What is civil and industrial construction? Industrial engineering

Industrial engineering- a rather difficult type of construction. Construction industrial facilities implies presence in the state construction company specialists of various profiles. At the same time, only coordinated work of all sections allows the work to be completed on time, which is especially valued in industrial construction.

What's happened industrial engineering? This is the construction or restoration of objects that are in one way or another connected with production, industry and business in general. Our company will be engaged in the construction of enterprises in the fuel, chemical, and petrochemical industries.

Industrial construction is in demand in any environment economic situation. Industrial engineering- new jobs and business development. This process includes not only the construction of buildings from scratch, but also major repairs ready-made industrial production facilities.

Construction organizations that are engaged in industrial construction must have all the necessary permits and licenses to carry out their activities. This confirms their high organizational and professional level.

Quite often, such a construction organization has its own division for designing industrial facilities. All construction organizations involved in industrial construction employ high-level professionals.

Specificity requires this. Even before the start construction stage it is necessary to provide for all possible negative factors affecting the buildings being built. This influence is inevitable during the production process. The construction process itself requires special skill. Industrial engineering requires absolute compliance with all technological standards. Otherwise, the industrial building will be subject to rapid destruction and unsuitability for further use.

We are a multidisciplinary organization, so you can order from us all the work for the implementation of industrial construction.

The construction of prefabricated buildings is becoming an increasingly popular method for the construction of not only temporary structures, but also permanent industrial and commercial premises. The most common type of design of prefabricated buildings is the construction of buildings from light metal structures using awning fabric or sandwich panels. The advantage of prefabricated buildings is low cost and speed of installation. Quick commissioning of a building is achieved due to the unification of the building construction process and the ease of installation of prefabricated buildings. Installation of buildings includes: installation of a foundation, installation of a load-bearing metal frame, fastening of enclosing structures from building panels, installation of roofing.

Designers, engineers and builders can solve any assigned tasks for the construction of cottages. The business card of our construction company is a creative, but at the same time serious approach, respect and individual approach to every client, high level organization of all construction work. IN modern life, when more and more new technologies constantly appear, construction industrial buildings plays a very important role. They are intended to accommodate various factory premises, as well as office premises, which should provide people with the necessary conditions for work.

Construction of facilities for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi has become the most important project for the whole country. We are proud to acknowledge our involvement in this most prestigious construction project. The Olympics are not only the most modern sports complexes and stadiums, but also the most complex engineering infrastructure, without which the competition would not be possible. The Group's participation in the Olympic project consisted of the construction of several infrastructure facilities.

Main water pipeline from the water intake of the Mzymta River to the water intake of the Psou River

The project included design, survey and construction work for laying a water pipeline intended to supply water to the Olympic facilities of the Coastal Cluster.

The 11 km long water pipeline is divided into lower and upper branches passing through the Lower Imereti Lowland. From the top, water is supplied to the coastal Olympic village and to the Ice Arena for figure skating. The lower line passes through the territory of the Olympic Park.

The route is laid in such a way as to loop water intakes on the Mzymta and Psou rivers with the Olympic Park, thereby ensuring a reliable supply of sports and infrastructure facilities built in the Imereti Lowland. The main water pipeline in the Imeretinskaya Lowland supplies water to the Olympic venues of the Coastal Cluster: the Fisht stadium, the Bolshoi Ice Palace, the Shaiba Ice Arena, the Ice Cube Curling Center, the Iceberg Winter Sports Palace and the Adler Arena.

Thanks to the specialists and builders of the VIS Group, water was supplied to all ice stadiums ahead of schedule. This made it possible to successfully hold test competitions in figure skating, curling and speed skating a year before the start of the Olympics.

Medium pressure gas pipeline to the Rosa Khutor ski resort

The gas pipeline, whose length is 7.835 km, supplies gas to the mountainous Olympic Village. It runs from an altitude of +546 m to an altitude of +1153 m above sea level. The group carries out a full range of design, survey, construction and installation works.

The gas pipeline is made of polyethylene pipes laid in the ground and steel pipes laid along technological transitions. In total, 12 technological crossings through water and other barriers were built along the gas pipeline. The largest of them are through the Shumikhinsky Stream (length - 66 m) and through the Sulimovsky Stream (length - 111 m). The weight of the bridge crossing over Sulimovsky Stream is over 200 tons, its installation was carried out according to a specially developed project using the “sliding” method.

Construction was carried out in difficult mountain and climatic conditions in a short time. As part of the project, engineering protection of slopes was carried out, namely the construction of concrete retaining walls on a pile foundation with a total length of 436 m with a concrete volume of 3030 m3. Slopes were also protected with geogrid - 1223 m2.

Water pipeline from the main network of the village. Krasnaya Polyana to the Olympic venues of the Rosa Khutor plateau

The route of the high-mountain water pipeline runs along a mountain range 40 kilometers from Sochi. The specificity of this unique hydraulic structure is that it was laid in a mountainous area in cramped conditions using two pipeline threads. A particular difficulty during the construction of the facility was the large difference in heights; in some areas it is 270 m. For example, the water intake is located at an altitude of 550 m above sea level, and the highest point in the construction of the water pipeline was 1130 m. In these conditions, in some areas it is difficult It was necessary to use construction equipment, so the excavation and laying of pipes was carried out by workers manually.

Also due to the difference in height between extreme points The water pipeline created extremely strong water pressure of 40 atmospheres. Experts have developed a technical solution that allows extinguishing excess water pressure to a standard level of 16 atmospheres. For this purpose, more than 70 different wells and chambers equipped with modern hydraulic equipment are located along the entire length of the water pipeline.

The constructed water pipeline fully provided the athletes and participants with Olympic Games in Sochi with clean drinking water.

The project was implemented in three stages:

Stage 1. Construction of a 3 km long route from the water intake to the Mountain Olympic Village of the Rosa Khutor ski resort.

There are three water pumping stations on the site, equipped with high-tech equipment that operates without the presence of personnel. The task of this section was to supply water for construction and installation work at the Rosa Khutor facility before the main water pipeline was put into operation and during the test competitions that took place in December 2012 - January 2013. After the main water pipeline is put into operation, this line provides a reverse supply of water to ensure the life of the ski resort facilities.

Stage 2. Water supply from the main water pipeline of the village of Krasnaya Polyana at an elevation of +550 m to the Mountain Olympic Village "Rosa Khutor" at an elevation of +1150 m above sea level.

The length of the route is 6 km. Most of it runs in the same corridor with the medium pressure gas pipeline. This section includes technological crossings through three water barriers: Sulimovsky, Shumikhinsky and Rzhanoi streams. Length of technological transitions: 111 m, 66 m and 20 m, respectively. For uninterrupted operation of the water pipeline, 6 pumping stations were built along the route, operating in automatic mode without the presence of staff. They are controlled from the Krasnaya Polyana control center via a GSM/GPRS wireless communication channel. The power supply to the pumping stations is carried out from five newly built transformer substations connected by cable lines with a total length of over 40 km.

Slope protective structures in the form of concrete retaining walls on a pile foundation were erected along the water pipeline route. Their total length is 365 m. The water pipeline is also protected from landslides and avalanches by gabion structures (retaining walls made of wire frames filled with stones). Their length is 673 m, the volume of stone mass is 10,648 m3.

Stage 3. Construction of a 1 km long route from the water intake in the floodplain area of the Mzymta River to the lower Rosa Khutor base with the installation of wells and a connection chamber.

Krasnaya Polyana water pipeline - “Mountain Carousel”

The objective of the project is to create an extensive water supply system to supply consumers. At the site, the Group carried out a full range of design, survey, construction and installation works.

The length of the line is 2.8 km. The water pipeline is intended to provide water to the sports and tourist complex “Gornaya Karusel”. The route runs parallel to and in close proximity to the route of the tourist funicular. This water pipeline is an integral part of the projected centralized water supply system for consumers of the Krasnopolyansky settlement district and Olympic venues located on the northern slope of Mount Aibga.

The route of the water conduit runs from the point of insertion into the main water conduit at an elevation of +540 m above sea level, crosses the Mzymta River, on its left bank passes under the railway and along the northern slope of Mount Aibga reaches the Sports and Tourist Complex "Mountain Carousel" at an elevation of +960 m above sea level. At the same time, on the slope, the water conduit is located along the edge of the clearing, 17-18 m west of the axis of the existing cable car.

The structure is a steel pipeline with a total length of 2.2 km, laid in two lines underground with two booster pumping stations and two storage tanks clean water per 500 cubic meters The electrical part of the project contains four sections of a 10 kV cable line with a total length of 6.3 km with the installation and connection of three transformer substations at the pumping station sites and the tank site.
