Supplements and homeopathy for the genitourinary system. What is the difference between dietary supplements and homeopathic medicines? What is the difference between dietary supplement and homeopathy

The main difference between dietary supplements and homeopathic remedies is their purpose.

BAA - namely a biologically active food supplement, is designed to supplement the diet with vitamins and minerals, which a person lacks in ordinary life. And homeopathic remedies are aimed at treating a person from various symptoms and diseases.
For example, at the beginning of the 21st century, one of the American skeptics offered to anyone who would prove the effectiveness of homeopathic remedies - $ 1 million, and it is worth noting that no one has yet taken this money! Many doctors and scientific associations call homeopathic remedies a Placebo pill, and just a dummy, an exclusively commercial enterprise that has nothing to do with medicine.
With dietary supplements, everything is also not so simple, they can really help the body, but only as a replenishment of mineral and vitamin composition food, and not in the treatment of various diseases. And if, as a result of some peculiarities of the organism or illness, for example, calcium is poorly absorbed by you, it will not be absorbed in dietary supplements either. And modern merchants make millions and billions of profits by promising people a miraculous recovery from ordinary chalk in powder and a beautiful jar.

To buy or not to buy is still your choice. After all, even the Placebo effect sometimes cures

Homeopathic remedies are made not only from botanical raw materials, although 60% of the preparations are of plant origin. In homeopathic balls and mixtures, you can find a wide range of natural substances, up to poisons (I don’t remember that dietary supplement manufacturers declare the presence of poisons in their pills).

The main difference between dietary supplements and homeopathic preparations is the concentration of the substance from which they are produced.

In the manufacture of homeopathic medicines in accordance with the principles of homeopathy, the medicinal substances in the preparations are diluted to very small and often negligible concentrations, up to several millionths of a percent. The impact on the patient's body of homeopathy is carried out with the help of informational impact, and not medicinal properties drug.

As for dietary supplements, their effect on the body occurs due to the very substance from which the dietary supplement is prepared.

Regarding the previous answer, I want to add that homeopathy is recognized all over the world, as well as in Russia, traditional method treatment; homeopathy has no side effects, there are no allergies from homeopathic remedies, they are cheap and they are not counterfeited. I recommend that you look on the Internet what homeopathy is, perhaps the previous author will change his attitude towards this serious branch of medicine.

The most correct interpretation of the answer is given by the reference book "Register of dietary supplements" under the heading "Question-Answer about dietary supplements" registrbad.ru/bad/faq.php Definitely, homeopathic medicines are medicines... Therefore, the difference between dietary supplements and drugs should be considered. It is generally accepted that dietary supplements are nutraceuticals and parapharmaceuticals.
Nutraceuticals - sources nutrients in doses not exceeding six daily human needs. Parapharmaceuticals are sources of nutrients in which the dosage of active substances is lower than the therapeutic one.
If the dosages of active substances exceed the doses mentioned above, this is already a medicine.

What is the difference between dietary supplements and homeopathic medicines?

Dietary supplements are substances that seem to heal, but how exactly is not fully understood. Well, can they be obtained from other sources, such as fish fat... By the way, some dietary supplements later become drugs. And I also have tablets with almost the same composition under different brands, but some are bad, and others are medicine.
And homeopathic remedies are known to work. They work on the principle of "knocking out a wedge by a wedge". That is, as an example, the temperature is treated with an antipyretic at a low dosage. Due to the drug, the body's reactivity to this symptom increases and, as a result, the body begins to fight further on its own.

These are different groups of drugs with different mechanisms of action on the body.

Why homeopathy is not a science. Explains the professor of the Kazan Federal University Lilia Ziganshina

Interviewed by Ilnur Yarkhamov

Two weeks ago, a special commission at the Russian Academy of Sciences recognized that homeopathy as a medical field is pseudoscientific. The Russian Ministry of Health and the Federal Antimonopoly Service supported the findings of the scientists.

However, the direction itself is more than 200 years old. During this time, homeopathy has acquired its own scientists, pharmacologists, research institutes, medical and health centers. But the most inspiring are the homeopathic medicine companies. Therefore, it is not surprising that the so-called homeopathic lobby has emerged in the scientific community.

The scientific life of Kazan is directly related to these events. Earlier KazanFirst said that there is such a lobby at the Butlerov Chemical Institute of Kazan University. It blocks open public debate about homeopathy.

⇒ Kazan Federal University has its own homeopathic lobby

But the Institute of Chemistry is not the only structural unit of the university that has the rights to broadcast and replicate its scientific truth.

At the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology, homeopathy is not viewed as a science. All the clinical studies that are available to the Cochrane Library staff prove that homeopathy does not stand up to scientific scrutiny, the results do not prove the effectiveness of the treatment.

How should the system for the admission of drugs to the market be built in Russia? Why is homeopathy comparable to belief in a miracle? About this in an interview with KazanFirst - Professor of the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology Lilia Ziganshina.

- What is homeopathy?

I am not a professional in homeopathy. But I know to the extent that I teach pharmacology. Homeopathy has existed since ancient times. German physician Hahnemann is the founder of this direction.

Homeopathy can be defined as a treatment for like like. Homeopathy has its own understanding of the disease and the action of the medicine. It differs from understanding diseases and mechanisms of medicine in traditional medicine... There are some elements of rational grains in homeopathy.

But from a position evidence-based medicine There are no qualitative studies that would confirm the effectiveness of homeopathic interventions on diseases that are clinically significant for the health and fate of patients. A lot of such studies have been carried out. But there is no such thing for them to meet the requirements of evidence-based medicine.

During this rising wave of interest in homeopathy, I searched the Cochrane Library for research results. It is the main source of evidence-based knowledge in the field of health today. I typed the word "homeopathy" and it came out big number Cocrane systematic reviews. There are so many of them that you won't be able to see everything at once.

The findings of virtually all reviews in a wide variety of areas of clinical medicine say that there is no conclusive evidence to support the effectiveness of homeopathy.

- What is the Cocrane Library?

It is the largest database of systematic reviews and clinical studies. At the same time, the library is viewed as a periodical, as a journal. It has periodic issues. It is very prestigious to publish in it, the impact factor is more than 6 units. It is health research in all areas of clinical medicine. Including in the organization of the health care system and in the economics of health care. These are scientists from all over the world. Today it is more than 130 countries of the world. The collaboration numbers over 37,000 people who are actively involved in the development of Cocrane's systematic reviews. There are many works in the Cocrane library that refer to homeopathy. But there is still no evidence to support it in high-quality clinical trials.

There are advocates of homeopathy among women. They use the drug Mastodinon. It is considered homeopathic and women see that it heals. In the composition of the drug, it seems to me, there is a significant proportion of active substances. In my opinion, "Mastodinon" is more of a phytopreparation. But for some reason it is still called a homeopathic remedy. Why did it happen, is this some kind of mimicry?

I do not know this particular drug. Moreover, now there are a lot of biologically active additives. Perhaps such tricks are used to obtain regulatory approvals and are quite widespread. I used to work with the regulatory authorities. Now I am not in control of the situation. I cannot comment. If everything you say is true, then this is a very sad situation. For homeopathic medicines today, perhaps, the regulatory requirements have been somehow eased in order to obtain marketing authorization.

- In your opinion, how should the mechanism for the admission of drugs to the pharmacological market be built?

I was fortunate enough to work for the World Health Organization. It has a mandate to advise countries and their health systems.

How should it be? The process is very important. There is such a professor, Hans Hogersile. He served for many years as Director of the Department of Essential Medicines at WHO. I worked in his department, was a member of the committee of experts on the selection and use of medicines. He developed the concept of drug selection. The procedure for developing this drug list is extremely important. We have been building this system in Tatarstan for many years.

The selection of drugs is a procedure that, in its essence, should be horizontal and work according to the “bottom-up” principle. That is, the order did not come from above to do something or to include any medications. And from below, from healthcare professionals - doctors who will treat, pharmacists who will provide medicines.

But the most important thing that needs to be conveyed to our medical audience is that the discussion should not reach it that some drugs are of high quality, while others are not. This is the job of specialists in regulatory bodies. Doctors have not been taught this. They were taught to make diagnoses, to choose the right medicines. And not about whether the medicine is of high quality or not, but therefore, whether it works or not, whether it has pharmacological and side effects, and what are the side effects. Whether the side effects will be important to the patient. This is the level of competence not of doctors, but of pharmaceutical workers. We regularly publish rejected drug series. But market mechanisms of manufacturers' interest exaggerate this discussion and involve both doctors themselves and their patients in it.

Let's go back to homeopathy. There are two main principles by which a homeopathic medicine is created. First, like is treated like. That is, a substance that harms the body, it can also cure it. The second is ultra-high and multiple dilution of the active substance in water. Don't you think these principles are mutually exclusive?

It is generally believed that the more dilution is, the higher the activity of the homeopathic medicine is. These principles actually argue with the principles of our pharmacological science, with the postulates of theoretical science. In my opinion, homeopathy is akin to a religious worldview. Its principles must be professed.

The level of development today still requires proof. Today the whole world agreed with this. There are no opponents here.

- What do you teach your students? Do you lecture them on homeopathy?

Today we teach students basic, clinical pharmacology, evidence-based medicine. Within the framework of our teaching activity at the university, we did not have the opportunity to deal with homeopathy. But before that, the team of our department worked as the department of clinical pharmacology, pharmacotherapy of the Kazan State Medical Academy. As part of the series of lectures on clinical pharmacology, we have covered the issues of homeopathy. But it was scientific coverage. Homeopathy is a phenomenon, it exists, it has its own history.

- Do you gather doctors to tell them about the latest developments and innovationNSin pharmacology?

We have not yet managed to undergo licensing within the walls of KFU in order to carry out postgraduate education of doctors in clinical pharmacology. This is in our plans, we want to do it.

- What is clinical pharmacology?

This is a branch of pharmacology, which deals with the study of drugs in application to a sick person, depending on the etiology and his disease and the characteristics of his body and kinetic characteristics. The father of Russian clinical pharmacology is Boris Evgenievich Votchal. He gave approximately this definition. Clinical pharmacology as a science in our country has been developing since the 60s of the last century.

And since 1997, this direction has been developing as a practicing medical specialty. All the past years, before joining KFU, we had a chance to introduce this specialty in Tatarstan. We were successful, more than 55 clinical pharmacologists worked in Tatarstan in those years.

Since we have not yet applied for licensing residency in clinical pharmacology, we do not train clinical pharmacologists. If in our first years of work at KFU, the chief doctors from old memory called me and asked me to provide them with a clinical pharmacologist, now people have lost the habit, they are used to doing without a clinical pharmacologist.

And such specialists are very much needed. They do not conflict with anyone anywhere, they can integrate and help. There are so many drugs, there are so many interactions between them that the doctor simply does not have enough time to figure it out, since he is absorbed by the patient.

Newspapers about traditional medicine are regularly left in my grandmother's inbox. Allegedly, some kind of badger fat heals for everything: from eye diseases to legs. What about a medicine that preaches everything natural?

The most powerful drugs that can kill with a needle, for example, cardiac glycoside digoxin, is obtained from the plant foxglove purple or woolly. Morphine also, depending on the dose, can kill on the needle. It is obtained from the milky juice of poppy seeds.

Traditional medicine exploits the understanding of people that everything that is natural and natural is useful and harmless. This is not true. We're talking about chemophobia.

I would recommend not taking any dietary supplements at all. Never. If grandparents or their grandson eat a variety of foods, and now there is access to many food products, if a person is more often in the sun, sleeps well and generates only good thoughts, then no dietary supplements are needed. And if something hurts, then you need to see a doctor and only he will be able to prescribe medicine.

Dietary supplements do not undergo the same control as drugs. They only go through the food industry regulations. And they can contain very potent substances or drugs.

- Tell us about your center. How he appearedI amin a large family of KFU divisions? How many people work for you here, and what do you do?

Our scientific and educational center for evidence-based medicine "Cochrane-Russia" was established by order of the rector on July 11, 2016. We are still very small, but not newborns anymore.

We are very glad that we were not called a research laboratory, but a research and educational center. This is what reflects what we do. We want to be not a virtual center, along with a large number of research laboratories at the departments. We want to be a center that would determine the vector of development of medical and pharmaceutical education.

As of today, we have 18 people officially employed at a fraction of the rates. But we work tirelessly, day and night, on Saturday and Sunday. These are not only the staff of the department, but also the youth.

- Is your main credo education or research?

Educational and research. It is wrong to divide this way, they are inextricably linked. Systematic Cochrane reviews are being developed in science.

Why should you take care of your health right now? Usually, as long as a person feels acceptable or tolerant, he does not pay any attention to his health. And only when he got sick, then he runs to the doctor ...

But not always even the best doctor can help to recover completely, and sometimes it is too late. You need to think about health when nothing hurts yet! My own "health school" has been going on for over 20 years. I am constantly learning, practicing and solving the same problem, in which I need to find the answer to the question: How to get healthy? As a doctor, I look for these solutions, first of all, for my patients, but besides that I take care of my health, the health of children, the health of my husband and other people close to me.

I fell in love with homeopathy and for many years was an almost fanatical adherent of this one direction. I described my position as a homeopathic doctor in the article "A little more about homeopathy. My position." Then, as my knowledge began to expand, I learned about Ayurveda, about the fact that there are three doshas in the body (primary vitality), and they need to be regulated, because when they are out of balance, they can cause painful manifestations in the form of various symptoms. In this way, symptoms can be avoided, but everything can be resolved in advance at the dosha level.

After studying Ayurveda, I realized that this is the real preventive medicine, when in advance, long before the appearance of physical symptoms, a person can harmonize the doshas in the body with the help of a daily regimen, proper nutrition, self-care, and can prevent more serious illness in the body. Of course, this is possible if you do everything in a timely manner and follow the recommendations of an Ayurvedic doctor.

After that, I began to actively study everything about healthy eating from the point of view of Ayurveda, and learned to regulate food. On personal experience I realized that healthy eating is a very important aspect of life! And this is a whole science. We can cleanse our body with the help of medicines, herbs, homeopathy, but if after that we load ourselves with unhealthy food, semi-finished products with a lot of preservatives, unnatural food, then we again pollute our body and cause harm to health like an elephant that bathed in water and immediately sprinkled dust on himself.

When I discover something new and very useful for myself and my medical practice, I always willingly share it with my patients, friends, my readers and everyone who is interested in it. In Almaty, I have repeatedly conducted practical master classes in Ayurvedic cooking. Here is a description of one such event, where we learned by doing how to provide healthy meals for our family: "

After I studied Ayurveda and homeopathy, new knowledge opened up for me and I successfully applied it in practice. I also learned about existence Bach Flower Essences, for this I went to Moscow for a special seminar. At first I had an inner protest and distrust - how is this, only 38 plant essences in low decimal dilutions, how can this be compared with real homeopathy? But since these Essences exist and they have become widespread, it means they help, and then I still began to try them on myself and on my children. And I saw their effectiveness, I saw that they softly and nobly act on emotional sphere person aligning the emotional background. And since most diseases are psychosomatics (they have a mental origin), harmonization of the emotional background indirectly improves the physical condition. Read more about Bach Flower Essences on my website

Thus, a new method of treatment appeared in my piggy bank, and sometimes I used it as an additional help to a person. After that, after a while I lost another "dogma" from my head. For a long time I had an idea of Dietary supplements(Dietary Supplements) as something frivolous. I thought that they were "snatched and imposed" because they are usually implemented through the network marketing system. And then at a lecture with Rajan Shankaran, my teacher of homeopathy, I heard that if a person has a real deficiency of any mineral or vitamin, then homeopathy is not so necessary, it is more important to prescribe a dietary supplement!

He explained that if a person has a shortage of material doses of a mineral, then he needs a dietary supplement, if everything is fine with his diet, but there is an energy disorder, then he needs homeopathy. Homeopathic medicines are too small in dosage, they cannot replenish tissues with minerals or vitamins. After that, I became more loyal to dietary supplements, sometimes I prescribe them to patients, sometimes I give them to my children, my husband, or I took them myself.

After giving birth and nursing four children, the body really needed some vitamins and minerals. I really did benefit from dietary supplements. I have a section on my site in the health store that features some natural vitamins ...

Then I studied fabric Schuessler's salts, something intermediate between homeopathy and dietary supplements, and also began to use them in my practice. Why Schuessler's salts or cell salts are good for solving a number of health problems, what they are and how they work, I described in the article "Cell salts". I recommend reading. It is gratifying that several years have passed, and Schussler's Salts began to be sold in a wide pharmacy network throughout Kazakhstan. Pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies have turned towards homeopathy.

I follow the principle of homeopaths: check everything for yourself. Homeopaths always do homeopathic trials of new medicines on themselves, and I try on myself all the techniques that interest me. About a year ago, I felt that despite my health in general, my body could not stand physical activity, my muscles became flabby, my tone began to weaken. There were signs of physical inactivity, about which so much is written. After all, I actually sit more, conduct receptions, type at the computer, read new books. It became more difficult for me to climb the stairs, I began to get tired more often ...

And just then my friend called me and offered to go to Goltis's training, told about the health improvement system Healing Impulse... I jumped at the idea and went along with it. Having studied it, I did not study regularly at first. Having understood the meaning of the technique, I began to apply its principles, so I began to try new exercises, add stretching exercises. The most important thing that the Healing Impulse helped with is the realization that exercises are necessary every day, you need to do your body every day! I wrote my opinion about the Healing Impulse in the article "Healing Impulse - my first impressions."

My next step was my acquaintance with cellular nutrition and cellular nutrition Elev8 and Acceler8, and another revolution in consciousness and thinking! And again, I started with myself, and began to test the effect of the new capsules on myself. When I realized with my own eyes and sensations how effective they are, it impressed me so much that I began to study each component of the capsules in order to understand for myself the mechanism of action and make sure they are safe. Two months of study gave their results, I now know the composition by heart and understand how everything works. Now these capsules are accepted by my inner circle - parents, friends of parents, children, spouse, relatives, girlfriends, patients. And I again write articles on my site about what inspires and impresses me, with the aim of helping and giving new instrument for health improvement and prevention to people.

So, starting with homeopathy, I expanded my consciousness and worldview. I realized that there are a lot of healing methods, and you can take what is reasonable from each method and integrate it into your life in order to live a high-quality, healthy, active life for many years! I use everything as needed, sometimes homeopathy, sometimes Ayurveda, sometimes dietary supplements, sometimes adjusting my diet, trying to do physical exercises, stretching exercises and yoga Surya Namaskar every day, I definitely use massages and the healing effect of the bath.

Therefore, it is no longer so interesting for me to write only about homeopathy, although initially I created and developed my site for this very purpose. I was convinced that you need an integrated approach to your health, that there are many natural, easy-to-use health-improving methods that can be used for active and healthy longevity and live enjoying life!

In conclusion, I want to say that I realized, through all my searches and experiments, that human health depends on him. Where people rely only on the "magic pill" or "super duper fancy doctor", they are mistaken. Human health is only 10% dependent on medicine. And 90% depends on healthy way life and nutrition. A doctor is only a guide, assistant and advisor. In fact, health is in your own hands.

Maintaining health is a whole process that needs to be done regularly, health is very much related to self-love, but not from the position of selfishness, but self-love as a Divine creation, as an instrument for gaining experience of our soul, because every instrument, no matter what it was not strong, it needs maintenance and prevention. People with cars will easily understand me. Try not to wash the car, not change the oil, not do the inspection, not repair the car from time to time, and you will see where this leads. The service life will be reduced by half of this ratio.

There are people who neglect these things, and as a result of neglecting their health, they get - NOT health, illness and a short life. At the same time, there are always people who think progressively and know how to see the forest for the trees, to see the essence of things. They are interested in the topic of health not only because they "got sick", but because they want to be in good shape, have high efficiency, enjoy life and live long! Such people take care of their health, take care of their bodies in such a way as to live an active, rich life.

What category of people do you belong to? If to the first, then it's time to reconsider your attitude to health and join people from the second category. And I will try to help you with this - on my site you will learn a lot of useful things for improving health in general.

Health is in the hands of the person himself - in your hands! Therefore, I wish you all harmony in life, health and love for yourself! And I will regularly help you with my publications. In addition, you can make an appointment with me. I am currently conducting homeopathic treatments in Ust-Kamenogorsk, as well as taking them on Skype, you can read more about this in the News section. ...

Taking care of your health, homeopathic doctor Dina Bakina

Friends, below on the same page you will see a new slide called HOMEOPATHY FOR MOMMIES, there is very useful material for young mothers, about which homeopathic remedies are used for certain symptoms in children, these recommendations I made out in slides last year, I am planning in Ust-Kamenogorsk to conduct trainings for mothers and create online training, while I’m studying how it’s done.

I post the presentation for free, use it to your health! I remember when my friend's daughter gave birth in France, they gave her several bottles of homeopathic remedies right in the hospital and explained what to give.

It is not necessary to study homeopathy the way I or my colleagues studied it, you can simply take the recommendations and apply it with the appropriate symptoms. Many mothers - my former patients do just that, and very successfully! I wish you all good health !!!

Often in common parlance, you can hear something like: "We prefer to be treated with homeopathy for a cold: some herbs, generally natural remedies." There is a mistake in this phrase - herbal medicine, ethnoscience as different from homeopathy as a truck is from a scooter.

Let's see what dietary supplements, herbal medicine and homeopathy are.

BAA - biologically active food additives, in other words, food fortifiers, which are increasingly needed in our world due to the deterioration in the quality of food and the growing deficiency of vitamins, microelements and other important biologically active substances in the population, starting from childhood.

It is no longer a secret that a deficiency of micro-macroelements, vitamins, proteins leads to metabolic disorders and the development of various chronic diseases. The statistics of morbidity in schools, ailments in schoolchildren are impressive in scope - about 50% of primary school students feel weak, lethargic and inability to concentrate on educational material due to a lack of essential nutrients - proteins, vitamins, minerals.

A dietary supplement is not a medicine, therefore, general practitioners not only do not prescribe them, they may not know many of the nuances of nutrition, because this is the sphere of another narrow specialty - a dietitian or nutritionist.

Nutritionology, in short, is the science of nutrition of body cells, one of the modern branches of dietetics. More precisely, this is the science of the role of individual food ingredients - nutrients, nutrients and other components that are contained in foods, their assimilation by the body, consumption, consumption, their role in maintaining health or the occurrence of diseases.

Herbal medicine, in turn, is the treatment and prevention of chronic diseases using medicinal plants... In modern medicine, herbal medicine is used as an additional method of treatment. Even Hippocrates described more than two hundred medicinal plants, recommending herbal medicine as one of the most effective and at the same time gentle ways to get rid of many ailments. If the effectiveness of some alternative methods of healing is often questioned, then the methods of herbal medicine modern medicine not only approved but actively practiced. Distinguish between traditional methods of herbal medicine, which are part of traditional therapy, and medical - one of the areas scientific medicine... In modern, unlike traditional, phytotherapeutic preparations are practically not used independently. Modern herbal medicine is herbal treatment as an adjunct to drug therapy.

Both of these areas have nothing to do with homeopathy and differ significantly from it. Therefore, while drinking a glass of fragrant herbal infusion, it is incorrect to say that you are using homeopathy. So what is homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a method of treatment that has existed for over 200 years and is based on two principles. The first is the notion that "like cures like" (similia similibus curantur). The founder of homeopathy Hahnemann proceeded from the premise that overdose of certain drugs leads to the onset of symptoms of the same disease that is being treated, and therefore should be treated like like like. For such a system of treatment, he deduced a number of regularities that come from a different from the classical method of treatment.
It sounds absurd, but homeopaths believe that if such a substance is given to the body in a minimal dose, the body will try to cope with it, and it will itself find the strength, reserves and a way to cope with it. And having learned to cope with a small symptom, he will cope with a full-fledged disease. In the old days, the body was accustomed to poison so that it could save itself from poisoning. It should be noted that the vaccination system in official medicine is just based on this principle.

The second principle is that low concentrations of a substance can have a more pronounced therapeutic effect. This principle has been controversial for a long time, there were some facts and explanations of the principle's operation, but since there was not enough reliable data on the effectiveness of this method, on Memorandum No. 2 dated February 6, 2017, a number of specialists in the field of medicine, biology, chemistry, pharmacology, homeopathic the methods of diagnosis and treatment were recognized as pseudoscientific and it was recommended that the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation revise, in the light of the current scientific data, the decisions on the introduction of homeopathy into the Russian health care system made more than 20 years ago without sufficient grounds.

So, dietary supplements are food, and homeopathy is considered (until recently) a medicine. A dietary supplement, unlike a homeopathic remedy, helps to replenish the deficiency of irreplaceable biologically active substances (nutrients) in order to prevent the development of pathologies associated with vitamin deficiencies, microelementosis, etc.

With dietary supplements, everything is also not so simple, they can really help the body, but only as a replenishment of the mineral and vitamin composition of food, and not in the treatment of various diseases. And if, as a result of some peculiarities of the organism or illness, for example, calcium is poorly absorbed in you, it will not be absorbed in dietary supplements either.

The impact on the patient's body of homeopathy is carried out with the help of informational influence, and not with the medicinal properties of the drug.

As for dietary supplements, their effect on the body occurs due to the very substance from which the dietary supplement is prepared.

Regarding the previous answer, I would like to add that homeopathy is recognized all over the world, as well as in Russia, as a traditional method of treatment; homeopathy has no side effects, there are no allergies from homeopathic remedies, they are cheap and they are not counterfeited. I recommend that you look on the Internet what homeopathy is, perhaps the previous author will change his attitude towards this serious branch of medicine.
