    Cut the finished cabbage into very thin noodles. Wide ribbons of kelp will be difficult to chew, so we are not lazy, but we cut neatly and very thinly.

    Prepare the rest of the salad ingredients as usual. The composition of salads includes fresh and pickled cucumbers, boiled eggs, canned corn or peas, boiled and fresh vegetables, mushrooms. Often, salads include seafood. For dressing, use vegetable oil and lemon juice or mayonnaise.
