Layout of a 3-room apartment of 60 sq m. How to make a two-room apartment from a studio without erecting partitions

Interior design of a two-room apartment 60 sq. m. 60 square meters - is it a lot or a little? For an average Russian family, there is enough space to organize a comfortable bedroom, living room and a completely functional kitchen.

Moreover, such an area allows you to embody in the design of almost any style of interior. A competent design of a two-room apartment of 60 sq. m. will turn your home into a stylish and cozy corner.

Three steps when creating a design:

  1. Zoning the room. The number and size of individual zones in the apartment will depend on the number of residents and the preferences of the owners. For example, for a large family, it is important to provide a children's and sleeping area for everyone; active newlyweds may need a large living room where it is convenient to receive friends; a bachelor building a career, on the contrary, it is desirable to organize a large and comfortable office.
  1. Planning storage space. The main mistake of all owners of "kopeck pieces" is the lack of storage space. As a result, it turns out that even the most modern design of a two-room apartment and the most expensive repairs do not save the day, and after a while the apartment turns into chaos.

It is very important at the initial stage to decide what things you have a lot. Hospitable hostesses should provide more cupboards in the kitchen so that pots and plates do not accumulate on the table. A family of 2-3 people needs a dressing room where bulky fur coats and bed linen can be comfortably accommodated. And if you are the owner of an impressive library, then first of all it is worth planning the placement of spacious bookshelves.

  1. Choosing a style. At this stage, the fun begins - creating the look of your home. The design project of a two-room apartment can embody literally any style in the interior. It all depends on your desires and preferences.

60 sq. m. the eternal classic looks harmonious: lush empire, strict baroque or graceful rococo.

Do you want light and warmth? Feel free to choose Mediterranean, Scandinavian or Japanese styles.

Do you like the coziness of the village? Look for country, provence or shabby chic styles. Well, fans of an active lifestyle will like strict minimalism, elegant techno style or peaceful contemporary.

It is the style of the interior that will dictate color range, lighting scenarios, selection finishing materials and furniture.

The main design mistakes of a 2k apartment

We have already talked about the main defect in the interior layout of 60 square meters - this is shortage and storage space. Believe me, there are many hidden corners in your apartment that a competent designer can easily turn into a convenient wardrobe or shelf. But there are a number of other nuances that should be taken into account.

  1. There are too many things. A small area of \ u200b \ u200bthe home is an occasion get rid of from old clothes that we leave "for home", from old pots and teapots inherited from grandmother and other trash.
  1. Disproportionate furniture. Excessively bulky furniture will turn your apartment into a warehouse, and miniature tables, ottomans will make it visually less spacious. It is worth choosing the "golden mean". So, for example, in a small living room one large sofa will look more harmonious than two miniature ones, provided that this is the only dimensional piece of furniture in the room.

  1. Excessive zoning. There are a huge number of zoning techniques, ranging from a variety of screens, partitions to highlighting with color and light. You should not embody them all at once, separating different zones as much as possible. It is better to choose 1-2 receptions, which, while performing their function division will still leave a sense of common space. Typically, designers experiment with zoning techniques such as highlighting or creating accents in each zone.
  1. Choice of colors. Of course, the color of the walls and floor dictates the style chosen. But the rule that "light works to expand space" has not been canceled. Try to ditch brown "blank" doors, dark floors, gold wallpaper and gloomy furniture right away. It is better if the whole apartment is framed in a single light tone, and a couple of accent spots will add a pleasant variety.

So, when creating an interior in a two-room apartment, it is important not to overload the space, choose calm and light colors and correctly plan the location of the zones.

Even sacrificing square meters is not as insulting as a gorgeous view from panoramic windows... But what if you need a separate bedroom, kitchen, and living room? A short course, tentatively titled "How to block, so as not to close anything" - in the project of a minimalist interior with oriental notes from the designer Ekaterina Ionova.

On the picture:

One-bedroom apartment with an area of 60 sq. m with an open plan is a stylistically and ideologically unified space. Living room, dining room and kitchen are located in one room

Apartment information: studio in Kazan, 60 sq. m, with a large panoramic window

Customer wishes: low furniture, oriental motives

The main advantage of this studio in the new Kazan residential complex- a huge wall-to-wall window with a panoramic view of the river. Another, no less important advantage of the project was the very personality of the customer, who was not frightened by the bold ideas of the decorators. The idea to preserve maximum open space and light came from the designers as soon as they crossed the threshold of the apartment. Simple, modern, restrained in color, the interior emphasizes the role of the window and the view that opens from it. The whole apartment is designed in light colors, without bright color accents. Maximum open plan on an area of 60 sq. m White color, a huge window makes the space full of light and air.

The bedroom is separated from the rest of the apartment by a wide partition, half the height of the room. Inside this structure, shelves and cabinets are arranged, and the absence of an upper part helps to visually unite the volumes of rooms, creates a feeling of lightness and spaciousness. Low furniture is not only the wish of the customer, but also the ability not to clutter up the room with heavy objects. The glass lantern covering the supporting column is a message to the "Japanese" theme, the vertical winding lines resemble the streams of a waterfall.

Apartment design 60 sq. m is made in a minimalistic manner. As it should be in such an interior, everything that is possible is tucked away behind the white doors of the built-in wardrobes - no household details should interfere with the overall impression of lightness and spaciousness. Even the kitchen is hidden in a large built-in wardrobe. A practical solution allows you to open the technical part only when you need it, and not spoil the laconic and clean interior with kitchen associations.

The working area of the kitchen is hidden behind the sliding doors of the wardrobe. The owner does not need a large kitchen, so the most necessary things are located here - a sink, a stove, several cabinets. There are no handles on the snow-white doors - they open by pressing. Interesting minimalistic decor: different sizes of rectangular boxes, forming a geometric pattern.

The decoration of the dining area is a built-in fireplace. It gives individuality to the laconic interior, makes it cozy at home. Modern fireboxes or their imitations can be built not below, but for example, at eye level, as in this dining room. The result is a warm, lively "picture".

The main decoration of the interior is the view from the window. It is especially good in golden evening light. White walls easily change shade depending on the lighting, making the interior dynamic.

Instead of ceiling lamps in the bedroom, there is an interesting triangular lighting on the wall, reminiscent of origami. Pine in a flowerpot is a tribute to Japanese motives in a restrained interior and a small accent that enlivens the atmosphere.

Thanks to the "half-walls", the bedroom uses the common air of the entire 60-meter apartment. On the side, we see the doors of the built-in wardrobe - a convenient solution that allows you not to clutter up the space with unnecessary cabinet furniture.

This exotic Japanese-style stand doubles as a bedside table. Ethnic motives add variety to the laconic interior. So that the decorative element does not stand out from the concept, it was painted white.

In the bathroom - the same minimalism, captivating with its simplicity: sand tiles, white walls, a mirror without a frame. Note that the sink is not completely built into the countertop, but only up to the middle. This solution saves space in the room and emphasizes the shape of the washbasin. An additional mirror on the side wall visually increases the volume of the room and "multiplies" the light.

Description of the design project of a two-room apartment from the construction company NOVAYA MOSCOW

Information about the apartment: a two-room apartment with an area of 72.6 sq. m, located at Sosenskoye settlement, Kommunarka settlement, Alexandra Monakhova street, building 5, building 2. The apartment is intended for a young married couple.

Customer wishes: To create a comfortable apartment with elements of minimalism style. When designing, preserve the layout of the developer as much as possible. Select a separate dressing room near the bedroom, add a guest bathroom with a shower. Separate the kitchen and living room with a sliding partition.

Implementation:

The project for the apartment was made in modern style, it found a combination of crisp graphic elements and rich white color. Preference is given to simple forms and materials: the walls of all rooms are whitewashed with paint, cork laminate and porcelain stoneware laid on the floor, and a combination of paint and drywall on the ceiling. The white finish is visibly emphasized by the decorative elements. Black inserts on interior doors and furniture in the corridor make the space orderly, thin contrasting picture frames add coziness.

The living room and the loggia, due to redevelopment, have become a single space, since a sliding transparent partition is installed between them. The room harmoniously combines milky white and graphite. The light finish of the floor and walls makes the space "breathe" and saturates it with the necessary air. Dark curtains and carpet define the geometry of the space, shape the volume and add free space. There are no bulky chandeliers and lamps in the room, all LED lamps are hidden in a multi-level plasterboard ceiling. This solution is optimal for installing a projector, you can calmly relax on a large light sofa watching your favorite movie or invite your friends to a movie show.

The bedroom repeats the style of the living room: light materials for decoration, lighting lamps hidden in the ceiling niches, contrasting decor elements. When designing this room, the principle of "minimum necessary" was taken as a basis. A large double bed on a soft base and with a high back takes up a significant part of the space. Next to it are white pedestals with swivel lamps. A plasma TV is installed on the wall, underneath is a shelf, the continuation of which is the tabletop of the workplace. The bedroom does not have the usual wardrobe, since the storage space is taken out in a separate room.

In the kitchen, the ceiling and walls are painted white, and part of the wall has a glossy gray panel that masks the pantry. The floor is covered with light-colored porcelain stoneware, which has found its continuation in the kitchen set with matt white fronts. The drawers have a handleless door opening mechanism. All Appliances built-in, so the space looks free and there was a place for a large outdoor flowerpot. The dining area consists of a solid table with a glossy top and four light chairs with graphite-colored upholstery.

The bathroom is tiled with milky and gray porcelain stoneware, and the ceiling has a glossy stretch structure and multi-level lighting. The whiteness of the faience and the metallic sheen of the sanitary ware is emphasized by the dark furniture. Black has been chosen for the built-in wardrobe and cabinet under the sink. The apartment has been redeveloped, thanks to which part of the corridor and the pantry have been transformed into a second bathroom, in which a podium for a shower is compactly located.

The design period was 1.5 months. Renovation work on the project completed.
