Android 6.0 runs out of battery quickly. My smartphone battery runs out quickly, what should I do? Low battery capacity

The autonomy of the device is an important factor that influences the user's choice when buying. For this reason, they have great importance battery characteristics: its capacity, operating time depending on the mode, and others.

Many users believe that the reason why the battery on Android is quickly discharged is the "gluttony" of the system itself. However, most often, the main reason for this phenomenon is common mistakes when using the device.

Battery rules for Android

Most manufacturers insert into smartphones either Li-Pol(lithium polymer), or Li-Ion(lithium-ion) batteries. The first type wears out from the number of charge cycles, and the second is subject to the influence of time.

Lithium polymer it is recommended to charge up to 100% and not to lower the charge level below 5%. Complete discharge will adversely affect performance and can lead to early wear. Li-ion the batteries can be used more freely, since a complete discharge has little effect on the operation of the battery.

To increase the battery life, you need to follow some rules:

  1. Do not bring the phone to complete discharge too often. The charge level must remain above 20%.
  2. Do not leave fully charged smartphone connected to the network.
  3. Conduct preventive actions every two weeks: completely discharge and charge the phone.

Why does the battery run out quickly on Android

There are many reasons a phone battery can drain quickly, but the most common ones can be singled out. Similar reasons typical not only for old devices. A new battery can also drain quickly in such cases.

Capacity specified incorrectly

Sometimes happens inconsistency in real capacity battery (battery) and the indicator specified in the documents. In order to avoid this problem, it is necessary to check not only the papers, but also the phone itself. Sometimes this is not the manufacturer's fault, since long-term storage also reflected in the capacity indicator. This can also affect a new battery that runs out quickly.

To calculate the real capacity of the battery, special chargers and testers are used. The most accurate readings are calculated while discharging a fully charged battery.

Physical deterioration

Any battery gradually wears out... With proper use of the battery, you can efficiently operate your smartphone for up to 3-5 years. Thus, sooner or later, the battery will run out of life. Therefore, it is necessary to minimize the negative factors of operation, so as not to accelerate the process of wear.

Temperature changes and weather conditions

The weather conditions in which the smartphone is used can also affect the battery performance. So, at temperatures below 5 ⁰C and above +30 ⁰C, the battery may start to discharge quickly. If you return the phone to a comfortable temperature, the discharge rate will slow down and be reduced to normal.

Such drops will not harm the phone if they don't happen too often. But in cold weather, it is strongly recommended to use a headset and not expose the phone to low temperatures.

Screen brightness

One of the most common reasons for the rapid discharge of a phone is maximum screen brightness indicator... It is he who absorbs most of the energy, while 50% brightness is often enough for comfortable work.

To change the brightness, you need to open the settings and go to the "Display" section. On the slider strip, you can choose the most convenient brightness option.

Smartphone features that consume resources

Included but unused modules are a common cause of fast battery drain on a smartphone:

Unstable mobile network signal

GSM modem Is a cellular adapter. It consumes a lot of energy. Moreover, if the signal is weak or unstable, the adapter consumes even more power, as it constantly searches for a network. This applies not only to Android, but to all operating systems (OS). Often, only decision- providing a strong and stable signal.

But if there is no need to use this adapter, then you can disable it. To do this, you need to activate the offline mode (" In the airplane"). This will significantly slow down the drain on the battery, but at the same time it will make it impossible to make calls and send messages.

Applications in the background

Another equally common case is applications running in background... As an example, various social networks that send user data to developers' servers.

How to find out which unnecessary applications are open in the background:

  1. Open the menu settings.
  2. In chapter " Device" select " Battery».
  3. In the list of running processes that opens, find applications that use the battery.
  4. Click on the " Forced stop».

Graphics settings in games

Gaming is a pleasant part of spending time on the phone, but also one of the most energy consuming. Mobile games with 3D graphics and maximum settings, they can completely land a smartphone in an hour.

If after the game it is planned to use the smartphone for important tasks, then you need to control the charge level and not start the game for a long time. While gaming comfort is important, if possible, you can adjust various parameters such as graphics quality and display of shadows, as they strain the battery.

Android Media Server Process

Media Server scans various media files in the phone memory, examines the internal and external memory.

In normal state service scans smartphone, and after completing the process and detecting all media files such as music, videos, and photos, it stops working. However, if there is a corrupted file in memory, the scan loops until the user deletes this file or disconnects the device.

To avoid this defragmentation cannot be done files. You also need to use high-quality SD cards, and when disconnecting the smartphone from the PC, always click on the safe removal of the device.

Turning on, off and restarting the smartphone

A popular way to conserve charge is turn off the device when there is no need to use it. But in fact, during the launch of the smartphone and loading the OS, energy is consumed at almost the maximum level.

All you need to do is complete resource-intensive tasks, disable all modules, functions, sensors and background applications. This can be done quickly through the inclusion power saving mode which is found on most smartphones.

Viruses on the device

A phone that began to quickly run out of battery is sometimes a consequence of a virus that has settled in the OS.

To reduce the risk of infection, you need to install applications only from trusted sources and connect a good antivirus program for protection. If there is a suspicion that the reason for the rapid decrease in battery power is a virus, then you need to scan your smartphone and remove malware.

Hardware breakdowns and system failures

Sometimes when you turn off your smartphone or lock the screen, it continues to work actively. Thus, leaving the device on strongly drains the battery.

Common reasons:

  • broken applications;
  • viruses;
  • OS errors;
  • malfunction in the connection of external devices (memory card, SIM card, etc.).

To solve these problems you need:

  1. Reinstall recently downloaded applications.
  2. Scan phone antivirus.
  3. Detach connected devices.
  4. To produce system reset and return to factory settings.
  5. Replace firmware.

How to find out which apps are using the most power

As a rule, the most energy-consuming are complex and difficult programs. If you compose sample list such programs in descending order, you get:

  • games;
  • programs for processing media files;
  • video players;
  • applications that require Internet access;
  • widgets;
  • players for listening to music;
  • reading applications, standard sets of programs (calculators, calendars, etc.).

In order to find out which applications consume the most energy, thereby draining the battery very quickly on Android, you must:

In the information that opens, you can see the charge consumption from the moment the smartphone was last charged. All app metrics are shown as a percentage, making it easier to gauge their performance.

By examining the statistics, you can close or remove the most energy-consuming applications and significantly reduce the consumption.

What to do if your phone runs out of battery quickly

If the device runs out of power quickly, it is recommended to examine the operation of applications on the phone and disable unnecessary functions and modules. It is also necessary to scan the phone for malware, which can also affect the rate of decrease of the charge.

The solution to the problem of quickly consuming battery power is to create an optimal smartphone configuration by disabling little-used or unused functions.

Also, it is important to monitor the gadget for irrational use of energy resources, in which specialized programs can help.

Reasons and methods of solution

Why does my android battery drain quickly? There are many reasons for this battery behavior:

  • work of background processes,
  • accelerometer sensor,
  • beautiful trendy live wallpaper,
  • high display brightness,
  • included built-in wireless technologies and more.

We offer a number of methods for solving this problem. These methods are based on disabling a number of smartphone functions that consume a lot of energy, but are not used by the user. Also, there is the possibility of a software solution to the problem of fast charge consumption.

Live wallpaper

Live wallpapers are ordinary applications that consume a considerable amount of battery power. Use regular images as desktop wallpaper, and remove animated wallpapers.

Video: What to do the battery is running low

Accelerometer sensor

This sensor is one of the main components of the device, which "eats" the charge. One of its functions is to rotate the screen image if the user has rotated the device. The accelerometer constantly monitors the position of the smartphone and therefore consumes energy.

You can disable the accelerometer sensor in the settings. For example, it can be located in the "System" section. You just need to move the slider to the off state to disable the accelerometer.

Background processes

Why is the new battery on android draining quickly? Background processes are also to blame. Sometimes, users do not close applications, but launch new ones, forcing the open program to go into the background.

It becomes invisible, but continues to run. There are also many services running in the background.

To stop a background program:

It is better to disable background processes using optimizer programs, and not try to do it manually. Without the necessary experience, you can disable an important system process, which will lead to unstable operation of the gadget. Instead, you can use the capabilities of a program such as Battery Saver.

Economical display settings

The rate at which battery power is consumed depends on a display characteristic such as brightness. This is one of the main reasons when answering the question why the battery on the android began to drain quickly.

The higher this indicator, the more energy the screen consumes. Therefore, to save energy, you need to lower this characteristic to the optimal level.

You can manipulate the screen brightness from the device settings section:

  1. open the smartphone settings;
  2. at the next step, select the "Display" option in the "Device" section;
  3. find the "Screen" section and select the "Brightness" option in it;
  4. using the brightness level slider, in the additional window that opens, we will adjust the display brightness - the optimal level is 30%.

Communication setup

Modern portable devices are equipped with 2G, 3G and already 4G mobile communications - their modules consume a lot of energy resources, so they should also be turned off. First, you need to decide on the main purpose of using the gadget: only voice calls or data transmission.

Second-generation cellular communication is capable of transmitting only voice. Third and fourth generation networks are capable of transmitting both voice and data. If the smartphone is used only for phone calls, then it is better to disconnect the 3rd generation communication. This can save significant amounts of battery power.

Disable wireless technologies

Chipsets of modern gadgets are equipped with built-in wireless technology modules.

Popular among them:

  • data transfer protocols under the familiar name Wi-fi;
  • Bluetooth short-range data transmission protocol;

In the absence of a 3G module, the WAP technology of mobile data transmission is used to access the Internet.

Each wireless technology module, when turned on, is also a large consumer of charge. If its capabilities are not needed at the moment, then it should be disabled.

"Flight mode"

Mobile devices are equipped with different operating states. One of these states is called autonomous or "flight mode". It is necessary to restrict the user's access to cellular communication during a flight in an airplane.

At the same time, the gadget does not turn off at all, but leaves such modules as Wi-fi and GPS active for use.

Offline mode can be used to conserve battery power. This is well known to tourists who, getting into an area of poor coverage, switch their gadgets to flight mode. Trying to catch a bad signal, the gadget spends a lot of energy for this, and the transition to an autonomous working state allows you to save it for a future call.

2G networks only

If the smartphone is equipped with mobile communication modules of different generations, then it can be configured so that it will only work with GSM. The option required for this may have different names: "Only 2G networks" or "Only GSM".

Enabling this setting will disable mobile communication more high generations(WCDMA, LTE). The smartphone user will continue to use it only in voice mode, while simultaneously saving significant amounts of energy.

Enabling this way of working on different devices can be done in different ways.

but this function is always located in the "Network mode" subsection of the "Mobile networks" section. For example:

Other

There are a number of smaller factors that can contribute to the accelerated loss of energy by the battery:

  • included vibrating alert;
  • vibration feedback when typing;
  • excessive volume of the melodies being played;
  • sensors magnetic field, light, gravity, pressure, thermometers and others;
  • included GPS.

Battery saver app

You can monitor and optimize battery consumption using specialized applications. We offer for consideration the two most popular programs among users: EasyBatterySaver and BatteryDoctor. One of them is very simple, and the other is more difficult to use.

EasyBatterySaver

The functions of this app are very simple. It allows you to disable or enable different smartphone modules:

  • Wi-fi;
  • Bluetooth;
  • Auto-rotate screen;
  • Auto sync;

Also, it can be used to adjust the brightness of the screen and the timeout for the transition to the power saving state.

For example, if you need to turn off the accelerator sensor function to save power, then there is no need to “dig out” the corresponding setting in your smartphone. With Easy, all you have to do is press the Auto-rotatescreen button.

Battery doctor saver

Doctor Saver - morecomplexprogram... It will allow:

Using the functions of this application, you can monitor the battery temperature, voltage. I must say that Battery Doctor itself has a service running in the background, and therefore this program is a big consumer of battery power.

Firmware upgrade

To improve the operation of the Android operating environment with a battery, users have resorted to updating the firmware.

This can be done in several ways:

  • through the system update configuration;
  • using an update downloaded manually from the manufacturer's official website;
  • using special programs available in the Play Market.

To update the Android version and its firmware, follow these steps:

The system will independently check for the latest version of Android and, if it finds one, it will start downloading the updates found. It will prompt the user to agree to install the downloaded new version.

Having received a positive answer, Android will reboot the “mobile phone” and open a command terminal, in the environment of which it will install updates.

We have considered a small list of ways to solve the problem of quickly discharging a smartphone. As you can see, several factors affect the rate of battery discharge at once: active live wallpapers, wireless data transfer modules, background processes, high screen brightness, built-in sensors, cellular communication modules, and more.

To reduce energy consumption, it is necessary to disable unused modules, stop using live wallpapers, and, if possible, switch to energy-saving methods of consumption

>

Instructions

First you need to go to the "Wireless networks" section of the settings. Initially, see if systems such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPRS are turned on. Together, these networks consume a large amount of battery power. And if you are not going to transmit or receive any data via Bluetooth, then turn it off. If there is no Wi-Fi access point either in the near future, then turn off this system too. And if you are in a place where 3G does not catch, then disable mobile networks in the settings.

Geodata or GPS also consume a huge amount of charging, so it is advisable to turn them on only when necessary. You can turn off GPS in the settings window under the Location Services tab.

Now we need to figure out the amount of energy consumed by the display. After all, the battery life also depends on it. In the display settings, you need to change the screen brightness to a value of 30-40%. If the weather is not sunny and vision is good, then you can reduce the brightness to an even lower value. In the display settings, it is also necessary to reduce the screen time. The optimal value is no more than 30 seconds. And then the phone should go to sleep.

Installed apps consume a lot of power. And not everyone knows that when you try to close some offers, they simply collapse into the background and continue to consume power. Close applications completely in the "applications" or "application manager" section of the settings. There you need to open running programs and in each active application, click on the stop icon. This process is quite lengthy, and the programs can be turned off by others, more fast way.

On Google Play, you can download the absolutely free Battery Doctor program. After installing it, you can close all applications running in the background with one click of the "Optimize" icon. The program also allows you to adjust the screen brightness, disable and enable wireless networks, ring volume and phone vibration. An additional plus will be the fact that thanks to the Battery Doctor application, you can find out the charge level as a percentage, as well as the approximate amount of battery life.

Tip 2: What to do if your phone runs out of battery faster (Android OS)

In the modern rhythm of life, it is important for a person to always be in touch. It happens that a phone that has been working properly for a long time without charging suddenly starts to discharge quickly. However, the reason is not always the battery or hardware problems. Possibly fast discharge is caused by a large number of background processes. In the Android operating system, some settings made in developer mode will help to cope with this problem.

Instructions

Developer mode is a hidden menu that needs to be activated in order to work. For operating system Android, the algorithm of actions is usually similar for different brands of phones.

Why does the phone battery drain quickly, literally in a couple of hours? The usual culprit for most users is "gluttonous" operating systems (for example, OS Android), resource-intensive utilities and a bright display. Is it really? Are there any ways to keep the battery from draining quickly? To understand this, it is worth studying this material.

Why the phone runs out of battery quickly: the main reasons

Even the latest gadgets with a very capacious battery (for example, the energy reserve of the battery is already 5000 mAh) can sit down in a matter of hours. Constant charging several times a day is definitely not a way out. To find out how to deal with this, it is worth first finding out what this trouble is connected with.

Here are the main problems why a smartphone, regardless of the manufacturer's brand, is quickly discharged:

  1. Smart battery worn out. The "ancient" battery is the main reason for the rapid loss of energy storage. During charging, the battery heats up due to the increased internal resistance. You can visually inspect it by removing it from the gadget (if possible). Swelling, corrosion, deformation, various spots on the surface are an alarm bell and a reason to replace the battery with a new one. How else can you find out about the status of the battery? Dial on a smart with Android OS the combination: * # * # 4636 # * # *. A menu will appear in which you need to click on the item "Battery Information". It will describe the charge level, status, temperature, and other information about the battery. Owners of Apple devices with iOS, starting from version 11.3, can see the battery status right in the iPhone settings.
  2. Use in cold or heat. Modern batteries, although they have a large energy reserve, are not very good at subzero temperatures and sultry weather. The temperature limits of the device can be found from its specifications. And it is better not to exceed them so that the smartphone battery does not run out at the right time. A little "warm" the phone in the cold will help the cover, which covers the device from 2 sides.
  3. Very bright screen... Of course, most users want to see the brightest display with juicy shades, but if you overdo it and set the indicators to 100%, the screen will simply "eat up" the battery's energy consumption. To fix this defect, you need to go to the display brightness settings and use a special slider to reduce it to a comfortable one for working with the device. About 50-60% is sufficient.
  4. Resource-intensive functions... If the device operates under the all-inclusive program, then it is not surprising that the battery charge becomes less and less in a matter of hours. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC - all of this requires energy consumption. Therefore, if these functions are not needed right now, it is worth deactivating them in the device settings.
  5. Unstable Cellular / GPS... Battery capacity diminishes before our eyes as the phone tries to find an ever-slipping connection (if there is an interruption to the connection). The GPS sensor is one of the most "voracious". In an unfamiliar area, it is needed, but at home or at work it is hardly worth activating it.
  6. Mobile viruses. If you ignore the browser security warning, visit suspicious web resources, download programs from unreliable sources, then infection with smart viruses cannot be avoided. Malicious software can consume much more battery power than common utilities. To play it safe, you should install an antivirus.

All of these problems can affect devices regardless of the manufacturer, for example, the smart has the same chances from or. The rapid discharge of the battery is more often associated with improper operation of the device. But what measures can you take to improve battery performance other than proper handling of your smart phone? This is discussed further in the sections.

What to do if your phone runs out of battery too quickly?

To deal with the problem, you can take the following 3 steps.

Method number 2... System update. A new version of Android or another OS brings a significant number of improvements, including those that affect the state of charge of the battery. Updating the device to a new version is a chance to fix all the defects of the previous OS. On smarts from or regularly "arrive" innovations (if automatic update is set in the settings), the user only needs to click on "Install". This can be done manually by downloading the software on the manufacturer's website.

Method number 3. Removing unnecessary software - if you no longer need entertainment or work programs, you do not need to clog the device's memory and waste battery power. You just need to remove unused applications.

In addition, you can use special programs: for - Clean Master, for iPhone - iTunes.

Battery saving software: the best

All of the above methods can be combined using special programs that help the battery save power. All utilities are freely available on the Internet. The user just needs to download them and install them on the smart (for example).

Greenife- operates in the background and reduces the activity of the smart when the user is not using it. Pros of the program - it will detect and disable all unnecessary processes (even those that are not displayed in the task manager).

DU Battery Saver- the program deactivates background processes and displays all information about using the battery. There is a separate button "Optimize" that allows you to disable any resource-intensive utilities.

Amplife- disables all unnecessary processes when the smart is not in use. The program functions in automatic mode by turning off unnecessary applications yourself. Manual configuration is possible.

GO Battery Saver- it has several profiles of energy saving. They can be switched between each other, for this you need to place a widget on the screen of the device. In addition to the free version, there is also a premium option in which you can create a schedule to enable / disable profiles.

Disconnect when not in use:

  • GPS satellites (Settings - Location & Device Security)
  • Bluetooth
  • Mobile Internet (Settings - Wireless & networks)

Sometimes a syndrome such as a rapidly discharging smartphone battery manifests itself sharply. For example, a battery holds a charge for two days, but the next day at the same load level, it starts to discharge after 8-12 hours.

What could be the reason for the sharp decrease in time autonomous work battery?

  • The reason may lie in a viral program. The virus could have entered your smartphone in many ways. So, for example, it could simply be contained in one of the updates installed automatically on your device. Install a fresh and effective antivirus from the app store and run a full scan of your device.
  • The reason is in an application that consumes too much charge. Perhaps one of the last installed applications consumes too much battery power or prevents the smartphone from going into sleep mode completely. If you have installed new applications before the battery drains quickly, uninstall them and then restart your smartphone.
  • You need to reset your smartphone. It is possible that several applications on your smartphone at once have dramatically increased battery consumption. The best solution in this case would be to reset your smartphone to factory settings.
  • It is necessary to calibrate the smartphone charge. To do this, first discharge your battery to the minimum possible. Then remove the battery from the device. After a few minutes, insert it into your smartphone and, without turning on the gadget, charge the battery for 8-10 hours. After that, remove the battery again for a few minutes and insert it into the smartphone. Turn on the device.

If, after all the above steps, the smartphone battery still runs out quickly, it is most likely that its useful life has simply expired and the battery needs to be replaced. You can also contact the specialists of our service center, who will help determine and eliminate the cause of the rapid discharge of the battery.

Make hello. I have a Samsung 3. At the level of 100%, it does not immediately drop to 94 and then it keeps normal. What is the problem?

Administrator March 11, 2017 16:20

Maria, good afternoon!
Most likely, you need to calibrate the charge level, you can read more about this here: https://w3bsit3-dns.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=120739

Marina March 12, 2017 06:16

Hello. ZTE Blade t221 runs out of battery quickly. The battery lasts for an hour and a half with active work with a smartphone. What could be the problem?

Administrator March 12, 2017 06:17

Hello. The battery may need to be replaced. You can bring us for diagnostics. It's free.

Marina March 13, 2017 12:38

Hello. I recently bought a pop-up smartphone, 8-core, 2000 mAh battery, the charge is enough for 3 hours of active actions 6-8 in standby mode. They took it under warranty, the seller says that this is normal for such a powerful processor. Maybe this is so or the battery needs to be changed (the built-in applications have turned off almost everything)

Administrator March 13, 2017 12:50

Marina, good afternoon!
Yes, power consumption really depends on the power of the phone, although 3-4 hours is not enough for a new device. Try to use the recommendations from our article, if this does not help, you should show the patient to professionals, you can bring the phone to our service and we will try to find out the cause and effect absolutely free!

Danil March 16, 2017 12:13

My battery runs out very quickly! in an hour maximum two! and 0 percent can last an hour or more! why is that?

Administrator March 16, 2017 13:13

Danil, Good afternoon!
The battery may need to be replaced. You can bring us for diagnostics. It's free.

Michael March 17, 2017 14:00

If you run out of battery very quickly on your phone, take the huge + and - wires and line up to the battery. It will hold a lot more charge than it did before.

Administrator March 17, 2017 14:20

Michael, Good day!
It is not very accessible stated, as well as very doubtful, we do not recommend engaging in amateur performances, it is better to entrust the phone to reliable hands and contact the service center.

APAF March 20, 2017 19:34

Hello. My ZTE Blaid A5 smartphone is thinning very quickly. All programs are disabled. But all the same, the battery runs out. It barely lasts 3-5 hours, so you have to carry a wireless charger with you. What should I do, because the phone is barely half a year old.

Administrator March 20, 2017 19:48

Good day!
Try to use the recommendations from our article, if this does not help, we recommend bringing the phone to our service and we will try to find out what is the reason, absolutely free!

a lion March 26, 2017 19:27

Samsung galaxy note 3. After three years of operation, a defect appeared: without the system, an instant discharge to 0 occurs, the phone turns off, tries to turn on, but since there is no charge, it turns off and the attempt to turn on will be repeated again and again. Charges normally and can work normally for an arbitrary time (hour, two, ten), but still when it instantly discharges and turns off. Factory reset with recovery via smart switch did not solve the problem.

Administrator March 27, 2017 11:48

Leo, good afternoon! After three years of operation, you should still think about replacing the battery or contact the service for a complete diagnosis of the device.

Alik March 30, 2017 16:50

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy A8 (2015 model). The battery used to turn off by 30% and now it has reached 68%. That is, at fully charged I feel that I have only 30% and then it turns off and trying to turn it on shows 0%. I ask you to help me in my city there is no battery anywhere on my phone. give advice on what to do

Administrator March 30, 2017 17:28
Marina 01 April 2017 23:36

Good evening 20% in 20 minutes. The settings are all factory, I did not download applications, since the phone is 2 days from the date of purchase. I completely turned off the backlight to a minimum, removed the video response, etc. Also costs "Power saving in standby mode". Everything that can be disabled and factory settings, and still writes: screen 46%, standby 25% in 6 hours, if you do not use the phone completely. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Administrator 02 April 2017 11:49

Marina, good afternoon! For a new phone, these are rather low indicators, we recommend that you take the phone under warranty (return, exchange), or contact the service center for diagnostics and replacement of the battery, in this case, the warranty, as a rule, expires.

Anastasia 02 April 2017 23:35

Hello. Yesterday I bought a Prestigio tablet, but after 1 hour, only 13-15 percent of the charge remains. I also noticed that the lid smells terribly of plastic, and after an hour it is hot.

Administrator 03 April 2017 12:28

Anastasia, Good afternoon! We recommend taking it under warranty or to a service center for diagnostics and troubleshooting (the warranty in this case, as a rule, expires). The smell of plastic is typical for inexpensive immigrants from China, it may eventually pass or become less obvious.

Boris April 20, 2017 12:05

Good afternoon, I have such a problem, the battery runs out quickly phone zte q blad The battery is new. it does not charge up to 100% only up to forty-three for the whole night with the old one, it was the same, but it was swollen. and if it turns off itself then it charges up to 100% in a few hours. thank you in advance.

Administrator April 20, 2017 13:44

Boris, good afternoon! Perhaps you have a problem with the charging controller, we recommend contacting the service center.

tel April 25, 2017 00:31

the phone very often freezes, does not respond to any keys and buttons after that it discharges to zero. then, if not used, it restores the charge to 30, 40%, or remains at zero.

Administrator April 25, 2017 00:32

Good day! You can't do without diagnostics, maybe something with the charging controller, we recommend contacting the service center.

Sergey April 28, 2017 14:52

Good day! 04/17/17 purchased two phones meizu m5 black, meizu m5 gold. Gold color. On gold, the battery quickly sat down, in sleep mode with turned off applications and the Internet for an hour and a half, it sat down by 12%. Carried under warranty on the third day. It may turn out that they will give it back to me from the repair and say that everything is fine. I'm afraid to use it already. And another question. A black phone in standby mode with the Internet turned off, Wi-Fi, applications for 3.5-4 hours sits down by 4%, is this normal? It's just that my previous lg h502f magna did not sit down like that, but it sometimes dropped the charge by 7-10% right away, for example, it was 48% recently, and after 10 38% seconds.

Administrator April 28, 2017 16:20

Sergey, Good afternoon! Perhaps you have come across a defective device, better just carry it under warranty. Regarding the standby mode with 4% off. data and applications, quite a good indicator, not worth worrying about.

Victor April 29, 2017 20:16

A smartphone is stabbed to death in 40 minutes and prays as well, there was no such smartphone 4 months before.

Administrator April 29, 2017 20:17

Victor, good afternoon! Perhaps there are many different reasons, in order not to guess on the coffee grounds, we recommend that you contact the service center. Possible defects - replacement of the battery, replacement of the charging controller (a small chip on the motherboard).

Igor 07 May 2017 09:20

Good morning!
xiaomi redmi 4
I bought it in April, charging for 4 days was enough. 2 times I fell asleep, leaving it to charge for the whole night. charging is enough for 24 hours. Try to calibrate the smartphone charge or throw out the battery right away?

Administrator 07 May 2017 09:21

Igor, Good afternoon! As the saying goes: try is not torture, try calibration, chances are!

Jeniveva May 10, 2017 07:34

I did everything as you said, but as an evil my phone is discharged even faster

Inna May 10, 2017 23:50

Such a disaster. Chinese smartphone, 3 years in use, with 2 batteries with a capacity of 2100 mAh. I started to hold the charge badly, the craftsmen repacked the battery, the cat. was more bloated, with discharge-charge recommendations at least 3 times for 12 hours. As a result, the asset is discharged quickly for 2-3 hours. use, it charges even faster in 30-40 minutes. They repackaged it for me 2 times (for the first time they said that the nutritional element of the "jar" was found to be defective and replaced), and the same story. Really, for the second time, they again put a marriage or business in akb and what could be wrong with it? The moment with the controller, if something is wrong with him, would it be noticed? Or unscrupulous specialists were caught. Thanks in advance for the advice-answer.

Ira May 11, 2017 14:53

Hello, I have a fly Fs505 nimbus7 phone. The battery sits down sooo fast 30min I want to buy another battery BUT how to understand that it is normal

Administrator May 11, 2017 16:20

Irina, Good afternoon! Perhaps it's not about the battery, I think it's worth contacting a service center to diagnose the phone (as a rule, this is a free procedure, at least in our service), and only then buy a battery. if it’s not about it, you’re wasting your money (batteries are usually non-returnable).

Yana May 13, 2017 11:57

Good day! Lenovo S930 phone, 2 years old. Suddenly, it began to quickly lose charge, even in an inactive state, i.e. when I turn off the screen. I began to charge very slowly, I tried to change cables and charging adapters - the speed was different (from 0% in half an hour, to 3-4% in half an hour). I tried to change the battery to a new one: what is strange, the phone said that the charge now, as well as on the removed battery, is 70%. What could be the problem here?

Administrator May 13, 2017 15:00

Yana, Good afternoon! It may be necessary to calibrate the battery, maybe something with the power controller, there may also be a poor-quality battery, it is better to solve your problem in the service center, the diagnostics will be free;)

Sergey May 17, 2017 13:47

Nomi i504
Sits down like a flash runs, What to do?

Administrator May 17, 2017 15:01

Sergey, Good afternoon! Your wording is not entirely clear, describe the problem in more detail, or bring your phone for diagnostics.

Gulnaz May 29, 2017 19:48

Hello! Please tell me what to expect. I bought a fly nimbus 8 phone a couple of days ago. The battery charges very quickly. The maximum is enough for half a day, and this despite the fact that I do not sit in it all the time. For example, today I removed it from the charge at 7, but I did not use it, but by the 12th day the charge had completely sat down. And it takes a very long time to charge. There is a small dent on the battery, maybe it should be returned?

Administrator May 30, 2017 10:19

Gulnaz, Good afternoon! Of course, if the phone is under warranty it's worth returning it.

Savely May 30, 2017 20:35

Hello, I have an iPhone 6 phone.
When I bought the charging was enough for the whole day, and now for a maximum of 3 hours, what should I do ??

Administrator May 30, 2017 20:36

Savely, Good afternoon! Perhaps an elementary replacement of the battery will help, if the phone behaves the same with a new battery, then most likely the matter is in the power controller, they usually burn out due to the use of low-quality chargers or car chargers. In our service, you can accurately identify problems, diagnostics will be absolutely free, and the cost of work - replacing the power controller with an iphone 6 will be 3,500 rubles.

ram June 10, 2017 15:47

Good afternoon, I have such a problem the phone is quickly discharged, and when the charge is on, the percentage does not change but shows what is charging, the Jinga basco m400 4g phone, why is that?

Administrator June 10, 2017 15:48

Hello, there may be a problem in the battery, as well as in the system connector and the charging controller, to accurately identify the cause, you need to do diagnostics.

Andrey June 19, 2017 07:41

Hello, I bought a fly s401 smartphone a year and a half ago
Already for a month it is quickly discharged and also quickly charged. The charging socket is loose. Optimized the phone as much as possible (deleted / disabled some applications, etc.)

Administrator June 19, 2017 11:36

Andrey, Good afternoon! We recommend that you take your phone to a service center. There may be a reason in the socket itself, due to poor contact, the phone does not fully charge, it may also be necessary to replace the battery, we do not exclude that the charging controller could fail. In general, at least diagnostics are necessary, in our service it will be absolutely free.

Helena June 27, 2017 16:26

Hello, I have an Alcatel phone with a non-removable battery. The phone discharges very quickly, I charge up to 100% about 3 times a day. Charges in 30 minutes. What to do? thanks

Administrator June 27, 2017 17:39

Elena, Good afternoon! It may be necessary to calibrate the battery, perhaps something with the power controller, there may also be a poor-quality battery, it is better to solve your problem in the service center, the diagnostics will be free;)

Administrator June 27, 2017 19:56

Perhaps yes, but you did not indicate the brand of the phone, so it is difficult to advise anything, it is necessary to do diagnostics, as well as to know how the phone behaved with the old battery. In our service, diagnostics are carried out free of charge.

vova June 28, 2017 12:25

Hello. I have a Prestegio 5300. The battery runs out in 3 hours. I bought the battery a month ago. I was told that it deteriorated due to the fact that when the phone was charging, I played on it. Could this be the reason? And will calibration help in this situation?

Administrator June 28, 2017 12:26

Hello, calibration is more likely to not help, it is more correct to pass it for diagnostics and accurately determine the cause of the malfunction.

Denim July 13, 2017 09:25

Good afternoon, please tell me the Meizu m5 note phone for 3 months in the first month, the battery kept 2 days under normal load, now it's barely enough for a day. And recently I began to notice that the charge from 60% can drop sharply to 0, this does not often happen, but sometimes it happens, what could be the reason?

Administrator July 13, 2017 09:26

Hello, maybe some application is charging, try to back up your data and reset to factory settings, if this does not help, then you need to diagnose the battery.

Victoria July 17, 2017 14:40

Hello. Samsung Galaxy A5 2016. The battery is discharged exactly during the night in rest mode by 20-25%. Then during the day it is normal.

Administrator July 18, 2017 10:48

Hello, it is possible that some applications of yours can consume battery power in the background, you can also reset to factory settings, having previously made a backup copy of the data in order to save the information.

Anna July 20, 2017 01:00

Hello. Today I bought a smartphone ALCATEL Shine Lite 5080x fully charged .. in just a couple of minutes the battery sat down by 3%. Can you tell me how to be? Carry it back?

Hello, Samsung Galaxy Note3 smartphone, I gave it for repairs to replace the board and battery, after the repair the battery began to discharge quickly, when the screen is off, it practically does not sit down, and as soon as I turn it on and start doing something, it starts to discharge very quickly, I updated the android from 4.4.2 on 5.0 after that I noticed that it was discharging quickly, what could be the reason? the battery is new, put the old one with the same problem

Administrator August 26, 2017 17:08

Hello, try to put the battery from your mother's phone into yours, if everything works fine, then the problem is in the battery, if the problem remains, then most likely the problem is in the motherboard, or rather in the power controller, this will require diagnostics, we have you can do it for free.

Symbat August 29, 2017 16:08

Hello! I have a smartphone - Android. And I constantly look after it, speed it up, clean it up and cool it down with antivirus. But I had a 21% battery charger. And now it immediately dropped by 9%. At that time I heard music on it. And then it turned off altogether. Here, I'm charging it with a charger. Maybe this is due to the constant insertion for charging? I insert it when 59% is left so that I always have 100%. What can you advise, administrator?

Administrator August 29, 2017 16:09

Hello, Symbad, it is so difficult to determine the problem, because a lot depends on the smartphone model and how long you have been using it, it is more correct to make a diagnosis, by the way, it is free with us;))

Alexandra September 02, 2017 03:26

Hello, the lenovo s60 phone (2 years) suddenly began to discharge quickly at one point, before it hung hard, hung somewhere for 5-6 hours, tried to disassemble it so that somehow it didn’t work in the end, I came to my senses, after that incident, they discharged quickly and charged too, literally in 30-40m by 100%, well, it discharges just as quickly, even in sleep mode it does not live up to the morning, + when you turn off or restart the phone, it loses its charge by 30-50% immediately , I don't know what to do, whether it's worth saving him or it's time for the old man to retire, or maybe it's some kind of nluck ..

Administrator 03 September 2017 10:27

Hello, most likely problems with the battery could begin if you have not changed it over the entire period of use, because every part has an expiration date, however, for accurate identification, you need to carry out diagnostics, since you may have started having problems with the power controller, and this is already the work is more difficult and longer. In our center, diagnostics are free;)

Irina September 10, 2017 19:28

Hello, I bought a digma phone, I didn't charge it at all, the phone was 1.5 weeks old. I took it to the salon under warranty, I came two weeks later with the answer that everything is fine and there are no deviations, they reset it to the factory settings, took the evenings off the day and that's it, the charge started to fall again, I charge it heats up and charges for a long time. help me please

Varya September 10, 2017 19:29

Unfortunately, we cannot help you remotely, here you need to diagnose and look for the exact cause.

Andrey September 16, 2017 17:28

Hello Lenovo P70a, can you tell me how to replace the battery?

Varya September 16, 2017 17:40

Hello, in order to replace the battery with a Lenovo P70-a at home, not only do you need to have special tools, it is also not entirely simple, since in this model, in order to disconnect the battery cable, you need to unscrew the back cover, and as well as the motherboard, since it is located under it, as well as the battery itself is glued to special glue and it is quite difficult to peel it off, well, unknowingly, you can certainly damage small parts in the phone. Very often we are approached by people who also wanted to fix their phone themselves, thinking that they knew the real problem, but the matter was completely different.

Nouname September 21, 2017 05:12

The charge on the phone ends quickly, in less than an hour after charging, and it is spent, but the phone says that it is still 100 or 90 percent of the charge. What to do?

Varya September 21, 2017 10:00

Good morning, since you didn't write what your phone model is, it is difficult to give an exact answer. The most common problem is the battery itself, the power controller, or the charge controller. You need to diagnose your phone to find the real problem, we have it for free.

Dasha 06 October 2017 11:59

Hello, phone xiaomi redmi 4x, bought a week ago, at night the battery sits down by 1-5%, during the day in standby mode, the charge also constantly goes away, in an hour somewhere 1-3%. I do not know if this is normal for a 4100 mAh battery?

Varya 06 October 2017 14:00

Hello, in general, for the night, such a discharge is considered a normal indicator, and during the day it all depends on what you have open from the applications and for what processes there may be an expense, all this is very individual.

Anastasia October 22, 2017 17:27

The smartphone is quickly discharged (Samsung Galaxy J500. It was charged for 4 hours at night, then it turned off and from 8 am it started working. Until 5 pm and that's all - it was discharged. Help. The phone is new and there is no half a year.

Varya October 22, 2017 17:28

Good evening, maybe there is a virus in your phone, this could affect the operation of the battery, so it is worth doing a factory reset, just make a backup copy of your data first, as all data will be deleted, if this does not help you, then it is most correct to attribute it warranty for diagnostics.

Alexander 03 November 2017 19:04

Tell me why the phone is thinned unevenly, that is, it can thin out from 100 to 40 in a couple of minutes, then keep these 40 for 2 hours

Varya 03 November 2017 19:05

Hello, for a more accurate answer, you need to understand what kind of smartphone you have and carry out diagnostics, but most likely you have a malfunction in the battery or power controller.

Maksim 06 November 2017 15:16

Hello, I have a fly fs 501 numbers 3 phone, recent times the battery is discharged very quickly, changed the battery 2 times, but to no avail, what do you think is the problem?

Varya 06 November 2017 15:17

Hello, if you have already changed the battery more than once, then most likely the problem is in the power circuit itself, but in the power controller itself, but still, before the work itself, you need to do diagnostics :)))

Rustam November 15, 2017 22:20

Hello, I have a phone Sony Xperia z2. I often recharged my phone on the train, after that my phone started to go down quickly, a year later my battery was swollen and I bought a "new" one on Avito. Right now, it is also being discharged. Maybe the battery is not the problem? If you buy a new one from the store, then it is also not a fact that it will not also be discharged.

Administrator November 15, 2017 22:26

Hello, most likely you have problems with the power supply circuit, it is better to bring it to the service center to establish the exact cause)

Tatiana November 21, 2017 23:11

Hello, I bought a PRESTIGio psp3507duo phone in December. It worked perfectly for a month, but then it began to thin out in half a day, although the Internet was turned off. I gave it to repair under warranty, I changed the USB socket, I came home and kept charging for two days, then it started to thin out again even on charging I gave it back under warranty, changed the input for usb again, a day later it began to thin out again, but now if there is an active SIM card, it is thinned out in half an hour, I turn it on without a SIM card, it keeps a charge for 5 days, although my daughter listens to songs on it all day and is not allowed. can you tell me? can it completely change I have additional insurance?

Administrator November 21, 2017 23:12

There may be a problem on the radio part, when using the network there is a lot of consumption, first try to reset to factory settings, and if it does not help, then bring us for diagnostics and we will establish the exact problem)

Sergey November 24, 2017 13:51

Hello. I have been using a smartphone for two years. Recently, the battery charge is mercilessly going away. During the night, it took 10% of the charge. More than 1 percent is spent per day. I have ALCATEL ONETOUCH PIXI 3 (4).

Administrator November 24, 2017 13:52

Hello, old batteries don't do their job very well, so replacing the battery with a new one may improve the situation. But to be more precise, you'd better bring your phone for diagnostics.

Sergey November 25, 2017 06:58

Good afternoon, I have such a problem xiomi readmi not 4. The phone is half a year old, everything was fine, but recently overnight it began to burst offline 15-20 percent. Despite the fact that during the day 2-3 and during work, Akum keeps everything fine. What can be covered?

Administrator November 25, 2017 06:59

Hello, it is difficult to identify the reason for the high energy consumption at night, it is better to diagnose the problem to determine the problem

Administrator December 15, 2017 22:32

Yes, you can buy a stronger battery and re-solder the controller with a loop

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy J2 phone, the battery lasts 7-8 hours in an unemployed state. And when the charge is 40-20%, it is immediately cut down, not reaching 0%. And if the phone is discharged, then when charging, it instantly charges up to 40-70%. What's wrong? I've tried everything!

Hello, maybe you have problems in the power circuit, for a more accurate answer you need to carry out diagnostics

Hello, the phone sits down very quickly, I don’t know what to do. Charging is enough for 3-4 hours. What I didn’t do: I didn’t touch it for viruses for weeks, and when I sit down to play it heats up to a split distance. Help solve this problem, please.

Hello, if it's hot rear part, it is useful to check the battery. Old batteries don't do their job very well, so they heat up quickly. Replacing the battery will help fix the situation.

If the front heats up, this may be due to prolonged use of the touch screen. Sometimes the phone heats up due to incorrect processor operation. In both cases, it is better to diagnose the phone)

I have a Samsung Galaxy. Here's what helped me: opened "settings", then "Data usage", there is a section "Background mode". Opened it. Now Reading: Move the toggles below to the off position to prevent inactive apps from using mobile data. I turned off all the switches and saw immediately how quickly the phone began to charge in front of my eyes. Now it works fine. Before that, I removed unnecessary applications, but I did not clean them up to the factory ones, just unnecessary ones.
