the dividing line.
  • You are capable of conceiving in each specific cycle, which determines the low temperature level (11.5)
Chart 11.5 . A graph showing the delay in ovulation.
  • It is possible that you are pregnant, as indicated by more than 18 high temperatures in a row (11.6)
Chart 11.6 . A graph indicating the presence of pregnancy. Please note that elevated temperatures last for more than 18 days. As a rule, the corpus luteum phase lasts no more than 16 days.
  • You are at risk of miscarriage, reflecting a sudden drop in temperature (one in three pregnancies ends with a miscarriage) (11.7)
Chart 11.7 .The graph indicates that the pregnancy took place, but was interrupted, which confirms the sharp drop in temperature on the 36th day.
  • You were pregnant before the onset of the so-called "late menses" (11.8)
Chart 11.8 .A graph showing an abortion, which at first glance looks like a normal delay. In this case, if the woman did not keep her schedule, it would be difficult for her to establish that the pregnancy took place.
How to determine the duration of the phase of the corpus luteum

The phase of the corpus luteum is the period from ovulation to the beginning of a new cycle. The easiest way to determine its duration is by counting the number of days of elevated temperature (above the dividing line). The first day of the new cycle is not included here. There are two points, the presence of which forces us to make the greatest adjustments:

  1. If the temperature line falls below the dividing line one or two days before the start of your period, you still include those days in the total.
  2. If the rise in temperature occurs more than two days after the peak day, it may mean that your body is slowly responding to heat by producing progesterone released after ovulation. In this case, it would be better to consider the second day after the peak - the first day of the corpus luteum phase, without waiting for the temperature rise.

  3. How scheduling helps avoid unnecessary interference during pregnancy and childbirth

As you can see, one of the practical benefits of scheduling is its ability to help you determine if and when you are pregnant. This is very important for the most accurate calculation for the possible birth of a child. (Usually, the day of birth is subtracted from the assumption that ovulation occurred on day 14.) It also helps to avoid misdiagnosing the timing for many tests and procedures, such as an amniotest, for example. Of course, ultrasound can save you a lot of confusion, but many couples prefer to do without this kind of examinations.

If you keep charts, then the mathematical formula for calculating the exact date of birth is very simple: add 9 months to the day when the temperature rises, and then subtract 7 days from the resulting date. Of course, it should be borne in mind that the date obtained is still considered approximate.

A few more words on how to use the temperature graph to determine if you are pregnant.

One of my ward couples tried unsuccessfully to conceive a child for a year. Then, upon hearing about my seminar, they completed the full training course and returned a month later for a consultation. As soon as I looked at Zoe's graph, I immediately saw that her corpus luteum phase was too long. My thirteen years of experience allowed me, without even counting, to determine that the level of high temperatures lasts more than 16 days.

Trying to remain calm so as not to give them vain hope, I began to count ... 18! Yes, Zoya is no doubt pregnant! The dream became a reality in the very first month of the use of the MOVZ. As you can see, 18 high temperatures in a row indicate pregnancy ( graph 11.6). And you can easily establish this fact without spending a penny on the purchase of a test (although it is advisable, of course, to visit a doctor). In addition, you can usually determine whether you are pregnant without even waiting for 18 temperatures by the following two signs :

    1. You can be sure of the onset of pregnancy if the level of high temperatures persists for 3 days more than your usual phase of the corpus luteum. For example, if it usually lasts 12 days (maximum 13), but once it lasts 16 days, then you are almost certainly pregnant (graphs 11.9a and 11.9c).

Chart 11.9a . A typical cycle schedule with a corpus luteum phase lasting 13 days.

Graph 11.9c . A graph showing the presence of pregnancy.

    2. If a third level of temperature appears in a normal two-level cycle, then you are almost certainly pregnant. This third temperature level is due to the added progesterone in the pregnant woman's body. Unfortunately, however, not all women have such a three-level schedule (graph 11.10).

Chart 11.10 . The classic three-phase schedule in the presence of pregnancy.

How to use the dividing line

To make it easier to decipher your graphs, a dividing line should be drawn between low and high temperatures. While the dividing line is not as important in using the OVM to achieve pregnancy as it is for contraception, it still makes it easier for you to determine when to ovulate.

      Reproductive ability in men

You already know that basal temperature is essential for achieving pregnancy. And, of course, you know that cervical fluid plays a critical role at the moment of conception. But, before you, having collated all the information, develop your own strategy for the use of POVS, you should have at least the most general idea of the reproductive ability of men about the standard study of seminal fluid.

It is important to remember that semen analysis is not just about determining the number of sperm in one ejaculation. It should reflect how many of them are of normal shape and size (morphology), as well as what percentage of spermatozoa moves at a normal speed (motility). Only such a thorough analysis of all three factors will help determine whether your partner's sperm quality is normal, low or generally infertile, and thus you will be able to more accurately determine the strategy for using the OIMS. Naturally, the determining factor in characterizing the quality of male productive capacity is the number of sperm cells capable of fertilizing an egg.

Sperm quality is considered low if the total sperm count per ejaculation is less than 50 million, and if less than 60% of the sperm have normal activity. In addition, contraception of less than 20 million sperm per millimeter is considered low regardless of the total volume of ejaculation (ejaculation).

I want to warn you that the standards for determining the quality of sperm change over time. For this reason, if your partner decides to do a semen analysis, try to get as clear as possible answers to two questions from the doctor.

      • Is the sperm quality normal, low or infertile?
      • On the basis of what data did the laboratory assistant make his conclusion?
      • If the quality of the male sperm is determined to be insufficiently fertile, the analysis should be repeated at least one more time, and sometimes several times. This must be done because various factors affect the quality of the sperm, and therefore, for some reason, the analysis could not give a real picture. *

        * One of the sad realities of modern life is the fact that compared to the 1930s, the quality of male sperm has decreased by 50%. One of the reasons for this is the influence of environmental toxins.

How to improve your chances of getting pregnant

If you are just starting to get pregnant, there is no need for your partner to run headlong into the lab to get a semen test done. Unless you have any reason to think otherwise, you should hypothetically consider the instructions below in terms of normal sperm quality.

Nevertheless, if you tried to get pregnant for a year, and were unsuccessful, or if during four cycles, drawing up the graphs, you accurately determined the moment of sexual intercourse, but your attempts were also unsuccessful, I recommend that you do a semen analysis as soon as possible. This analysis is a fairly simple procedure and consists of the fact that it is done without delay, since the results will help you determine the strategy of sexual intercourse. Remember! Fertility concerns both women and men alike.

We are now fully prepared to maximize the chances of achieving our goal of pregnancy. Everything is based on the following: when determining the strategy of sexual intercourse, it should be borne in mind that their frequency depends on the compatibility of two factors 7 of the quality of the man's sperm and the presence of fertile cervical fluid in the woman.

If the sperm quality is normal

In this case, intercourse should take place every day there is watery cervical fluid or a sensation of lubrication in the vagina up to and including the first day of a rise in temperature. Naturally, the closer the day of sexual intercourse is to the peak day, the more chances that conception will occur (graph 11.11).

Chart 11.11 . Determining the timing of intercourse with a normal partner's sperm count, note that intercourse took place from the first day of creamy cervical fluid until the day the temperature rose.

If the sperm quality is low

In this case, intercourse should take place every other day during the period when the cervical fluid has the consistency of egg white or there is a sensation of lubrication in the vagina, up to and after the rise in temperature (if you do not have "egg white", follow the same instructions in period of the most watery cervical fluid.) The reason for the need for more rare intercourse is that with a low sperm count, a man needs additional time to increase it (graph 11.12).

Chart 11.12 . Determination of the time of sexual intercourse with a low sperm count of the partner. Note that intercourse took place every other day, starting from the first day of "egg white" until the first day of the rise in temperature.

There is a way to further increase the chances with low sperm quality. If possible, try to determine how many days during your cycle your cervical fluid is of the most fertile quality. For example, if you have only 2 days of creamy liquid (and there is no "egg white"), and your husband's sperm count is low, then sexual intercourse should be timed to coincide with the second "creamy" day. This will increase your chances, as in your cycle the last “creamy” day is the most suitable for conception. It is by this day that you should allow the sperm to reach the highest rate, which will significantly increase your chances (graph 11.13).

Chart 11.13 . Increasing the chances of conceiving a child if the partner's sperm count is low and the amount of fertile fluid in the woman is minimal. In this case, it is best to time intercourse with the second and last day of the creamy cervical fluid.

The table below demonstrates the best strategy for achieving pregnancy under the following two conditions: A. You generally have a strictly constant number of days most likely to conceive (ie, "egg white", or creamy cervical fluid, or feeling of lubrication in the vagina ).

        B. Your partner has poor sperm quality. The best strategy for achieving pregnancy with a low sperm count

One day One day - sexual intercourse Two days 1st day - abstinence
2nd day - sexual intercourse Three days 1st day - sexual intercourse
        2nd day - abstinence
3rd day - sexual intercourse Four days 1st day - abstinence
        2nd day - intercourse
        3rd day - abstinence
        4th day - intercourse

It takes a certain amount of self-discipline to pass up the opportunity to have sex on the egg white days, knowing that it is the most fertile cervical fluid of all. But the main principle is that the combination of the ability to conceive of both partners should be taken into account. And if your partner's sperm count is low, you should give him the opportunity to climb to the maximum precisely by the last day you have the most fertile cervical fluid, since this is the day that is closest to the moment of ovulation.

If the semen count indicates infertility

In this case, I can only console you with the fact that modern advanced medical technologies still allow you to hope that pregnancy will occur. This is discussed in Chapter 14, dedicated to advanced medical advances.

Tips for Men with Normal and Borderline Sperm Counts

Advise men with both indicators to refrain from ejaculating for at least a few days before the woman's cervical fluid reaches its most fertile quality.

If a woman understands her body well, that she can always determine in advance the onset of this period. A man must refrain from ejaculating in order to achieve the best sperm count by the time a woman is most fertile. If after several months of following the above strategy you have not achieved the desired result, try changing it slightly. Those who had intercourse on a daily basis can try to do so every other day, while those who have sex every 48 hours can close the gap to 36 hours.

And further. Most of the sperm are in the first stream during ejaculation. Therefore, a man should try to penetrate as deeply as possible and remain motionless until the end of ejaculation, so that as much sperm as possible gets directly onto the cervix, which will facilitate the penetration of sperm to its opening.

A few words about sperm removal technique (kegels)

In order to more accurately determine the time of intercourse, you must remove the remains of sperm, which distorts the picture of the quality of cervical fluid in the following days. This is easily done with the kegel exercise a few hours after intercourse. Those sperm that can potentially fertilize an egg have already been able to reach the cervix in a few hours.

Sex frequency: how to increase your chances

The number of days during the cycle on which you should have intercourse depends on the combination of the fertility of both partners. Women usually have 2 to 4 days of the highest propensity to fertilize. In terms of the indicators of male sperm, sexual intercourse during this period can take place every day or every other day.

The most important thing is that they take place on a peak day, i.e. on the last day of "egg white" or a feeling of lubrication in the vagina. This day is considered the most suitable for conception, since it usually either coincides with the day of ovulation, or happens the day before. Remember, if you don't have egg white, you should be guided by the day with the most watery cervical fluid.

How does it look in practice? Let's say you noticed the "egg white" on Monday and didn't miss the opportunity to have sex that same day - great! However, if on Wednesday you see the same "egg white", you must repeat the experiment, because the egg may not have come out yet and you still have a very high chance of achieving what you want. Of course, Tuesday should also not be missed if your partner's sperm count is high enough.

        When the long-awaited pregnancy comes

If your temperature stays elevated for at least 18 days and your period does not occur, it is almost certainly a sign of pregnancy. * (* The only time an 18-high temperature is not a sign of pregnancy is an ovarian cyst.)

        Pregnancy symptoms

        • soreness of the breasts and nipples,
        • nausea,
        • increased fatigue,
        • frequent urination
        • light bleeding 8 days after ovulation and / or during the expected period: this is usually called implantation bleeding, since it is caused by the implantation of an egg into the endometrial membrane.

        • Falsely negative pregnancy tests

Sometimes a pregnancy test is negative when the woman is actually pregnant. Usually the reason is that the test is carried out too early, when the egg has not yet had time to penetrate the wall of the uterus and begin to produce the pregnancy hormone - human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). Sometimes the implantation has already occurred, but the presence of the hormone is still impossible to determine. In any case, if the temperature level remains high for more than 18 days, you should repeat the test after a week - and the result is likely to be positive.

          Final notes on achieving pregnancy

As you already understood, there is no need to wait an entire year to see a doctor if you have not become pregnant. You should, first of all, just learn how to correctly determine the moment of sexual intercourse. And if you are not lucky enough to reach your goal after 4-6 cycles, although you have conscientiously had sex on your fertile days, read Chapter 14 carefully to know what diagnostic tests and procedures you should take.

If these recommendations help you achieve your desired goal, then congratulations! Your victory will bring you cares and joy for life! As Elizabeth Stone once said, "When you decide to have a baby ... you doom your heart to fear forever outside of your body."

Ways to Improve Your Chances of Getting Pregnant

      1. The most important step to achieving pregnancy should be considered having sex on the peak day, i.e. on the last day of "egg white" or a feeling of lubrication in the vagina. (If you don't have egg white, look for the last day of the most watery cervical fluid.)
      2. If your partner's sperm count is normal, have sex daily while you have your most fertile cervical fluid. If your semen count is low, do it at the same time every other day. In any case, continue your attempts up to and including the morning of the first day of the rise in temperature.

      3. Chart 11.14 . They went to the cherished goal ... and they achieved it.

Children are a gift from heaven. And sometimes this gift has to wait for a very long time. Some cannot do without contraception at all, because “even it happens from a draft”, while others, although they do not protect themselves, all cannot bring the matter to the desired result. That is, up to 2 red stripes.

What is fertility and can you increase your chances of getting pregnant?

Preparing for conception - how to properly plan for conceiving a child?

The term "Fertility" in science it is customary to call the female ability to "fertility" (to conceive).

Above increased fertility Many potential mothers who cannot get pregnant think about it, but few understand how to increase this ability, this ability.

So, first of all, you should properly prepare for conception.

Rounding off with contraception!

Even if you have already stopped taking the pills and removed the coil, chances are that the contraceptive effect is not over yet. And the period required for a woman to conceive can change significantly when they are taken.

  • If you have used hormonal contraceptives, then you (more precisely, your reproductive function) need time to adapt. The time it takes to correct your natural hormone levels can be very long.
  • Spiral. Naturally, it must be removed before attempting to give birth. But even after removing it, you should go to the gynecologist and make sure that you have no problems after using it (some of them may affect reproductive functions).
  • Condoms. Everything is simple here. It is enough to simply remove them from your intimate life. No adaptation time is required.

Days of ovulation - we calculate with accuracy

The more clearly you know about these very days when the body is maximally ready for conception, the higher the chances of winning.

How to track these days?

  • We count from the 1st day of your last menstruation: usually ovulation occurs (average) on the 14th day.
  • We use a special application on our smartphone (convenient and simple).
  • We measure basal body temperature daily after waking up and at the same time. It is usually slightly higher on ovulation days than normal days.
  • It makes sense to pay attention to the cervical mucus on the pad. A very effective method. With sticky, transparent secretions, reminiscent of "egg white", just the period you need begins. An intimate life should be continued for 3-5 days after the discovery of these "symptoms".
  • We apply ovulation tests. It is not difficult to find them, but they cost a penny.

A little about the intimate side of the matter

  • The vital activity of sperm in the fallop / tubes - no more than a week. Whereas the life span of an egg is about a day. To hit it exactly "on target", you should start a regular intimate life in advance - before ovulation.
  • The more often the better. You yourself know. Well, at least every other day. Moreover, despite the vitality of sperm, the youngest of them will still be more industrious.
  • No lubricants, spermicides, various chemical irritants. They will not help in conception.
  • Relax and just have fun. The more focused you are on a goal, the more difficult it will be to get things done. The more pleasure, the easier it is for sperm to reach the cervix.
  • Take your time getting out of bed after sex. Spend at least 15 minutes after intercourse in the "prone" position to increase the chances of conception by exactly 2 times.

What's next?

  • A week later (approx .: + \ - 3 days) after the immediate conception, implantation bleeding may appear (an early and short-term sign of conception, lasting from 1 to 48 hours).
  • Basal temperature remains elevated for 2 weeks after ovulation.

All methods of increasing female fertility - what to do if you can't get pregnant?

Rare couples who have embarked on the implementation of plans for conception manage to achieve results from the very first attempt. According to statistics, it takes about 2 years for 95% of couples. Therefore, there is no need to get upset and panic, get depressed if there is no result.

But what you need to do is increase fertility. And we will show you exactly how.

Planning a pregnancy with medicine

Why not? Will not be superfluous. Even if you do not have problems with reproductive function, there are others that are better to immediately detect (if any) and cure so that nothing will interfere with your conception.

The gynecologist will conduct a full examination, prescribe tests and exclude ...

  • (note - it affects ovulation in general).
  • Diabetes mellitus (note - its presence can affect the full development of the fetus).
  • Endometriosis (note - this disease, in addition to the main inconveniences, also affects fertility itself).
  • Diseases of the thyroid / gland (note - can significantly change the hormonal background, in addition, control of the disease is necessary after conception).
  • Infections / diseases of the genitourinary system, organs of the small / pelvis.

Health comes first

  • Are you overweight? Start losing weight. This will increase your chances of conceiving.
  • Do not overdo it - do not overdo it in the desire to lose weight. Losing too much weight changes the menstrual cycle and decreases fertility.

Take care of your vitamin intake

They should be started well before pregnancy. For example, folic acid. Calcium and iron are also needed.

We eat right!

  • We eat only natural and high quality products. No pesticides, GMOs or other chemicals.
  • Sweetened foods and baked goods with trans fats (artificial oils) are given to the enemy.
  • Meat with nitrates, unpasteurized cheeses, stale vegetables and poorly processed fish are categorically excluded from the menu.
  • We lean on plant products (preferably from our region) - vegetables and fruits, as well as cereals and nuts.
  • Also useful for increasing fertility are milk and natural (!) Yoghurts, low-fat kefir, eggs and seafood, chicken and tofu.

About partner's health

It is also worth taking care of.

  • Choose a complex of vitamins with selenium for your spouse.
  • Feed him foods with vitamins E and C.
  • A ban on smoking, alcohol, sugar and coffee (well, or at least limit it as much as possible) while preparing for conception. Nicotine significantly reduces the mobility of even the fastest sperm and changes the morfol / structure of the sperm.

We categorically and immediately get rid of bad habits!

  • No alcohol! It reduces female fertility by 60% at once, and if you drink from beakers. What can we say about large dishes or frequent celebrations.
  • Cigarettes are banned. Nicotine can interfere with the process of implantation ("attachment") of the embryo in the uterus.
  • Instead of coffee - kefir, juices, homemade lemonade, green tea, compotes, etc.

Conception is incompatible with alcohol and cigarettes!

Don't get hung up on the result

If your intimate relationship proceeds exclusively under the flag of expectation of conception, then gradually conflicts will begin to arise between you. The reason is simple - intimacy will no longer bring you pleasure.

Therefore, dreaming of conception, do not become robots! Just love each other, enjoy sex, or rather go somewhere on a trip.

Calm and only calm!

Depression and stress, increased adrenaline and cortisol lead to decreased fertility. They also increase the risk of termination of pregnancy and the level of prolactin, as a result of which the implantation of the egg is difficult.

The daily routine is required

First, lack of sleep leads to infertility. Second, getting adequate sleep improves your chances of winning. Why?

Because the production of the hormone leptin occurs during sleep, and the higher it is, the closer you are to your goal (statistically, most infertile women have low levels of this hormone).

Reducing the level of physical activity

It is better to replace too heavy and intense sports with light and moderate physical activity.

When is it necessary to see a doctor and what kind of examination is needed?

No need to run to the doctors after the first unsuccessful attempt! Set yourself a deadline , after the end of which a visit to a specialist will be really needed.

And until this period is over, do not strain - have fun, live calmly, do not think about anything.

But who really should go to a specialist is healthy couples, provided that ...

  1. They are both up to 35 years old, they have had sex at least 2 times a week for more than 12 months.
  2. Both of them are over 35 years old, they have had sex regularly (more than 2 times a week) for more than 6 months.
  3. Both of them are over 40 years old.
  4. Or there is a history of miscarriage.

It also follows ...

  • Talk to your doctor about how foods in your diet or medications you have to take might affect the fertility process.
  • Get tested for STDs.
  • It is imperative to undergo a full examination by a gynecologist.
  • To pass tests for the quality / quantity of sperm (for the future dad), a blood test for hormones and undergo an ultrasound scan.
  • Do a pelvic ultrasound, hormone tests, laparoscopy and hysterosalpingography - for the expectant mother.

Necessary diagnostics and treatment of infertility for conception 100 percent - which way is ahead?

We consider all options and use all the possibilities.

Discuss with your spouse in advance - how far are you willing to go, how much money and time to spend.

Be sure to find a top-notch specialist (according to reviews, recommendations of friends, etc.). Even if you have to go to another city - the result is worth it!

What's next?

  • We make an appointment for a consultation with a doctor.
  • We do not stop at the 1st doctor and the 1st clinic - we are looking for our own clinic and our doctor, whom you can trust and confide in.
  • We draw up a list of important questions: including the question of price, the prospect of treatment, the chances of success, etc.

Modern technology has greatly increased the chances of women getting pregnant. Already many mothers who have decided on this procedure are happy with their children and do not regret anything.

IVF essence: your egg is "brought together" with your spouse's sperm in the medical / laboratory, and after successful fertilization, it is transplanted into your uterus. Then everything develops as in a normal pregnancy.

Lowest chances of success even with this procedure:

  • When using frozen embryos.
  • In nulliparous girls with endometriosis.

Well, one more method: intrauterine insemination. It is carried out, for example, when sperm activity is low (when they simply "do not have the strength" to get to their destination). In this case, the woman is injected with the purified and processed "material" of the future dad directly into the cervix using a syringe with a catheter.

As for the effectiveness of the procedure, experts estimate it at 20-40%.

When the couple matures before planning a baby, an important stage begins in the life of a married couple. But even if all the recommendations are followed, some difficulties may arise in achieving the intended goals. It seems that psychologically the couple prepared for the addition, and in terms of health, the spouses underwent the necessary examinations, but pregnancy still does not occur. What to do, how to increase the likelihood of conception, in order to see the cherished stripes on the test?

Waiting for your first child is one of the most exciting times in a family's life.

According to statistics, about 20% of married couples face problems when trying to conceive a child. It is possible to suspect infertility only if the spouses could not conceive a baby with regular unprotected sexual intercourse throughout the year. If a similar situation arises, you need to visit a doctor to identify the true causes and to receive recommendations on how to successfully increase the likelihood of conception.

Fertilization normally takes place in the fallopian tube, where the ovum enters during ovulation. In the process of sexual intercourse, seminal fluid is thrown into the vagina, where, under the influence of an acidic environment, part of the spermatozoa, less mobile and weaker, die. The same sperm, which are faster and stronger, manage to get into the uterus, and then into the tubes, where the female cell is located. There, the meeting and fertilization of the cell takes place, it descends into the uterine body and is implanted into the wall of the endometrium. Only now can we talk about the conception that happened.

Sperm do not enter the tubes immediately, for this action they need some time (up to 24 days), while they are able to live up to several days. Ovulation occurs approximately in the middle of the cycle (on the 14-15th day), the specific timing may differ depending on the duration of the cycle. The cell exit period lasts only a few hours, although the cell can fertilize within 24 hours. It is on this day that the probability of conception is the highest.

What will help the onset of pregnancy

The question of conception must be approached with careful preparation.

  1. First you need to stop taking contraceptives;
  2. Determine the most favorable time and season for fertilization;
  3. Find suitable poses;
  4. Eat food that contributes to the early onset of pregnancy;
  5. Increase sperm fertility;
  6. Analyze age characteristics and acquire exceptionally healthy habits;
  7. Tune in psychologically, but not get hung up on pregnancy;
  8. Get rid of health problems, and then stop taking certain medications, etc.

Each of these points has a certain meaning, and together they will help solve the problem of how to simply increase the chances of conception, so you need to disassemble them in more detail.

No contraception

Naturally, if a couple wants to conceive a baby as soon as possible, then a woman must refuse to take hormonal contraceptives. Some drugs in this group have a long duration of action, therefore, after stopping their use, the body will need some time to fully restore reproductive functions and processes. This explains the impossibility of conceiving a child immediately after giving up contraception.

Nuva ring, hormone injections and oral contraception have the longest lasting effects on the body. If a woman wears an IUD, then it is necessary to contact a gynecologist to remove it. Barrier methods of protection such as caps, condoms, diaphragms, etc. can boast of the absence of a rehabilitation period. Although, after long-term use of them, a woman may also not conceive immediately.

Auspicious days

With a standard and regular cycle of 28 days, the ovulatory period begins on days 14-15. It is at this time that a woman has the most chances of conceiving. To accurately determine ovulation, they use a not entirely reliable calendar method, calculating the middle of their cycle. Home ovulation tests and basal measurements are considered more accurate methods. Pharmacy tests resemble ordinary strips for detecting pregnancy with the only difference that they do not respond to human chorionic gonadotropin, but to luteinizing hormone, which increases with the onset of the ovulatory period. Usually, a sharp increase in LH means that ovulation will occur within 24 hours.

Basal or rectal measurements are also effective, but to accurately determine ovulation, they must be carried out daily for several cycles, and measurements must be taken with one thermometer at the same time of day, and the results must be plotted on a graph. With the onset of the ovulatory period, there is a characteristic increase in thermal indicators by 0.4-0.5 ° C. But such a technique requires organization and diligence from a woman, therefore it is not suitable for everyone.

You can also determine the onset of ovulation using ultrasound diagnostics. However, this technique can only state the fact of cell release, and not predict it. Therefore, in order to establish at least some pattern, the girl will have to go through a lot of ultrasound procedures.

Favorable postures

Experts identify the most favorable positions for the onset of pregnancy.

  • In their opinion, with a normal structure and location of the uterine body, the best position that increases the chances of conception is missionary, when the man is on top, as well as its various options.
  • In the missionary position, the penis penetrates deep inside, and when the semen is ejected, the ejaculate is trapped near the cervical canal, which allows much more viable sperm to enter the uterine body.
  • If the uterine body is inclined posteriorly, which is observed in 15% of patients, then the chance of conception only decreases, although such bends are not considered a pathology.
  • For patients with a bend, postures with the partner in the back are recommended, in which the likelihood of fertilization increases. This includes the knee-elbow position, lying on the side or on the stomachs with the pelvis raised.

Only a doctor can tell about the presence of a bend after a gynecological examination on a chair.

How often to have sex

For the expectant mother, the support and attention of the husband is very important.

The frequency of sexual intercourse directly affects the onset of pregnancy. Experts say that it is necessary to start regular sexual intercourse before ovulation, about five days. It's just that the cell lives only for a day, and the sperm can remain viable for up to a week. Therefore, as a result of sexual contact, made three days before ovulation, pregnancy can also occur.

In addition, it is necessary that the seed is fresh, so sexual intercourse should be performed at least every other day. How to increase the chances of conception? Because all kinds of lubricants, lubricants and stimulating gels have a destructive effect on spermatozoa, it is better to refuse their use. And after intimacy, it is recommended to lie down a little, and not jump out of bed, rushing to take a shower as soon as possible.

Diet for pregnancy

You can also speed up the onset of the cherished pregnancy through proper nutrition. First you need to exclude coffee and all caffeinated products from the menu, because this substance helps to suppress the reproductive functions of a woman. In addition, even before the onset of conception, it is necessary to limit fried and smoked foods, excessively fatty foods and salinity, as well as foods with preservatives.

It is necessary to increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables, reduce sugar and other sweets. With an increased sugar content in the diet, the production of adrenaline hormone, which attacks progesterone, is activated, which is necessary for the full preparation of the uterine body for conception. Eat more folic acid foods. Vegetarianism does not contribute to pregnancy, therefore, protein products, in particular meat, must be present in the diet. If a woman gets enough plant-based proteins, then vegetarianism will not be able to prevent successful conception.

We increase the fertilizing capacity of sperm

How to increase your chances of getting pregnant? It is necessary to provide high quality seed material. To increase the fertilizing ability of sperm, a man must eat properly, give up unhealthy hobbies and take vitamin preparations containing tocopherol and ascorbic acid, selenium and zinc, folic acid - all of these substances ensure high sperm quality and fertility.

In addition, a man needs to eat more foods that increase sperm quality. These include fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidant components, which are extremely important for the quality of male fertility. Healthy sperm is produced only in the absence of stressful situations, because stressful conditions disrupt hormonal levels and sexual functions, which negatively affects the possibility of conception.

Age features

Age significantly affects the fertility of both partners.

  • The older you are, the less likely you are to conceive. Doctors consider the most successful age for pregnancy to be 20-24 years.
  • It is at this age that a woman's unprotected sexual intercourse ends in 94% of cases with conception.
  • After 25-30 years of age, the chances of conception decrease to 91%, and after 40, conception is possible only in 30-35% of cases.
  • It's just that over the years, female reproductive cells age and lose their quality, therefore, the chances of pregnancy becomes much less.

As for men, testosterone hormone decreases with age, which negatively affects the quality of spermatozoa and the course of spermatogenesis in general. Tobacco smoking and alcoholic products have a particularly negative effect on semen.

Psychological attitude

When planning, it is very important to get the maximum of positive emotions.

For the successful onset of conception, the psychoemotional state of a woman is also of no small importance, because with excessive worries, hormonal disruptions and disturbances occur, which do not help in conception, but only push its probability into the background.

If a woman is constantly experiencing stressful conditions, is in a state of mental fatigue or overstrain, then during sexual intercourse she will not be able to fully relax and get the necessary pleasure, as well as fully tune in to intimacy. Therefore, during active attempts to conceive a baby, it is necessary to protect oneself from any psychoemotional factors that can adversely affect the woman's condition. The increased chances of fertilization ensure a full 8-hour night's sleep and quality rest.

Refusal of medications

In the course of attempts to conceive, a woman also needs to stop taking drugs from the category of antidepressants, as well as all kinds of stimulants. The fact is that when you use recreational substances such as alcohol, drugs or nicotine, caffeine can significantly lower your chances of fertilization. Also, these substances must be avoided during gestation, because they have an extremely negative effect on pregnancy and disrupt fetal development.

It is imperative to quit cigarettes, because besides the fact that this is a unhealthy habit, it is also an obstacle to the onset of pregnancy. This also applies to men, as nicotine leads to the formation of abnormal sperm. Passive smoking also negatively affects the likelihood of conception.

Both partners will also have to give up alcoholic beverages, and a woman needs to do this two months before the supposed onset of conception, and a man three months so that his sperm has time to fully form and acquire only healthy sperm. Caffeine is also an enemy for conception, so chocolate, coffee, strong tea, etc. must be excluded from the diet. It has been proven that if a girl drinks more than 3 cups of coffee per day, her chances of getting pregnant are almost halved.

Narcotic substances also negatively affect fertility, so they must also be excluded. Not only can they lead to difficulties in conception, drugs such as marijuana or cocaine can provoke serious violations in fetal development, congenital anomalies and deformities in a child.

Experts give several additional recommendations to increase the likelihood of conception, which can be used by absolutely any couples, because they are completely universal:

  1. After sexual intercourse, a woman is recommended to lie on her back for a while with a raised pelvis. Alternatively, you can raise your legs by resting them on the wall. Then the sperm will stay inside, and the sperm will have more time to penetrate into the uterus and tubes.
  2. It is useful to carry out soda douching, because it neutralizes the acidic vaginal environment, which is harmful to sperm. It is necessary to carry out the procedure before intimacy. Half a teaspoon of baking soda is enough for a liter of water.
  3. A man should also take care of increasing the likelihood of conception, for which it is recommended to keep the scrotum in an optimal temperature environment. After all, nature itself has provided so that the testicles do not overheat, and therefore the scrotum is located outside the male body. It is necessary to give up hot baths and saunas, bath procedures. Also, in order to avoid the greenhouse effect, it is important for men to give up tight swimming trunks and underwear of their synthetic fabrics.

Scientists have carried out a lot of research on the topic of increasing fertility and the chances of a successful pregnancy. It turns out that sex in the morning is more conducive to the onset of fertilization than at other times of the day. In general, everything depends only on partners, if the desire to become parents is huge, then all the above recommendations will not be a burden. Moreover, if the result of their observance will be the appearance of a long-awaited baby.

When the idea of having a baby arises in the thoughts of a young couple, common sense is turned off by will, and the desire to accelerate the onset of pregnancy takes precedence over them. Future parents are gripped by despair when their daily attempts do not give the expected results - they cannot get pregnant. The couple begins to think about how to increase the likelihood of conception. Perhaps you shouldn't try every day, or even several times a day? After all, in order to get pregnant, nature has conceived simple conditions.

Finding the right time

Ovulation is the period of the menstrual cycle during which the egg is fertilized. It is during the ovulatory phase that the ovum leaves the dominant follicle and moves along the fallopian tubes into the uterine cavity to meet with the sperm. At this time, the likelihood of conception has the highest chances. The life of the ovum is short and lasts from 12 to 48 hours. For each woman, the ovulatory phase has an individual duration. For a pregnancy to take place, a couple must actively have sex in the days before and during ovulation. There are several methods for calculating this period:

  1. Measurement of basal temperature.
  2. Keeping a menstrual calendar.
  3. Ovulation test.
  4. Ultrasonography.

Each woman chooses for herself the most suitable method for determining ovulation in order to successfully get pregnant.

It doesn't work - what to do?

There are a number of basic steps you can take to increase your chances of getting pregnant. Everyone should know these very simple tips, because they will help to quickly conceive a healthy child.

Frequency of sexual intercourse

Experts recommend having sex every 2 days during the entire cycle, immediately after the end of your period. This is due to the fact that ovulation does not always come at a clear time and may have a floating time frame. Many people know that there is early, late and even double ovulation.

Some couples try to conceive daily and several times a day. But this is not entirely correct. Frequent sexual intercourse depletes semen. In order for the concentration of sperm to be higher, it is necessary to conduct an intermittent mode of sexual intercourse. It is enough to have sex every other day to achieve the required sperm volume and successfully get pregnant.

Suitable poses

The most suitable position for conceiving a child is the one in which the woman is on her back and her pelvis is raised, and the man is on top, for example, "missionary" and its variations. In this position, the male genital organ penetrates as deeply as possible and during ejaculation, the seminal material is retained inside the woman near the cervix. The likelihood of fluid leakage during contact in this position is significantly reduced. Thus, sperm will be able to quickly penetrate into the uterus and further into the cavity of the fallopian tubes.

There are rare cases when the position must be selected based on the anatomical features of the woman. Usually the uterus is located under a slight bend anteriorly, namely to the bladder, but in 15% of women, the angle of inclination is posterior, that is, to the rectum, to the left or to the right. This feature is not a pathological deviation, but is considered a variant of the norm. Often, such a bend reduces the chances of conceiving a child and becomes more difficult to get pregnant. In such a situation, suitable positions are those about which the man is located behind the woman:

  • Pose on all fours with support on the elbows or hands.
  • Side location.
  • The prone position with the hips raised.

Bad habits

Unfortunately, bad habits are quite popular. Some drink alcoholic beverages, others smoke tobacco products and at the same time want to get pregnant and have a baby. Any addiction leaves an imprint on the reproductive processes of both partners. Alcohol and conception are two incompatible things. Alcohol affects the quantity and quality of sperm, but the worst thing is that it disrupts the genetic apparatus of sperm. As a result, a child may be born with severe genetic abnormalities and deformities.

The toxic effect of nicotine-containing products also reduces the chances of a successful conception of a child and increases the risk of having a baby with deviations and developmental anomalies.

To accelerate the onset of pregnancy, it is necessary to give up bad habits about three months before fertilization and to direct all efforts to improve the health of the body.

In addition to the primary methods of successful conception, there are additional guidelines to help you get pregnant. These include:

  1. "Pose of a birch tree". For its accomplishment, it is enough after sexual intercourse to lie on your back and raise the pelvis. In addition, you can raise your legs against the wall, or place a pillow under your pelvis. This position allows the sperm to stay inside the woman and gives time for the sperm to enter the uterine cavity.
  2. Douching with soda. This manipulation is carried out immediately before sex. To do this, dilute half a teaspoon of baking soda in 1 liter of warm water. Its main action is to change the acidity of the vaginal environment. In some women, it is unnecessarily overestimated, which leads to the death of spermatozoa even in the vaginal cavity.
  3. Maintaining the optimal temperature in the groin of a man. It is not for nothing that nature conceived the external arrangement of the testes in men. The temperature inside the body is 36.6 degrees and for sperm it is too high and destructive. Male reproductive cells die at temperatures above 35 degrees, and the chances of getting pregnant are reduced to zero. To increase the likelihood of conception, it is extremely important to maintain an optimal temperature in the groin for 1.5-2 months before fertilization. This is how much time it takes to completely renew the seed. During this period, a man needs to avoid overheating, for example, not taking hot baths or going to a bath.
  4. Taking vitamins and controlling the diet. Vitamins are extremely important for all processes associated with conception and pregnancy. A few months before the planned fertilization, a woman should start taking certain vitamins, in which the body usually feels a deficiency - folic and ascorbic acid, vitamin E.

If synthetic drugs cause fear, then they can be replaced with food products rich in these vitamins: cabbage, carrots, beans, green vegetables, etc. If you believe the research of scientists, then there is one product that will help you get pregnant faster - Brussels sprouts. Regular consumption of this healthy vegetable normalizes hormones and creates all the necessary conditions to get pregnant.

It will be beneficial for men to eat foods that enhance masculine strength: walnuts, watermelon, garlic, onions, honey, cottage cheese, parsley, mushrooms, seafood, etc.

Research scientists

Canadian scientists have reported how to increase the likelihood of conception using the time of day. It turns out that for a successful conception it is necessary to have sex in the morning. It is in early semen that the concentration of active sperm is greatest.

Another long-term experiment has shown how to increase the likelihood of conceiving a child if the tonsils and appendix are removed. After such an operation, women increase their fertility and get pregnant faster. For comparison: the fertility of a woman with glands and appendix removed is almost 60%, and the average woman is about 44%.

The likelihood of conception depends on the correctly calculated day of ovulation. In fact, it should be so, but many factors interfere with unhindered conception - either the environment is unfavorable, or the sperm are passive. But, if you use all the described methods, then the chances of getting pregnant will increase significantly.
