I was pleased that I did not have to be present when the blocks and bricks were accepted and did not take part in its unloading. I arrived just before the start of construction to check the amount of material against the estimate. My house was one-story, 10x12 meters. The frame of the house was built in about two weeks. It's nice that their director, Mikhail Vladimirovich, really cares about clients. He called me to the site when the builders had completed the masonry to the windows to determine on the spot where the windows would be, although everything was indicated in the project and it was correct. When I really assessed the space and volume of the rooms, I realized that it was not in vain that I was called to the site. My vision for the house really changed and we ended up moving three windows. “We stand so that you feel comfortable in the house” - these are the words of the director. The second time I was pouring a reinforced belt. And the third time I was there, when they were installing ceiling beams (they were wooden, made of 10x20cm timber), it was necessary to determine the location for the attic staircase, but it’s better to make such decisions in real life (and not in a drawing). I was pleasantly surprised, by default, all the beams were treated with bioprotective compounds and not cheap ones. This completes the work on the box. Literally a week later the roofers arrived and the material had already been delivered. All boards were also treated with a compound (blue-green neomid). The roof was completed in three weeks, there were many rainy days. Then they started doing the facade, and again another team (finishers), they then did the finishing. My façade is based on technology " wet facade", first insulation, then plaster with mesh and decorative plaster. We, together with Mikhail Vladimirovich, went to several wholesale companies and chose the color of the facade and decorative stone. There are a lot of varieties and shades and Mikhail’s help was helpful. The façade took about three weeks to complete - they made the façade itself, the blind area, the plinth made of stone and installed the windows. The windows were obtained quite cheaply; the company supplied the windows at a dealer price (checked and compared with other companies). The money ran out at this point, it was the beginning of August. The following year, in August, we began interior decoration, also with the Alliance Group company. On Mikhail’s advice, they installed heated floors everywhere, but with two circuits: one circuit for the bedrooms, and the other for the common areas. Radiator heating and all other communications were also done. I ordered a septic tank and a well from other companies. The decoration was kept quite modest: there are tiles and laminate on the floor, wallpaper on the walls, the bathroom and boiler room are all tiled. Then we spent about a week checking all the heating and water supply systems: boiler operating modes, increasing the pressure to 10 atmospheres (the workers had a special pump). And everything was EXCELLENT. Only later I asked for an outlet and light to be installed in the attic, the guys easily removed the tiles in the boiler room, laid the cables and did everything back. NO EXTRA PAYMENT. The work took approximately 4 months. Let me summarize: Building a house in the Alliance Group company brought only joy and confidence in the quality of the house built. I want to say that the initial cost in the contract actually corresponds to the final cost. No surcharges or scams additional work there wasn’t (as I had with another company where I ordered a septic tank).
