In cases where the border of the sanitary protection zone of industrial enterprises, other objects requiring its establishment passes through the territorial zone of Zh-1, new construction on a site of the territorial zone that falls within the boundaries of the sanitary protection zone is possible only after the development of a project to reduce the boundaries of the sanitary -protection zone, if its new borders will not pass through the territorial zone.
