Denishchuk P.A.: Observation is a must. The first month after surgery we monitor patients very closely, there is a special rehabilitation period, we perform certain procedures.

The procedures are aimed at restoring the patient as quickly as possible, minimizing the load on the scar, so that the seam is minimally noticeable. At our clinic we have rehabilitation specialists and surgeons who deal with this process. On average it takes 2-3 weeks.

3 months after the operation, we perform the first ultrasound on the patient to examine the condition of the implant capsule. Then we do another ultrasound after 3 months. Then again after 3 months, then after six months. That is, for the first year we see patients very closely.

And then we call patients once a year. We have been doing this for more than 20 years and we already have a whole list of patients whom we call, send letters, call to the clinic, examine scars, ultrasound control and, in conclusion, give recommendations on what needs to be done. Sometimes, if the breasts have dropped significantly, you can make additional correction around the areola - make a small incision and lift the breasts higher.

If there are changes that cannot be corrected using minimally traumatic methods, then you need to do a second operation - remove the old implant and install a new one. And as a rule, the new implant should be larger in size - then we can create a normal, erect breast.

Sometimes we can combine this operation - replace the implant and perform a mastopexy. In each case, the issue must be resolved individually. What to do if your bust doesn't grow?
