  • add soda;
  • gradually add sifted flour and raisins so that the dough remains soft but does not stick to your hands, knead the dough with your hands;
  • preheat the oven to 180°C, cover a baking tray with baking paper;
  • Form the dough into balls with a diameter of 4-5 cm, place on paper and slightly flatten with the palm of your hand;
  • bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.

After the buns are browned, remove them from the oven, allow to cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Children will especially like these simple raisin buns.

Recipe for cottage cheese baking No. 2, ingredients:

  • 60 ml kefir;
  • 220 g curd mass;
  • 150 ml vegetable oil;
  • 1 egg;
  • 120 g sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a pack of baking powder;
  • 250 g flour.

Use kefir and cottage cheese as fat as possible, you can add more flour if the dough clings to your hands. The amount of sugar is given approximately; everyone chooses their own level of sweetness. Cooking technology:

  1. Beat the egg with half the sugar until thick foam.
  2. Using a mixer or blender, puree the cottage cheese with kefir and more than half the vegetable oil.
  3. Combine mixtures in a common bowl.
  4. Separately mix flour with baking powder and salt.
  5. Combine all ingredients and knead into a soft, non-sticky dough.
  6. To make it more airy, you can leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  7. Next, divide the dough into half and roll out a finger-thick layer from each part.
  8. The layer is greased with the remaining vegetable oil and sprinkled with sugar.
  9. Roll the layer into a roll and cut into pieces no more than 2 cm wide.
  10. Place the buns on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  11. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.

Ready buns can be sweetened with powder. It is better to use brown sugar as a filling for the roll. It will give the finished baked goods a pleasant caramel taste and aroma.

Tea buns

This is one of the simplest, fastest and budget options homemade baked goods. The tea bun can be shaped into a regular ball or shaped like a rose. Ingredients for cooking:

  • 300 ml each of milk and kefir;
  • 0.5 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 70 ml vegetable oil;
  • 1.5 tsp. soda;
  • 0.5 tsp. salt;
  • flour 4-4.5 tbsp.

Buns are traditionally prepared with sugar filling, so very little is added to the dough. Cooking technology:

  1. Milk and kefir are poured into a tall container, salt, soda and sugar are added.
  2. Stir until dissolved, add vegetable oil.
  3. Sift the flour and add to the bowl.
  4. Knead a thick dough.
  5. Divide the dough into small pieces and form each into a ball.
  6. The ball is rolled out into a layer and sprinkled with sugar.

  7. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

English and French bread

This is a traditional pastry for tea, which is served in the morning or at 17.00 p.m. English rules. In France, these are crispy buns, airy inside, served warm with jam, jam or butter. English muffins are also called scones. Traditionally, they are cut lengthwise before eating and filled with butter, jam or other fillings. Both types of baked goods can be made with or without yeast.

Technology for preparing English scones:

French bread is traditionally made from yeast dough. These are delicious and most importantly crispy pies. You can quickly prepare them using the following recipe:

  1. Heat 1 glass of milk, add 50 g of sugar and 1 packet of dry yeast, stir.
  2. Beat 2 eggs, add to the mixture, chop 130 g of butter with a knife and also add to the bowl.
  3. Sift 3.5 tbsp. flour and add, kneading the dough with your hands.
  4. The filling is prepared from 120 g of softened butter, 1.5 tbsp. l starch and 170 g sugar, mix everything until smooth.
  5. The dough is not allowed to stand; immediately after kneading, a layer is made from it, greased with filling and rolled into a roll.
  6. Cut into pieces and place on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour, let the products stand for 1 hour and then bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.

Dough products should double in volume within 1 hour, so when placing them on a baking sheet, maintain a distance of 5-7 cm. Place the rolls cut side down. If desired, they can be sprinkled with cinnamon or brushed with egg.

Buns

Traditional Russian pastries for tea - sweet buns. They can be easily prepared with kefir in 20 minutes. They do not require standing dough and are prepared in the oven.

Cooking technology:

  1. Pour 0.5 liters into a bowl. kefir, add 2 tbsp. l. sugar, 0.5 tsp. salt and 150 ml vegetable oil, mix.
  2. 1.5 tsp. soda is sifted with 750 g of flour and gradually introduced into the kefir mixture.
  3. The dough turns out thick and sticks to your hands, so you need to constantly sprinkle your palms with flour.
  4. The dough is divided into small balls, rolled into flat cakes, sprinkled with sugar and formed into balls again.
  5. Place the stuffed balls on a baking sheet and press down with your hand.
  6. Beat the yolk and brush the top of the balls with it, sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes at standard mode.

If the dough is very difficult to work with, you can grease your hands a small amount vegetable oil, the knife can also be greased with oil. There is no need to add more flour to the dough, otherwise the baked goods will turn out too dense and even hard. If desired, the donuts can be filled with marmalade, thick apple or pear jam in slices, a piece of butter with sugar and cinnamon, or any other composition to taste. Rolls on the water

And finally, the simplest recipe for baking dough for tea with water. Of course, this is not a tasty butter dough, but it is quite suitable as a lean and inexpensive analogue. To prepare the dough you need:
